Corra Group- Background Screening has the best customer service I have ever received. For a large corporation to still offer that personalized service when you need their assistance and they are able and willing to call you back even in the evening to take care of an important issue… wow… they answer the phone, call you right back and supply the best training and customer assistant that you will ever need. I have worked with many Background Corporations, and they have never offered that personalized service that CORRA has offered to us…… WOW….. I highly recommend them to assist with any Background Screening that your company may need.

We run background checks for contractors all over the world. I have sent over 15 background checks through Corra Group, all for different countries. I have been extremely satisfied with the paperwork process, the time to completion, their prices (better than anywhere else Ive found!!), and their customer service. Im genuinely shocked to see there are negative reviews because of how easy and smooth it has been for us with sending many complicated background checks with the Corra Group.

NEVER do BUSINESS with them. I ask questions why I didnt recieved the report in time-the only response is hanging on me!!!ordered 11.14am got it at 1pm. Usually minutes.You cant cancel any report that you ordered.

Corra Group is slower than other screening services and their customer service is absolutely horrible! I would not recommend using them.

They dont care about customers. as soon as the rep found out that i am a small company he quoted me a ridiculous price, then stated he had another call and proceed to hanging up on me. YOU LOST ON A POTENTIAL CUSOMTER!
