Bought this custom door from home depot. Contractor just got here to install our closet sliding door. We ordered a 60x81 door. For some dumbo reason they added an extra inch to the track (61 instead) so now we have to cut the metal half an inch off each side so it’ll fit properly. 60 inches is standard so I have no idea why they would add the extra inch and cause most customers to have to cut it to size. When I called this California company to ask: “hey I ordered a 60 in track why did I get a 61 in track? Did you mess up cutting?” “No we do that because some closets are square” WHAT?! Hahaha well that’s some common sense right there!

These people suck; bought my second set of doors from Home Depot in Eastvale, California, and the top Channel was bent. They want to charge me $143 for a new channel. Doors are cheap and need to touch-up paint everywhere. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordering was simple and easy but actually getting correct delivery information and having consistency from customer service was horrible. The order was delayed 3 times I was told everyday it had shipped and never did and then when it did ship it didn’t arrive on time and when I called customer service, I was told that it would be here that day and it never showed up and when I called the very next day, they said it never even shipped and five hours later. It appeared at my warehouse. Customer service does not communicate with each other. They don’t understand how the shipping works. They have no proper information to help the customers make this process easier I would never shop here again.

I was just fired from cw by the supervisor Frank at the v-2 warehouse over a time sheet dispute . Mind all of you I did nothing wrong it was all a misunderstanding I was told to fill it out by someone above me. He handle the situation so poorly and unprofessional. To try and make me understand the problem he used the saying “ if someone tells you to jump off a bridge are you going to do it “. At the end of the day I get a phone call saying I’m let go over attendance which isn’t true. I feel like they did me wrong and there’s nothing I can do about since I’m under the agency. I used to be with the company but after leaving and coming back I had to thru the agency. They don’t care about there workers!!!

Very poor experience so far. Ordered two closet doors through home depot. We received both doors, but only one track? And the track we did receive is an inch longer than the doors it is supposed to fit and wont fit in the closet enclosure without being cut. Well, I dont have a metal saw so I cant install this door. Ive purchased many closet doors in my life and never had the track be longer than the door or opening. I called Home Depot who called these guys and were told that they always ship tracks that are longer than the door. This sounds ridiculous to me. Im still waiting for the other track which I can supposedly call next Tuesday to get a tracking number, meaning, I probably wont get my track until a few weeks after the doors. Last time I do business with this company and Home Deport. Exceptionally poor experience. I am seeking a way to return all of the products for a refund once the missing track appears.UPDATE: Here we are, over a month and a half since I ordered the doors, and I STILL DONT HAVE THE TRACK TO MY 72 door. I have been flat out lied to, told they were shipped, only to find out nothing has been sent. I have been told they were on their way over three times and they never never showed up. I was told today that Keona, the person who promised Home Depot last week that my order would be delivered to my house last Friday, did not include my address or phone number on the shipping log which is why they couldnt deliver. Either that is another very ridiculous lie, or Keona should not be working in this kind of position given that a shipping address would seem like a pretty obvious thing that would be needed for a delivery, no? My god, this company is a joke@!

I had pick up from them....so, first they mixed my 2 stops, then they load me over weight 5k lb and on BOL says 40k lb so 10k more that what they say and now on my first stop (which originally should be last) I have problem and Im waiting 4hrs to someone solve problem (time zone difference) I lost 2 days because of them. Never ever again. Two stars is only because people work there, come nice and handy

Do not buy these products. They purposefully do not place product information on their products (model numbers etc.) so when you need to replace these products it is quote from their sales person process of elimination to ensure you dont buy the wrong product. Needed to replace a wardrobe door and ended up having to order a different door three times as part of the elimination process before finally getting the right door. Had to go back and forth with a wardrobe door 3 times because they charge $220 for delivery and live 2.4 miles away from their location. One of the worst customer experiences you will ever endure.

Please note there is 30% surcharge which cannot be removed ^^ I do not know whats it for still. I lost money, because they quoted me without telling me there is going to be 30% surcharge.Also, poor customer service... never reply back to your email if it is not the order or quote (order confirmaion and quotes takes about 2 days). You have to call their office and make sure you get their name....The lead time they give you is never correct. I didnt even received the dates for my order, they randomly called me today and dropped it off.

I purchased a shower doors in 2006. They have been very good and durable. Wear and tear had cracked some washers for the knobs and yellowed some plastic door bumpers. When I contacted CW to purchase some replacement parts. CW took my information, made sure it was what I had and needed, then sent - AT NO CHARGE, even after 14 years of use - a hardware kit that had knobs and parts with new new designs.They make the shower doors look even better.

Their customer service is very nice and I cannot understand there still are many negative reviews. My specialist, Michelle T., is efficient, helpful and friendly. She answered my repairing questions with professional details so I benefited from it a lot. Contractors Wardrobe gave me a very nice repairing experience when I felt stressed-out as I needed to repair a sliding door. Home Depot provides the special order service for this vendor and Home Depots service is awesome, too.
