I hate dealing with computer issues. But Casey at Core Care made it super stress-free. From the moment I walked in the door, he was very welcoming. I watched as he dealt with several customers issues at once while making each one feel valued. He answered all kinds of random Qs about peoples Apple products efficiently and knowledgeably. Highly recommend!

What can I say? Casey is simply the BEST!! I visited Core Care today with a very troublesome issue occurring with my MacBook that other repair shops were unable to properly diagnose and repair. I showed my computer to Casey and described the problem and he immediately went to work. His YEARS of expertise truly shined as he expertly navigated my computer, correctly diagnosed the issue, and repaired my computer in the snap of a finger! He is truly a remarkable mind with impeccable customer service. I would recommend Core Care to anyone! Thanks again Casey for fixing my computer and for such an outstanding customer experience!!

My 2023 Mac Studio was having problems. Apple Support made an appt with for me at Apple Arden Fair to have it the hardware serviced. But it was a day later. I discovered online that Core Care is an authorized Apple repair center and could come by as a walk-in. They only work on Apple Products.I then went in to Core Care and Casey was able to help me right away, as they work on walk-in basis. Casey was able to diagnose my problem (nothing wrong with the unit) and I was soon on my way.What I learned from this visit is that, since my unit was under Apple Care, I should have called Apple Support back and asked them to make the appointment at Core Care for me. It would have made any paper work much easier under Apple Care for Core Care.Additionally, while I was there a student from UCD came in to get their laptop repaired. They advised him of a way to repair it with replacement hardware that would save him $150. Core Care was cognizant of the student having to drive back and forth from Davis, and worked to avoid an unnecessary trip.Great customer service.

I’m so glad I visited Core Care in Arden yesterday. Casey the owner was warm, welcoming and truly helpful. I had an old 2015 MacBook 12-inch with a battery that’s on its way out. Although it’s no longer possible to source a new battery for my MacBook… Casey and Brian were able to offer some excellent advice and steer me in the right direction. Thank you so much for your valuable insights!

Took my MacBook here after my screen wasn’t working because of an issue with my black light. I didn’t want to take it to the AppleStore because I felt like they aren’t much help so decided to bring it to Core Care and I’m glad I did! Brian was super helpful and fixed my laptop super quick. I didn’t have to wait weeks to get it back. I would definitely recommend this place!

When the screen on my wifes relatively new 16-inch MacBook Pro displayed an array of crazy colors and appeared to have a small crack that was causing it, we assumed it was the result of it slipping out of her hands a couple of weeks before.Our natural inclination was to take it to the Apple Store at Arden Fair, but the last time I was there it was really complicated because of COVID-19. So I took a chance on Core Care based on the stellar reviews. So glad I did.I was met at the front desk by the owner, Casey, who was filling in for the regular person. We had a nice long chat about stuff– not just the laptop– and he said because we hadnt purchase Apple Care, the screen replacement could cost about $800. Gulp.Then he did some research and thought he might be able to get Apple to cover the replacement anyway because it was a single crack and did not appear to be caused by any abuse.A week or so later they texted me to come and pick up the MacBook Pro with a new screen. NO CHARGE.That is what we call great customer service.
