2015-03-31 21:38:30I liked the bowls I bought in January, 2015. Unfortunately, they billed me twice and it is now 3 months later and they have been unwilling to refund my credit card for the $71 because they cant find the invoice. I have my credit card bill that clearly shows they billed me twice but they say they need THEIR invoice. If I was a restaurant, they say, it would be easy, but since I bought them as an individual, it is far more difficult for them to locate their invoice. This should not become my problem. They keep promising to call me back but they dont. Today the accounting department was in a meeting. Last week they were still looking for the invoice.

2018-04-03 20:25:37Well let me say that this is the second time weve been there because were such a small business we always look for good deals and for good customer service but both times youve been there they tried it over charges the first time for $20 this time for 10 I dont know if this is a regular practice for them but if it is then I will give them no stars because we were very unhappy with both times that weve been there I am only putting one star because it says thats what I have to do in order for me to make this post otherwise Id get 0
