Our company had a great experience with our team photos at Cornerstone. The photo options really spoke to our creativity with multiple background options and options. Peter himself is extremely friendly while also professional and that helped us all relax and be comfortable in front of the camera. Event the behind the scenes level of care with breakfasts treats, beverages and solid 80s music was a joy. The turnaround time for the photos was quick also! 5 stars for sure!

Absolutely the worst photography. Did you not see that my kids eyes were closed? Or that for the sport picture there was another person in the background. I have NO idea why the schools use this company. I have not gotten any decent photos and have stopped buying prints entirely. I just download and then spend time retouching to try to salvage the photo the best I can. In all of Lod Angeles, cant they find better photographers? Seriously!!!!

Cornerstone photography does photos for the private school my son attends. I bought photographs, with my son’s name and calendar year inscribed, back in early October. When receiving the photos, my son’s name didn’t include the apostrophe in the name correctly. Instead it showed up as a box, where the apostrophe was supposed to be. When I contacted Cornerstone, Summer answered my call and ensured my order would be rectified properly. She mentioned some printing or software issue…it was something she needed to talk to her manager about to get troubleshooted and resolved. This was back in October. I have since called a total of three times about reprinting of my order. And I have been told each time, my photos have been reprinted and mailed. To date, I have received nothing! There is no way that my photos were mailed three times and have been lost in the mail each time. I planned to gift the photos as part of my holiday cards. However, at this point, it’s too late! I’m very disappointed with Cornerstone’s business practices. Summer has great customer service, but I wonder if that facade is just to mask the deceit behind-the-scenes. Still waiting on my re-printed photos…

Cornerstone Photography is the best photography service you could go with. I am graduating from nursing school and organized the portraits of my class to be taken here. Megan the manager and all other staff were so pleasant and accommodating to everyone in our cohort, and they all went above and beyond to make sure we all would have memorable photos to look back on. They were timely, organized, and had a fast turn around for us to receive our pictures. I would 10/10 recommend them to a friend or family member in the future

I organized business headshots for my team in December and we had a great time. Peter provided a variety of backgrounds and lighting options. We hired a new team member recently, and I called to schedule business headshots. They were very helpful in finding an appointment time that worked, and Jennifer did a wonderful job making the session quick and easy.

It’s O-KThe photographer uses a Canon 80D, which wasn’t so bad. However it was the default kit lens that comes with the camera. The editing is poorly done, and does not look believable whatsoever. The lighting from the subject and background are incredibly different. Looking at the histogram, it is very much not in the middle, and spikes in the top corner. Photos were underwhelming. I’m not pleased with the price. I wouldn’t be bothered, it’s just too expensive for what you pay for. Please make sure your photos are high quality before delivery!! They also do NOT show you the picture from the camera screen. Keep in mind the Canon 80D can flip out screen towards the photographer OR the subject. I’d stay away from this business, and use a freelancer instead.

Two of my sons go to Woodland Hills Charter Elementary. Cornerstone handled photos this year. When my younger son’s photos arrived, but my older sons didn’t, I became concerned. After reaching out to Cornerstone and providing many details including photos of my son, his classroom number, teacher name, grade, the fact his brother’s photos were processed, the answers I received back were, “Are you sure your son went to school that day?” Then it progressed to, “Drive to us for photos.” Something is seriously up with their organization skills. Also, the time it took to finally have them give up left so much room for improvement. I don’t like giving poor reviews and I rarely do, but Cornerstone definitely needs to fix their processes and approach.

M so disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this company after years of being a loyal customer. I have made a minimum of 10 school purchases between my kids and half a dozen sports packages purchased. Two years ago the pictures came messed up. The face was blurry and they had me proved it and sent me out new clear photos, no problem, but this year they sent me the same photos they sent me last year bc they didnt update the link. Instead of saying no problem we will send you our 5 dollar photos you have paid 65 for, they said policy states blah blah blah and if I want my current school year photos I need to send them the ones I got so THEY CAN BE THE ONES TO THROW THEM AWAY and the they will send me the photos I had intended to buy... really!?! Just help a single mom out and send me my pics!! Work with me. Like Who the heck wants 24 some wallet sized photos that are a year out of date?!? No one. Do me a solid and send me the pics and be kind and easy going so I can go about life. Thats what you do for a loyal customer!!

We had such a great experience with Cornerstone Photography for my sons senior photo session. Everyone was so kind and professional, from the appointment scheduling to the photographers to when we returned to select the final prints.
