For the medical secretaries: Would recommend to send appointment calendar via email and to do pre-appointment calls to confirm scheduled appointment.For the MD: Dr. Mohammad Yusafzai is a non-intimidating health care professional and well organized to his tasks.For the clinic: Not a busy clinic. Waiting period is fair enough.

If you are looking for a Doctor who really cares and listens, this is the place to go. Doctors Sultan and Mohammad Yusufzai are two of the best! They have guided me through Breast Cancer, TIA, and general annual wellness care. Seriously folks, we are so blessed to have these two Doctors for our care. Dr Sultan is my main go to, who I trust 100%. I actually look forward to my visits.

I’ve been a patient of Sultan Yusufzai’s since he started his practice in Auburn.He is the best doctor I’ve ever found!I like that he takes his time and listens to me and I appreciate his feedback.Our conversations about my health can get lengthy but I never feel rushed.He has helped me in so many ways. My husband and I were referred to Dr. Sultan Yusufzai from a highly respected cardiologist after our physician retired. We had our initial appointment yesterday and we both could not be more pleased. Dr. Yusufzai had already downloaded and read our medical records (with our permission of course) before we entered the patient room. He asked relevant questions, listened very well, and communicated with understandable language and metaphors. He displayed a breadth and depth of knowledge that was impressive, without being arrogant or overbearing. He made it clear that he would offer us health options but that we are the decisionmakers. He was friendly, non-judgmental and made it easy for us to discuss health issues that we might previously have chosen to hide or ignore. We both left his office inspired and ready to commit to our health more fully.

I currently pass through almost weekly due to the fact I travel for work. Dr. Yusufzai and staff are fantastic! I don’t like going to the doctors much. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with friendly smiles and voices they truly make you feel welcomed. Doc seemed to really care about my heal and as a person instead of wanting what’s in my pockets. I haven’t met a more passionate Doc like this gentleman in a long time. I definitely will use this place as my primary care.

My experience here has not been good. After multiple visits in a short time I still wasnt examined in any way and I was there for just routine PCP stuff. All I needed was a year of Refills on BP and statin meds, and one referral and maybe a physical. Script was sent to wrong pharmacy. Referral sent out of network that I cant get him to correct and no exam of any kind. I just sat in a chair. He ordered a routine colonoscopy at my 4th and final visit for who knows why, which I did just 28 weeks earlier and was fine, and he got angry when I told him its too soon and he ordered it anyway. I even told him no insurance is gonna pay for a colonoscopy thats being done too soon for no reason.. I asked if there is a reason he wants me to do it again and he got angry that I even questioned him. He was just going down a list on his computer and ordering what it told him. With each visit he wanted another follow up visit which confused me as he did nothing or answer questions or even give health advice. Honestly, it seemed like he doesnt know what hes doing. Not without entering symptoms on the computer. He seemed to just want more billable visits and fter 4 visits in a short time, he provided absolutely no medical assistance of any kind.

Switched over to Dr. Sultan and Dr. Yusafzai when the last doctors retired. They are awesome and up to date. Also give great advise to follow to improve your health. Greatly appreciated and I feel much better. Front desk/ administrators are great, fast and efficient. Never wait long at all. Great job!

Dr Yusufzai was incredibly kind and interested in what I had to say. He listened and reacted actionably to every one of my questions and concerns. I left with a list of tests to complete and look forward to reviewing their outcomes with Dr. Yusufzai. He’s down to earth, personable and wants to get his job done. Unlike my previous doctors, I am happy to be under his care and look forward to working with him for years to come.

Dr. Sultan & Mohammad Yusufzai are two phenomenally brilliant MDs that have opened up their practice in Auburn, CA. They always take the time to listen to every detail, read our medical histories, review any tests and are immensely detailed with examinations to diagnose and prescribe tests/medications and/or Plan of Treatment. My husbands situation is very complex and they scrutinize his medical history, leaving no stone uncovered. Their front/back support staff are so very compassionate and caring, treating us as if we were the most important people in the world, with each visit. I highly recommend you call and schedule an appt to see either Doctor.

I want to start by expressing how blessed i feel to have found this doctors office. I have been my grandfathers caregiver for alitle over two years now, i have lost count of how many different clinics we have went to, before finding one my grandpa felt comforable receiving care from. His insurance is through medicare so there has been plenty of times we felt the staff from other clinics looked at us with judgment or dealt with rudness in there tones. Right when we walked into this office the staff greeted us with smiles on their faces. Surprisingly did not have to wait long to be called back. Dr. Yusufzai welcomed us in the room as if weve known him for years. It takes awhile for my grandpa to explain how hes feeling or where the pain is. The doctor patiently listened and thoroughly examed him not forgetting one thing. We have now been going to this office for almost three months, The staff know exactly who we are when we walk in now. Never once failed to greeting us with a warm welcome, i tend to forget that we are at a doctors office. My grandfathers finally starting to feel himself again, all thanks to Dr. Yusufzai and his staff. So very thankful. They truly care for their paitents and treat them as if they were their own family. The staff here are genuine people. Who truly care about their patients.

I would like to share my experience with this office and the staff here at auburn medical clinic. The Doctors are very pleasant, very very understanding they take the time to listen and allow us a patient to be heard. The staff are always wonderful and smiling. The changes have been great, we are not waiting for hours to get in the back to be seen, even if you are a little late you still get seen. They now accept walk ins, they keep office open during lunch hours so if i need to do a walk in on my lunch I can. And yes the phones do go to messages, they say its 24 hours before you recieve a call back most of the time we get a call the same day always. Except on weekends, I always get a call on a Monday following. I want to say THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE FOR ME. i absolutely reccomend this Doctors office to anyone.

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. I was forced to change providers when my insurance through work couldnt come to a price agreement with UC Davis. I chose Dr Reveszs office and was mostly pleased with them, despite the office not even being close to the professionalism and level of care UC Davis provided my family for over a decade. Then Dr Revesz retired and the Yusufzai brothers apparently took over the practice. The staff are nice enough, and Ive only seen Mohammad Yusufzai a couple of times, but his dismissive attitude towards women and their medical concerns had me livid. He literally laughed at my concerns and was condescending. He ordered repeat tests that have been done by my long term UC Davis PCP and didnt trust their findings. He recommended medication without knowing the actual side effects and then admitted that he wouldnt take them if he were me. I could go on. But this doctor will not help women patients and acts like we all should just shut up and listen to men. He didnt know a number of medications and he admitted not knowing anything about certain treatment options. His mysoginy is not acceptable in the medical community. We are not in Afghanistan where women are treated barely better than cattle. My very recent experience with him made me buy my own supplemental insurance so I can go back to UC Davis. And I did. The doctors there are wonderful and so is the staff. Dont waste your money and time on these people.

Dr. Y and his staff are absolutely wonderful, they make you feel welcome and very comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. There is never a long wait to be seen and the Drs are very thorough and very caring. Couldnt ask for a better medical clinic..

Doctors office used to be great!....until the new ownership. All calls forward to an answering machine and take forever to be called back. Not very helpful. As of 8/28/18 they apparently dont take children under 18. Didnt notify anyone of such changes. So if you were taking or are a child that used this doctors office for years you are now kicked to the curb. I thought doctors save lives, but as of now I dont believe that for this place.

Been coming here since before I was born. They are great. But the past 2 weeks since theyve hired new people has been ridiculous. They keep saying Im not on schedule when I have the calender card in their handwriting. I have had to take days off work just to be turned away from a scheduled app. They need to figure their stuff out. Because this is getting old. Quit over booking. And hire people with damn brains who know what the hell they are doing. Waste of my time.

Either directly or indirectly thru Patrick Decommer who retired out of your office in mid May of this year.Let me first start by letting you know I had no expectations you would have the Patrick touch. Patrick was/is one EXTRA ORINARY HUMAN BEING.Patrick would not have stayed with your practice for 13yrs if he didnt believe not only in your medicine, but in your ethics as well. In a time such as these where there is a culture with an I DONT CARE attitude!!!!I have no doubts you were able to help thousands of patients feel better or have their QOL improved by you personally seeing them in a chronic progressive devastating disease processs, such as I have.When Patrick saw me for the last time, on his last day before turning in his licesence, he let me know you were available to me pretty much only for medication checks. I UNDERSTOOD THEN AND THE TWO SUBSIQUENT VISITS WITH YOU I UNDERSTOOD MEDICAL CHECK ONLY!!!!Unfortunately I have absolutely no control over insurance companies who deny medications to people in need, such as I. Just like you and Patrick have/had no control!!! This is ultimately closing many small family practitioners doors. So if you think I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE DURESS YOU ARE UNDER AT PRESENT YOU ARE SADLY MISTAKEN!!!I have been aware of the failure to sell your practice and your retirement has been postponed, and Patricks leaving did not help matters AND YOU are in the, to quote you Dr Levin, RETIREMENT MODE.When a patient wakes up screaming letting you know this, as I did you helped. When a patient tries to answer a question with the REALITY OF THE PHARMACUTICAL AND INSURANCEs denials of medication that actually help your response after 5-10 minutes with me not one visit but two visits within three weeks, lets wrap this up, Im in retirement mode..... Was not only unprofessional and unethical is was completely dismissing and unkind!!!Again Dr Levin I had NO FAIRY TALE EXPECTIONS. THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN UNKIND OF ME!!! TO HOLD YOU UP AND SAY NOPE NOT PATRICK WOULD HAVE BEEN MORALLY WRONG. YOU WERE WRONG SIR!!!I gave you a lot of Grace on that first visit, waiting an hour and a half to see a Professional to help guide me to a Vascular Surgeon, because once again in my life as a human being, a syndrome frightening to me, popped its head up to say, HEY LINDAS BODY IS IN DECLINE. YES PROGRESSIVE ILLNESSS SUCH AS MINE, are real and at times paralyzingly to the phyc.One more thing Dr Levin, when I was standing at the check out area of your front office your comment and I quote, You people with chronic pain need to learn to exercise through it. By it you were referring to the pain.I, being 53 yrs young live in a body that feels 73. If you had even looked at me as one individual you may have notice for someone who can hardly move around in this life I have muscles. Upper body, core and to some extent lower extremities. So DO NOT TELL ME A DAMN THING about moving with chronic pain.To sum up Dr Levin.
