We’ve been working with Sarah Kelly which has been a pleasure from call one. Qualitatively, she just has great positive energy and seems like she’s not just doing a job but doing a job she loves. In terms of working with her, it has been nothing but fast, accurate and effective. We are new business owners so many of our questions fall into the “no dumb questions” category (read: I’m sure they are!). She’s been nothing but generous with her time and always patiently explains what we need to know.

Excellent experience with Armando Benavides! I called with some questions about a form I was told I needed to fill out with the Secretary of State regarding my LLC, but was questionable if it was something I truly needed to fill out given my circumstances. I looked everywhere for answers… talked to business professionals, a lawyer, the secretary of state office, and no one had answers.I was connected quickly to Armando, and he knew exactly what my situation was. He explained everything I needed to know in a kind, professional, and easy to understand manner. Could not be happier with my experience. Will absolutely be recommending this business to friends, as well as utilizing it whenever I can!

Just like another review, corpnet was paid and failed to file my paperwork. It was only after searching my email for the confirmation MONTHS later did they let me know that OOPS, it was never filed. They did not offer a refund or partial refund or any other compensation for the mistake. But did offer some lame excuse. I currently have another question/issue that I emailed my rep about and have yet to hear back a week later. This place is a joke and you are better off finding another company. I sure will be!

Edit: One star changed to 3 stars, the original review remains below. Michelle (customer experience manager) and I spoke, and they are doing what they can to make it right. The paperwork was eventually submitted and processed properly by my state so I received what I had originally contracted them to do, and the customer service experience was great enough that I would now still consider them for future needs/give them another chance down the road.Original Review -They failed to file my paperwork for 4 weeks. When confronted, they lied to me about it just taking a while while I suddenly got a flurry of emails from my state that paperwork was submitted.When I called them out on it and that I had checked with my state, they didnt know I had someone look into it, admitted they just filed it, and blamed the delay on my email going to their spamExcept, the last email in our chain was them acknowledging my data and they were going to file the paperwork. There was nothing in any spam folders for them to be waiting on.Accidents/forgetfulness happens, own it. However lying multiple times to a customer is unacceptable.

Nakyia was hands down the MOST HELPUL human being I have talked to in the past 2 weeks! I am brand new to having an LLC and brand new to payroll and I think sometimes companies forget that people are new and know very little about this process and there’s a LOT to take in. She was so helpful in explaining things to me and so patient and willing to help. She needs a raise and an all expense vacation!

Beyond subpar services provided. I worked with this company for years and still have yet to be impressed with the customer service I experienced or the actual business services they provide. I found them to be cookie cutter and templated to the point where they don’t truly support each businesses unique needs and the team they are supporting. In one incident I found myself paying $900 for trademark services only to find out that the “service” provided was leaving me with a feeling of “a lot to be desired” after it was said and done. I had to manage the trademark process afterwards and ultimately payed 3 times the amount to get it done right. Lesson learned. And that is only one example, I have more. Regardless they do provide services I will continue to use as it feels more like commodity rather than bespoke services. I use them for the absolute bar minimum and really had high hopes for the experience when I first started using them as a service provider. I hope they get it together.Edit: After looking at the other low scoring reviews I had a similar experience with a lady named Amanda B. She somewhat treated us like we were gonna be gone tomorrow, like we didn’t matter. Or even too small to care about. It was an experience, she would ask me questions about my formation following a standard tech startup and why.. it felt like she was testing me like I didn’t know what I needed or wanted and worst of all, she was recommended.Regardless, it was a part of my journey. I’m here to share.

I contracted with CorpNet through Gusto to perform services I could have handled on my own but chose not to for the sake of convenience. While the process wasnt seamless, I firmly believe my experience is not the norm, and that future transactions will go smoothly. CorpNet showed prompt & sincere interest in my feedback in order to improve processes moving forward, and their handling of the situation on the back end ensures I will contract with them again in the future. Kudos to Jordan & Karsen for representing CorpNet so well.

The near 500$ fee is completely unacceptable for what ended up being a 7 minute process that after a week of waiting, I had to figure out/complete for myself anyway. Still awaiting correspondence regarding the refund I requested a week ago. Disappointing customer service.

I stumbled onto this website while looking for the NY Secretary of State. I called and was pleasantly surprised how the WRONG number ended up being the BEST number. As a self-employed business owner wearing many hats...I couldnt be more excited about what this website/company, has to offer! As I spoke with Megan in reception, she was the most pleasant and informative service person; that I have had the pleasure of speaking with in a long while. I was glad to call a number, and someone picked up! I didnt go through an automated system. JUST Wow! I cannot wait to see what I can dig into with this company and the new back office that I no longer need to hire an employee to do!!!!!!
