Super nice employees and location! Michelle was so helpful throughout the entire process. Chris and Michelle did an excellent job with the customer service, much faster than I expected, my entire screen was replaced, and looks like a new MacBook now!! They showed me even how to clean it in the future with a nice secret trick :) I’ve had such a great experience with them, and wishing you guys a prosperous and great business in the future with all your clients!!!

Michelle and Chris!!! Best help out there!! Legit and knowledgeable. I had the best experience with them. No scams or fake diagnosis just to get money out of you. They were honest and fixed my laptop that I thought was a goner, wouldn’t turn on at all. Got it working, ran an MRI test to see how it’s doing, and gave me the suggestion for a software update all within 30 minutes. 100% recommend coming in even if you just have questions. Had my battery needed changing, they would be able to do it within the hour. Also no appointments needed and they don’t ship out your equipment. It’s all in store. 100% recommend!!

Took my mac there twice after a water spill and still dealing with problems. They keep your machine way over the promised time (twice) and act like theyre victims to Apple. Still dealing with duplicate keys as I type....lame

Excellent knowledge and care for my iMac!! Repaired broken screen, installed solid state hard drive. My Mac is super fast now, even though several years old. I’m very happy with service I received!! Great job guys and girls!

Better than the Genius Bar, and leagues better than Mobile Kangaroo.Knowledgeable, humble, and friendly, which is such a rare combination.Not just the best computer repair experience Ive ever had, but the best repair experience Ive ever had for anything.All this at competitive pricing.Details below:PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER REPAIR SHOPS:I have a mid-2014 MacBook Pro. Apple classified it as Vintage, so they didnt offer any options from the store itself when I called last year. At that time, the only available repair shop I could find was Mobile Kangaroo. As per their policy, they were going to take my computer, call me in a day or two with the list of things they found wrong with it. Then, because they didnt have the parts on hand, I would have to wait for the whole thing to get shipped over, then for them to repair it. I wouldnt be able to see my computer for the entire process. They also needed my password to do this. This put me off of computer repair almost altogether. Im glad I returned to Core Care this year.CORE CARE EXPERIENCE:I had assumed that the issue with my computer was the battery. My TrackPad had difficulty clicking, so I assumed that the battery was bloated. Core Care walked into their storage space and pulled out the exact battery I needed. In addition, my computer had issues with closing up and with heating up. Core Care was able to accurately assess each issue, and, more importantly, which issues were worth the repair costs. I was in full control of the situation. THEY NEVER EVEN ASKED FOR MY PASSWORD.They ran diagnostics, opened up my computer, and showed me its full undercarriage. They walked me through every step of the process. They discovered that the problem was not just my battery but also a broken TrackPad. Instead of simply replacing the battery like I asked them, THEY ALSO REPLACED MY TRACKPAD FREE OF CHARGE.All throughout the repair, he gave me advice on how to better take care of my Mac in addition to regular status updates on the repair. Rocklin Core Care earnestly loves computers and computer repair, not just as a business. I cant emphasize how grateful I am to Core Care for this repair job. Even though I know they only did a few tweaks, my Mac feels like new, and everything works like a charm.To summarize, Core Care will be in charge of my Macs repairs for the rest of its lifespan. They have earned my business and loyalty.

A Better solution to the apple store!When my MacBook Pro had decided to stop powering on, we took it into the apple store and their solution ( as usual ) is to rip out the logic board and give you a new one. Cool that theyll do that but that means I would lose all my data.After mulling it over I found Core Care in Rocklin. They were able to find some corrosion on the board and clean it up! Got my MacBook back the same day ( actually just a few hours after stopping it off) and it is now working perfectly!!!! NO LOST DATA!Everyone in the shop was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.Best part is that they are authorized Apple techs so if you have apple care they are able to do the warranty work the same way the apple store would!I will definetly be coming back here if I ever need any more maintenance on my Apple stuff!

Chris was laid back and professional in giving me a competitive price on a new hard drive install for my MacAir. The service was incredibly fast, just an hour or so turnover (which may not be typical, but usually they are able to turn it around in about a day). The new MacSales hard drive (5 year warranty) is working like a dream and they did the data transfer and encased my old drive as an exterior drive. The new drive is optimized for the latest operating system (High Sierra) and is working very fast. I am very impressed and pleased. Update: Nick, the tech guy who works with Chris, helped me do a clean install of my MS Office for Mac after the data transfer would not transfer the original certificate to use Office. It went just fine, no charge, and now I can use my word processing. (Kinda important!)

Core Care has been excellent for all of my Apple needs. They installed a solid state hard drive in my old MacBook a couple years ago. The battery went bad in it this week so they installed a new one and replaced the screen on my iPhone X under Apple warranty too. Would highly recommend bringing devices here instead of the iStore...

Great to have an option to the Apple store for repairs especially for out of warranty Apple computers. The tech Nick is really a pleasure to work with and does a great job. There is very little wait time and they process repairs promptly. They seem to always be the cheaper option than Apple Store.
