Our experience with Cool Air Solutions has been great! Adam is knowledgeable and helped us pick out the right ac unit for our home. He also helped guide us through some other things that needed to be done. Nate (lead installer) and Alex (helper) went above and beyond on the installation. My husband was more than pleased with their work and attention to detail. Hailey is kind and helpful. We are so glad that we chose this company for our ac installation.

Try this company first!! Our experience with cool air has been fantastic. Wonderful customer service and very kind, knowledgeable reps. Darren discussed options for replacing our old units with us and did not pressure us into anything. Christian helped with maintenance and service of our old units. You honestly couldn’t ask for better representation for a company than these two! Extremely helpful and I will always look to call these guys first in the future.

I highly recommend Cool Air Solutions. They are truly a top-notch professional company that cares about their customers.Adam came into our home and did an excellent job explaining the process on replacing my entire AC and furnace after another local company damaged our system behind repair. The installation went smooth and Im happy with the the results Our family now has a working AC that cools our entire house down perfectly.Most importantly, theyre reasonably priced with quality products and provide excellent customer care. I took my brother to a job interview yesterday at 11:30. The woman at the front desk scheduled him for that time. My brother walked in at 11:15. She looked confused as to why he was there and he explained that he was there for the interview. She went to a back room and came in and said his interview was at 11, and the 1130 spot was filled. There was no one else there 15 minutes early. Very unprofessional and makes me wonder if you saw him and didn’t want to Interview him. ALSO replying to your reply, you have zero confirmation that his appointment was at 11am. As a hiring team you should have emailed a confirmation, very unprofessional on your part. As well as priding yourself in punctuality, your “1130” appointment was late. Your responses don’t add up. So pride yourself in honesty at least. Thank you

Cannot say enough great things about them. Mateo was honest and very direct. He promised to give me us best quote with no games or back and forth and that is what he did. We were on a tight budget and Mateo quoted only what we needed to stay comfortable for years to come - and it was exactly the price we were hoping for. Even the financing terms and maintenance plan were just right for us. The installation crew, lead by Nate, was super fast and clean. They were friendly but as unobtrusive as possible (my wife and I were both working from home at the time). They even found a way to do some extra duct work that wed thought out of reach. The office staff was great about communicating appointments and follow-up, too! I give an enthusiastic thumbs up to everyone at Cool Air Solutions.Update: When Jorge came out after 1 year to service the system... I was reminded how much I love, LOVE this company! Cool Air Solutions was 1of 3 companies I called to provide me with estimates for replacement of our 25 year old heating/cooling system. Adam came the following day and was very knowledgable and detailed in explaining the choices available for replacement of our system. Adam was very professional and helpful in describing distribution of heat and air throughout our home and suggested changing some ductwork to provide a more even flow.Technicians came the next day and began installation of our system and making the necessary changes to our ductwork for better flow of heat/air. Nate, lead tech, along with Josh and Alex were also very polite & professional during the installation process. They were at our home the whole day, a long day for the guys, and did an outstanding job of removing our old system and installing the new Lennox units in our home. Christian returned to repair a few items for us. In his previous visit, he let us know that our furnace exhaust pipe was not installed correctly. The angle was terrible and no screws holding it together, along with gaps between the pipes. Our gas shut off valve had no trap below it. I am shocked to learn we bought a house that was not up to code and the inspector never caught it. Our furnace is indoors and I thank God we did not have CO2 leaks in the house and installed the detectors a year ago. I highly recommend this company and Christian.

I have been a customer of Cool Sir Solutions since about 2016, I always receive the best service from the entire staff, I do really miss Mary in the office, my appointments for preventive maintenance are scheduled twice a year, once for a/c and once for heater. Scheduling is quick and easy, service technicians are always on time and I am kept with communication on the technician arrival time. Today my service was done by Greg, he was on time, very professional and very thorough, I appreciate that Greg as well as other techs take their time to do the work properly and correctly and not rushing through. Once finished I am given a verbal and written report on service work performed and anything that may require attention in the future, Greg also scheduled my winter heater maintenance before leaving. Cool Sir Solutions keeps my a/c working flawlessly through the summer and the heater in the winter. I strongly recommend Greg and Cool Sir Solutions for all a/c and heating needs as well as replacement. Cool Sir Solutions was the only company that would talk to me over the phone back in 2015/2016 when I was considering a system replacement. We just completed a very large air conditioning project with Cool Air Solutions and while they were not the cheapest bid I received, the service and performance we received was worth every penny!! It started with Jay who came out and put together the initial bid. He arrived on time and spent a good amount of time walking the property and discussing with us our options. He let me ask him millions of questions and was more than happy to explain and answer all my concerns. He worked with us to complete the financing of our three new units and work began almost immediately. They were also willing to work scheduling around our needs as our property is a short term rental and the guest house on our property had guests at the time and they happily agreed to do that unit the following week once our guests checked out.Freddie was the lead installer on our project and he was friendly and awesome to work with. His crew was nothing short of the same. They worked steady and cleaned up after themselves each day as if they were never there. At the end of the job upon the final walk through with Freddie there was a small punch list of things that had to be still be completed as he needed to order a few small parts as well as Freddie discovered the unit in our guest house needed a bigger breaker for the unit that was missed in the initial scope of work. All parts were ordered and fixes made within the next week and we are good to go! Working with Cool Air Solutions was such a pleasure as they were willing to go the extra mile no matter what I asked of them. I am so happy that I have found an A/C company that I know going forward will take good care of me and my property. Thanks Cool Air!!

I happen to come upon this company by chance. I hired them to conduct an inspection of my HVAC system that is 20+ yrs old. The tech was very professional, gave a very detailed report of what was wrong. I explained I had other AC companies come out for quotes and all prices were all over the place. He asked if I would like to speak to a Supervisor to discuss options. Darren came over and was extremely professional and we versed on the equipment. He explained their prices and when I said I needed more time, he was not disappointed or annoyed. He came back another time to speak with my wife and explain the system. I had 5 companies come and offer quotes and this company had the most value and better options. Their team installed the system over two days. The system did not operate correctly and they sent a technician (Brent) over to take a look. Brent stayed close to two hours each visit (3) and they diagnosed a faulty fuse installed by my solar company. This company is too notch so far. I still have several system tests to get through to make sure the system was installed correctly. I’m very impressed with everyone I have come into contact with.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!I called regarding the heater in our home not working, a technician came to check our system and stated everything was now working properly, he only had to clean some parts and that was it. The unit was heating up until 3 hrs later it stopped functioning again. I called them to notify them of the issue and they sent the same tech over. He stated he misdiagnosed the issue and that parts were required to be changed and they would need to order the parts. That tech quoted me $360 for 3hrs of labor ($120per hr) I said fine. I Called them back to schedule the repair and I received 2 completely different prices than what the first tech quoted me. The dispatcher said it would be $360 and it would take 2 hrs, thats $180 per hour unfortunately its required here in my home since I have 2 handicap children and an elderly mother who need our home to be warm due to medical needs. I agreed and had her order the parts. About 3 min later I received a call from Tony a different tech who gave me a different price of $540 for 3hrs. I asked both Tony & the dispatcher why the difference in price from all 3 employees and noone was able to give me a straight answer. I no longer felt I could trust this company to diagnose, repair nor charge a correct price for the repair, as all 3 employees quoted me different prices. VERY DISAPPOINTED, not sure how they have such high rantings on Google, but I even canceled my subscription to their maintenance service plan which I signed up for the first time they came. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICES!

From sales to installation, Mateo was there every step. He assisted me with selecting a unit. My experience with Cool Air Solutions was top notch, from start to finish! From my initial call to have my system looked at, to installation of my new HVAC system, and even a follow up due to a minor technical issue with the system, which was corrected in les than 24 hours!My initial appointment with Madison was impressive and professional. He was very easy to talk to and he wasnt trying to pressure me at all. In fact, he was more leaning towards just having my old system repaired and a tune up, which would have been much less money. It was me who decided to just get a brand new HVAC installed instead.My installation date was only two business days after initial appointment; again, very impressive. Patrick and his team were extremely friendly and courteous during the installation process. They were very thorough and cleaned up their work area before leaving.Then, there was a minor technical malfunction with the condenser that caused my system to shut off just 30 minutes after Patrick and his team left for the evening. I contacted Madison and he immediately got back to me and had a technician come out the following morning. Brent came by right on time and like all others, he was extremely professional and friendly. He even stayed a little longer to ensure the system was working correctly before he left. He resolved the technical issue in no time.I cannot be more satisfied with my experience with Cool Air Solutions and everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with. Jorge came out to do an inspection and was by far the most thorough, polite, and knowledgeable person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My problem ended up with me needing to replace my AC unit but he gave me several options to fix it instead and the pricing was really good but I decided to do a full replacement. They had the best marketing pamphlet among all the vendors I looked at. Im so thankful that a friend recommended Cool Air when one of my AC units went out during 100+ temps. Shes a 10 year customer! Kiana (sorry if I misspelled) was so sweet and was able to get me a tech the same day. Brent came and saved the day! Against my better judgment I hired this company to inspect my central air unit. I didnt have any current issues but thought I would have my unit inspected since we just purchased the home.
