2023-12-09 21:36:28Phils a miracle worker. Important files disappeared from my desktop when I tried to connect them to an external hard drive, and I thought Id lost them forever. A guy at a different computer store gave up trying to find them. Then I went to corehelp. Phil dug and dug and dug through the MacAir layers, and kept going after many dead ends. I was pretty sure Id never see those files again, but Phil did finally find them, and he reloaded them onto my desktop. Im forever grateful. Also, he couldnt have been kinder or more patient in trying to explain to me what was happening.

2019-11-11 21:17:56I have used other tech support businesses but none compare to Core Help. Not only is the owner wonderful to interact with, he fixed everything that was wrong with my Mac and only charged me $89. He thought he might need to keep my computer for three days but was able to tackle and solve all of my Macs issues in just one day. Since I use my computer for work, I appreciated how quick the turnaround time was. Phil is my Mac technician for life. Good bye Apple phone support and hello Phil!

2012-06-24 21:54:47I recently had my MacBook crash and was very worried I lost all of my data. I took my laptop into the Apple store in the mall and was told I had a 50/50 chance of saving all of my data. So, to be sure I could save everything I was told to take my laptop to Phil at Core Help. Phil was awesome, he was very nice and professional and was able to recover all of my data. I brought my computer into Core Help another time when I had a question and was still very pleased with the service. If you need any help with your Mac, bring it to Phil!

2012-07-20 22:40:01MAC hard drive crashed recently and was referred to Corehelp for data recovery and hard drive install. Extremely pleased with the service and guidance provided by the owner, Phil. I am embarrassed to admit that I had not backed up any of the information on my computer prior to the crash and was extremely nervous about losing all the information. I was ecstatic to learn that Phil had recovered all the data from the damaged hard drive and that after installing a new hard drive our MAC was good as new, if not better. Corehelp prices were reasonable and competitive, great service, turn around time was good, and Phils knowledge is outstanding. Corehelp will be my first and last stop for future computer assistance.

2012-06-19 21:12:43I had a graphics board problem on a Macbook pro. I had lost my master password and could not restore a back-up so did not want the memory of the computer touched when repaired. Apple and Best-Buy could not guarantee me they would repair without possibly wiping out memory.Phil did the job perfectly, much faster than the competitors and he helped me transfer information to a new computer. I am not very computer savvy so I really needed a lot of help and he was there for me and at a very reasonable price. I cant say enough good about this guy. If you need apple help, he is great to use.

2012-07-26 23:22:45My mac book was plagued with spinning beach ball. The genious at the Mac story recommend I buy more RAM from Corehelp. I did but still had a stalling computer. 3 more trips to the Mac store and no help so I went back to Corehelp. Phil the owner spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing the problem which turned out the be a bad hard disk. He solved the problem by transferring all my files to a new computer and only charged me for that work. It was fair and informative and I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone with Mac problems. In fact go directly to him and dont bother with the genious bar at the Applet Store.

2020-02-14 22:44:29Fair price for new battery AND OS upgrade. My Mac was not accepting upgrades and was becoming useless. Phillip ordered a new battery; backed up my laptop; and did apple magic to bring my MacBook Air to High Sierra os. Brought in my laptop on a Tuesday... he called me Thursday morning and said Come get...All better now. Highly recommend.

2012-08-03 22:46:08I recently needed to have our MAC Pro laptop repaired. I went to the Apple store in Santa Rosa at the Plaza and they recommended CoreHelp - a MAC computer repair shop rather than have Apple took at it for repair. CoreHelp specializes in water damaged MAC computers, which was exactly the problem with our computer. It was the perfect recommendation! As painful as it is to damage ones laptop, Phil, the owner of CoreHelp, understood our pain. He promised an analysis by the morning, which he provided. All this is without charge. Yes, hell thoroughly looks at your computer that needs repair and reports exactly what needs to be done to have it be up and running. He is a true professional who knows his computers. Hes honest and reliable. If you ever need your MAC repaired, Phil is the guy.

2017-08-17 21:55:36Phil is the man. Responsive, efficient, and easy to deal with. Above all, hes got the customer service thing totally dialed. Hes worked magic on my Mac Pro and MacBook Pro. I dont even live in Sonoma County; I go 5 hours out of my way for his services. Highly recommended. Apple should take some notes...
