Kind customer service and good at following social distancing, however I took my MacBook in for diagnostic but refused the repair due to the cost. But looking at my MacBook, I was given it back with a new scratch/crack in the screen. I would’ve been ok with this if they had let me know about it when I went back in and paid $65 for the diagnostic. My mistake was not going to an apple store instead.UPDATE: I was able to fix my computers flash storage for only $60 elsewhere, where they tried charging $500+!!!! Save money and look at other resources 😘

I dont want to argue for monopolies, but I dont really understand why this shop exists. Cornice charges $60 to diagnose an issue with your computer, but the Apple Store does that for free. In my case Cornices repair bid was 60% more expensive than what the Apple Store offered.Cornice has great customer service, but in my experience the Apple Store undercuts them on both price and speed.

The shop was very friendly. I loved that they did not erase my data like Apple does when doing an AppleCare+ repair. They also let me use my computer while they ordered parts. Quick and friendly service.

Extremely unprofessional, deceptive, and employees completely disregard customers wishes. Save your money, there are far better authorized repair services at much more affordable price.Edit: I am indeed a customer who had a hard drive replacement for an older-ish iMac. My Google account is under a different last name. For the record, it was this location, on Benson in Upland, where I had my experience.Edit 2: It doesnt surprise you cant find any record of someone who was unhappy. I will not delete my honest opinion. If my opinion upsets your business, then hopefully you do not treat any future customers as I was treated.

Not sure how this facility is Apple certified or in business. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I was referred by Apple to Cornice and that’s were all my problems got worse. The backlight on my 2016 MacBook Pro was broken and Apple informed me it would be covered due to a recall they issued. After I dropped off my MacBook, it took the technician at Cornice 3 DAYS to get back to me. They claimed my whole display needed to be replaced and I have to pay 600 dollars. After I explained that I was able to see my display using a flashlight (indicating it was just a backlight issue), the technician at Cornice said my MacBook didn’t qualify for the 2016 recall (even though my MacBook IS 2016). He also said because they took the laptop apart, they can’t confirm if it was just a backlight issue when I dropped it off. In other words, if they made my MacBook worse, they cannot confirm that. The technician then told me to call Apple myself and see if they would be okay with covering the whole display. When I called Apple, they not only told me they would cover the replacement of my whole display but that I also shouldn’t have had to call Apple myself and that Cornice should have called on my behalf. Today, I went to pick up my laptop so I can send it an Apple facility for repair. When the technician at cornice handed me my MacBook, it had two big scratches on the front, which weren’t there before. When I pointed them out to the technician, he admitted that I dropped off my MacBook without any scratches but Apple is going to replace the whole display so it won’t matter. No apology, no nothing. I am genuinely confused at how this place operates. I for sure won’t be coming back and I’ll be telling all my friends and family to not visit this Apple “certified” facility.

Due to the COVID19 they are the only business available for assistance with my Apple iPhone. The rep I spoke to is not clear when speaking. I found myself questioning what he told me. Very repetitive without explanation. For example, I thought I was eligible for a loaner cell while mine needed to be repaired. He told me approximately 3 to 4 times that I may not be eligible until he put in order to Apple to send it in & have it repaired. I had to finally tell him, to stop telling me because I understood what he told me & to please start the order before my phone died. I was sitting in my car & we were talking on the phone per their request posted at their front door. Finally, he tells me that YES, I was eligible. Another example was when I was trying to make a reservation to return back. We could not agree on a day & time for my return. He tells me about the online reservation. I go to online & it only books for one week at a time. Why? People need to make appointments. I had to call him back & tell him I couldn’t schedule online. I had to set it up with him. Just a lot of wasted time. Now I am sitting in parking lot waiting to turn in loaner & I want to pick up my cell. I’ve been the only person sitting in parking lot waiting to be helped. I got here an hour ago & it’s already passed my appointment time I was given by same rep.i am thankful that on first day I came, I was helped but it took a little over 4 hours from the time I got to this business to the time I walked out with the loaner. I don’t recommend this business.

There is a reason why Apple is a one trillion dollar company. Spent over $800 to get my screen fixed...I even had AppleCare! Apparently I need AppleCare+ instead (was not offered why I bought the laptop). Why would I spent over $300 on a warranty that is useless and wont help me when I need it most!

Great prices, they were very honest with their estimate as well as at the time of sale. Even broke down the cost of labor and cost of parts. Apple certified. Would recommend.

They tried really hard with my computer, not only did they provide detailed feedback on my options on how to proceed (my MacBook Pro harddrive died) but they gave me alternatives and a solution that fit my needs. It felt like they went above and beyond. I definitely recommend this place
