I recently purchased DaVinci Resolve from Coremicro, and I couldnt be happier with my experience! The product itself is fantastic, and I am thoroughly enjoying all its features. What really stood out to me, though, was their exceptional customer service. I recently lost my activation key, and Coremicros support team was incredibly helpful and efficient in retrieving it for me. They saved me from the hassle and expense of repurchasing the software. Their prompt and courteous service truly made a difference. I highly recommend Coremicro for their outstanding products and top-notch customer support!

Great customer service! We purchased the Kiloview Software to use for filming depositions. Ran into a snag with the licensing through the software developer, which was irritating, but Coremicro was able to help us get everything squared away. Amazingly fast service and fair prices. Purchased Davinci Resolve Speed Editor with software license key. Got 5% off with a June sale. I received a confirmation email within ten minutes that contained my license key so I could download and activate Resolve Studio right away even before the Speed Editor arrived! At the same time, I received a shipping notification for the Speed Editor. This kind of quick service is unheard of these days, even with Amazon. Very grateful to have found Coremicro!

What an amazing experience we have had with Coremicro. We purchased all of our church livestream equipment from them (Birddog P240 PTZ cameras, POE switch, PC, controller, vMix) and we are very happy. Leading up this purchase we contacted many companies about this purchase only to be disappointed over and over. The other companies tried to upsell us products that we were not requesting at very high prices and also did not provide free/included technical support. This was tremendously challenging. We made a phone call to Coremicro, spoke with Kenny and instantly we new we had made the right connection. Kenny put together the precise package we needed at the most competitive price. In addition Kenny and Jay provide excellent startup and technical support at no charge which has been invaluable to our church because we did not have that expertise. Kenny and Jay have a deep expertise in this area. I can’t say enough positive things about Coremicro. I would highly recommend them.

Bought a pair of BlackMagicDesign Micro Bidirectional SDI-HDMI 3G converters plus SDI cable from Coremicro. No signal on HDMI-output. Excellent support from Coremicro for helping me identify the root cause (from remote and in their office). The issue was because I used the wrong HDMI cable (for TV).Im glad to do business with honest people and company that one can trust. I bought a license for Davinci Resolve from them online and was really happy with the experience. Their site is easy to navigate and straight forward and they send the key for the program through email which means I got it really quick as opposed to another place that would only send it in the mail. Will definitely look at them again in the future if I decide to get actual equipment.

Ive been working with Kenny and his team for several years now. We recently upgraded our churchs live streaming equipment, and Kenny and Jay were right there helping me with some issues we had with the equipment. You can buy stuff online anywhere, but Core Microsystems goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are well taken care of. You wont get that with the other guys.

I have been a customer of Core Microsystems since 2013. During this time I have spent $100Ks of dollars with them purchasing a variety of equipment.I have always found their support and service to be outstanding. For us, they are more than a vendor, they are a partner. We often bring to them ideas for something we want to do and together brainstorm potential options. When we have had issues or questions they have always been available including weekends and nights.Their prices are fair and they have stood behind the products I have purchased. What I also like is that when we have a need for something that is not in the regular product line, they have been more than willing to try to get the product or refer us to another vendor that has better pricing.

Over the years Core Microsystems has made its mark and earned an excellent reputation in Silicon Valley for designing custom cutting-edge computer systems for its customers’ needs and budgets. They have designed and built several systems for me, all which have been leading edge, rock solid and trustworthy. But that is only part of the reason I have continued to be a loyal customer of Core Microsystems for almost 20 years.While it is an absolute requirement that a custom computer system work well out of the gate, for me it is an even more essential requirement that after sale customer service and technical support be available when needed. And that is where Core Microsystems excels more than any other business, in or outside of the computer world, I have worked with.After sale customer and technical support is a strict requirement for me because unlike many who work in a computer-based business, I am not technically inclined or especially computer savvy. It is important that I receive attentive support and instruction when resolving even fundamental computer related issues. Core Microsystems has always provided this support without pretense; breaking down and offering solutions in ways that are easy to digest. Issues (often self-inflicted) are typically resolved remotely within minutes. But if it takes several shots to resolve a problem, they take whatever time is necessary to resolve the issue. You are the priority.Equally important Core Microsystems customer support is there when you need it; almost on demand. There have been instances where I will email or text Core Microsystems for support on a weekend or during the Holidays and in short order receive a phone call or text message response, a couple of time from abroad! And as far as I can determine their customer support is unending, extending beyond the typical hardware warranty, not having an “expiration date”. This level of support is *priceless*.There is one other area of support offered by Core Microsystems that I just recently discovered even though the service may not at all be new for them. A few months ago, I had a large event to cover as a videographer. I’m usually self-sufficient but this time around I wanted to include a camera and knew no place where I could rent one quickly and that gave me the time flexibility to become acquainted with unfamiliar gear. On a whim I called Core Microsystems which without hesitation put together a complete kit for a price that was more than fair and which help take the shoot to another level.
