I went here because I had just received my California Resale License, and I wanted to make a number of copies to be ready for current business. I found this store on Google Maps, and I was promptly greeted and shown the self service copy machines @6 cents a copy. Steven was very helpful and I was finished in less then fifteen minutes. These type of stores are getting much less common, and it was a pleasure to find one which had excellent functioning machines.

I visited this printing shop and I have to express how happy and satisfied I’am. First off, this place has amazing customer service. Jose made me feel welcomed and assist me in a timely fashion. He answered all of my questions and helped me decide the service I needed. I usually get very intimidated coming to These shops but with the help of Jose I felt at ease. I will be sure to come back! I needed to make a zine and since its not 1994 you don’t have 24 hour copy shops to spend all night at. But i found copy central and was able to bring in my file and they did the rest. they went above and beyond all at a great price. was the bedside manner perfect? nah. will i be back. absolutely. love them. OH! and get this! they finished my project a day early.

I have been working with Copy Central for many years and, no matter how tight the deadline or how big or small the project, it is always done perfectly and timely. Their work is excellent and they are very tech savvy so they have come up with creative ways to handle tasks where, for example, a client may not be able to provide something in a compatible format. I have also had them do personal projects including copying architectural plans. The owner is friendly, professional and works alongside the employees. I highly recommend Copy Central Glendale for all of your personal and work projects (they do much more than copying).

I approached Copy Central via email a couple months prior to placing an actual order since my team wanted to produce a zine but didnt have all the artwork or book design yet, but thankfully Eric was really patient with us and worked through all our questions no matter how big or small throughout the process. I really appreciated his thoroughness and must commend him for his responsiveness and professionalism. In the end, the books turned out great! We even ended up with some extra copies as a bonus. Wish I could give 10 stars. My mothers 70th birthday is approaching and I was in need of a scan/reprint of a large photo we took in 1972. As you can imagine a 50 year old photo had its issues (tears, creases, holes, fading, etc.). I e-mailed Eric regarding the need, issues and turnaround. Less than 12 hours later I have a smile on my face that wont be fading for quite sometime. To say Im a satisfied customer would bring a new meaning to understatement. Many, many thanks!!!

I really can’t say enough good things about the team at Copy Central Glendale.Im an office manager for a clothing retailer and often need to have stationary, marketing, store communications, conference materials etc. printed at the very last minute with little to no turn around time, no job is too big or too hard and if they cant do it in house they will find somewhere that can and take care of it all for you.They have been my number one go to for all printing needs for the last 4 years, never disappointing but actually saving me my job on many occasions!Eric and the team are extremely easy to work with, understanding my vision even when I can’t quite explain it properly. AMAZING customer service experience. Walked in with 53 pages of a time-sensitive legal document which needed to be printed asap. ERIC appeared to be the sole representative available, he was obviously working multiple projects simultaneously. Without hesitation, he immediately began assisting me, going WAY above and beyond the customer service Ive experienced at any FedEx, Staples or any other copy/print shop. Ive worked with Copy Central on several projects all of which have been a smooth process. Keep in mind that these guys get busy and can have multiple projects coming in. As a time management suggestion as well as insight to working with them, provide enough time for feedback and review on your project/product. Last minute turn arounds can be really stressful and youll be more happy with your project/product if you schedule printing appropriately. With this in mind, they deserve a five star for the following:1. Communication: Theyre great a communicating with you and are helpful when you have a question.2. I tend to often procrastinate and find myself needing to print various shipping labels and documents at the most odd and crucial timelines. While this could easily be avoided with the massive laser printer at home, I find myself at the mercy of local print shops more often than I’d like to admit.Copy central didn’t laugh as they continued to make thousand page booklets and presentations when I requested to have two shipping labels on regular black and white letter paper.. instead they continued to beep and chop at their machines never missing a beat, while happily including my feeble request into their agenda. Not to mention they had my labyrinth of a request ready for me when I walked in, only a mere 5 minutes after sending them my files. The icing on the cake, while they didn’t laugh at my simpleton request, they deemed that payment not be necessary and had me in and out the door before I even got to asking them how much it was. that my friends is the holy grail of mom and pop anti Amazon corporate supreme level 9000 customer service at its finest. 👍🏻👍🏼👍🏽👍🏾👍🏿

Tl;dr I Went to the wrong store. Paid too much. Service was meh.So, my girlfriend got a bunch of cheap, nice business cards for handing out at comic-con and talked about how friendly everyone was. She designed me a card really quick and sent me on my way before they closed. Im a writer and we figured I could network a bit while enjoying the con.I walked in and it was an office full of blank-face well-dressed people with an employees only sign past the desk. Very claustrophobic. I hadnt any idea who actually worked there until I cautiously approached the desk and a gentleman got out of his seat to help me. He worked with me on expanding the borders so it would fit their standard size requirements. My girlfriend had sized it 3x2 so she could fit more on each page, but they said it was too difficult to work it out that way, which was weird because my girlfriend had said they were more than happy to work it out for her...Long story short, turns out I had gone down a street too far and was at the wrong place completely. My bad. I ended up paying twice as much as my girlfriend for printing my cards. Not only that, but the cut on some of the cards is uneven so the border on the bottom looks wonky. Overall, not very impressed by this place.
