Greg was great to work with. He came out quickly to evaluate our furnace and had great knowledge of the system. He presented us with all the options and we decided to replace the furnace.Conrad and Vicente performed the replacement and they were so great. They covered the floors and took great care of the house. They had great communication throughout the day on how the installation was going.Greg has an easy system for payments and financing and we were able to do everything digitally.

A++ serviceGreg was super understanding, tried to help me fix the system over the phone (free of charge!) and ended up coming over on the coldest day of the year after hours to help me out.Other guys quoted me $1500 for obviously too much work and a valve I didnt need. Greg cleaned the soot off my burner and charged me a literal tenth of the other guys price.Honest, responsive, courteous. Cant say enough good things about this business.

Stellar outfit.A few years ago they came out to figure out why our air conditioning system wasnt working correctly.They determined that it wasnt installed correctly and fixed the problem. It now works better than it ever has. We thought maybe we had bought a bad system, it was just a bad install.Youll have to look hard to find a better crew, we have them out at regular intervals to maintain our system.

Greg is always available to get me an appointment as soon as possible, like same day!! Christian the tech that came to fix the heater is soo knowledgeable and courteous and he didn’t leave until everything was tested and absolutely working! I’m soo appreciative!!

Awesome service - they accommodated a last-minute request efficiently. The inspection was thorough, and the necessary heater parts were quickly sourced. My issue was resolved in less than a day, which was a relief given the chilly weather!

Controlled comfort from the start offered extraordinary service from when I found them on yelp, gave them a call, discussed services, fees, and scheduling, to when they arrived and performed maintenance on our HVAC. It was all seamless and I couldn’t be happier. Christian was really easy going and friendly. He was very thorough from taking pictures, notes, and providing explanations of what to look out for after he completed his services. I appreciated that he was self sufficient and trustworthy to not require micromanaging. His experience and knowledge was demonstrated through his attention to detail when we were discussing current and future maintenance. We were very pleased and will reach out to Controlled comfort for future services when needed.

Came in to the office this morning and it was already 78 degrees! I knew it was going to be difficult to get same day A/C service. After going on line, I called the first 6 companies, including ones that advertised same day service, and no one could honor their advertisement. I tried one more time and reached Greg with Controlled Comfort. He explained that he had a fully booked schedule today and was running a little slow due to a broken toe. He took my number and said he was at a site close by and would let me know if he could fit me in. Not more than an hour later, I got the call that hed be here in the next two hours. Customer service like this is getting harder to find these days. Greg is professional, courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. In under 30 minutes the A/C was blowing cold and I couldnt have been happier. He even asked for my garden hose so he could give it a much needed cleaning after replacing the capacitor. After meeting him, I see that he wasnt doing anything special for me specifically as I believe he treats all of his customers this way! Great job and will definitely using Controlled Comfort again!

I had an exceptional experience with this company. The level of responsiveness and friendliness displayed by their team, including Greg the owner, was truly impressive. Its evident that they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. Christian and Vicente stood out with their friendly demeanor and thorough explanations of the entire process. Throughout the entire process of repairing my air conditioning system, I was impressed by the continuous communication I had with Greg. His involvement demonstrated his deep understanding of my system and his sincere efforts to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Not only did they efficiently resolve the issue, but they also took the extra step of cleaning up after themselves, diligently vacuuming and removing any smudges from the walls. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service were truly commendable. It was reassuring to have someone with such expertise overseeing the project and providing valuable insights. I wholeheartedly recommend them without any hesitation.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with this company! They initially attempted to solve the problem for us by giving us instructions over the phone free of charge. When that didnt work, they were able to come the very next day, and quickly and professionally solved our AC problem. The repairman was polite, extremely personable, engaging, very helpful, and even found an additional problem that would separately have cost us, but since he was already on the premises, he just fixed it free of charge. Based on our interaction with them, well be using them for yearly maintenance and for all of our AC needs in the future.
