Bought this custom door from home depot. Contractor just got here to install our closet sliding door. We ordered a 60x81 door. For some dumbo reason they added an extra inch to the track (61 instead) so now we have to cut the metal half an inch off each side so it’ll fit properly. 60 inches is standard so I have no idea why they would add the extra inch and cause most customers to have to cut it to size. When I called this California company to ask: “hey I ordered a 60 in track why did I get a 61 in track? Did you mess up cutting?” “No we do that because some closets are square” WHAT?! Hahaha well that’s some common sense right there!

These people suck; bought my second set of doors from Home Depot in Eastvale, California, and the top Channel was bent. They want to charge me $143 for a new channel. Doors are cheap and need to touch-up paint everywhere. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordering was simple and easy but actually getting correct delivery information and having consistency from customer service was horrible. The order was delayed 3 times I was told everyday it had shipped and never did and then when it did ship it didn’t arrive on time and when I called customer service, I was told that it would be here that day and it never showed up and when I called the very next day, they said it never even shipped and five hours later. It appeared at my warehouse. Customer service does not communicate with each other. They don’t understand how the shipping works. They have no proper information to help the customers make this process easier I would never shop here again.

I was just fired from cw by the supervisor Frank at the v-2 warehouse over a time sheet dispute . Mind all of you I did nothing wrong it was all a misunderstanding I was told to fill it out by someone above me. He handle the situation so poorly and unprofessional. To try and make me understand the problem he used the saying “ if someone tells you to jump off a bridge are you going to do it “. At the end of the day I get a phone call saying I’m let go over attendance which isn’t true. I feel like they did me wrong and there’s nothing I can do about since I’m under the agency. I used to be with the company but after leaving and coming back I had to thru the agency. They don’t care about there workers!!!

Very poor experience so far. Ordered two closet doors through home depot. We received both doors, but only one track? And the track we did receive is an inch longer than the doors it is supposed to fit and wont fit in the closet enclosure without being cut. Well, I dont have a metal saw so I cant install this door. Ive purchased many closet doors in my life and never had the track be longer than the door or opening. I called Home Depot who called these guys and were told that they always ship tracks that are longer than the door. This sounds ridiculous to me. Im still waiting for the other track which I can supposedly call next Tuesday to get a tracking number, meaning, I probably wont get my track until a few weeks after the doors. Last time I do business with this company and Home Deport. Exceptionally poor experience. I am seeking a way to return all of the products for a refund once the missing track appears.UPDATE: Here we are, over a month and a half since I ordered the doors, and I STILL DONT HAVE THE TRACK TO MY 72 door. I have been flat out lied to, told they were shipped, only to find out nothing has been sent. I have been told they were on their way over three times and they never never showed up. I was told today that Keona, the person who promised Home Depot last week that my order would be delivered to my house last Friday, did not include my address or phone number on the shipping log which is why they couldnt deliver. Either that is another very ridiculous lie, or Keona should not be working in this kind of position given that a shipping address would seem like a pretty obvious thing that would be needed for a delivery, no? My god, this company is a joke@!

I had pick up from them....so, first they mixed my 2 stops, then they load me over weight 5k lb and on BOL says 40k lb so 10k more that what they say and now on my first stop (which originally should be last) I have problem and Im waiting 4hrs to someone solve problem (time zone difference) I lost 2 days because of them. Never ever again. Two stars is only because people work there, come nice and handy

Do not buy these products. They purposefully do not place product information on their products (model numbers etc.) so when you need to replace these products it is quote from their sales person process of elimination to ensure you dont buy the wrong product. Needed to replace a wardrobe door and ended up having to order a different door three times as part of the elimination process before finally getting the right door. Had to go back and forth with a wardrobe door 3 times because they charge $220 for delivery and live 2.4 miles away from their location. One of the worst customer experiences you will ever endure.

Please note there is 30% surcharge which cannot be removed ^^ I do not know whats it for still. I lost money, because they quoted me without telling me there is going to be 30% surcharge.Also, poor customer service... never reply back to your email if it is not the order or quote (order confirmaion and quotes takes about 2 days). You have to call their office and make sure you get their name....The lead time they give you is never correct. I didnt even received the dates for my order, they randomly called me today and dropped it off.

I purchased a shower doors in 2006. They have been very good and durable. Wear and tear had cracked some washers for the knobs and yellowed some plastic door bumpers. When I contacted CW to purchase some replacement parts. CW took my information, made sure it was what I had and needed, then sent - AT NO CHARGE, even after 14 years of use - a hardware kit that had knobs and parts with new new designs.They make the shower doors look even better.

Their customer service is very nice and I cannot understand there still are many negative reviews. My specialist, Michelle T., is efficient, helpful and friendly. She answered my repairing questions with professional details so I benefited from it a lot. Contractors Wardrobe gave me a very nice repairing experience when I felt stressed-out as I needed to repair a sliding door. Home Depot provides the special order service for this vendor and Home Depots service is awesome, too.

Not the best service, orders are always delayed and the quality on the product is very questionable. I have to respond to my customers over the product they sell to us. When I talk to Customer Service, they always give me promises that ARE NOT fulfilled. (Very sad).

The customer service with this place is absolutely horrid. I ordered my shower doors through these guys and when I asked for instructions for my contractor what they sent wasnt even for the unit I purchased. I repeated my request several times only to be told thats all they have. I have had three contractors refuse to install these doors without better instructions. The unit itself doesnt even have enough screwed to hold all of the u-channels in place. The pictures on their website arent what you are actually ordering (it showed brackets). Ive been hung out to dry by this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

In July 2017 we bought a shower enclosure manufactured by Contracters Wardrobe.After several weeks, we noticed calcium deposits on the outside of the corner post. See attached pictures.Water is seeping through the manufactures frame splice joint and shows up as calcium on the outside of the shower!After many e-mails and phone calls, between the 3 parties, the representative from Contractors Wardrobe, Chad Saunders, wrote the following statement to the Installer:Nick,I have done an inspection on this shower and from everything I can see the shower was installed and manufactured correctly. I have brought back pictures and videos to management at my company and the shower seems to be working as designed. The problems that the customer is concerned about does not fall under our warranty. I believe that we may just be running into expectation problems. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.Chad Saunders.Our expectation was having a shower enclosure where no water is seeping through the frame, if this is not a warranty issue, what part of the Enclosure do they warranty?Perhaps we should have suspected future problems since the first day of installation of the enclosure, the installer had some of the frame up and due to the manufactures mistake, all the frame sections were removed, wrapped up and returned because the corner post was the incorrect size. When the installer returned at a later date and reinstalled the shower enclosure, the top corner frame had a noticeable 1/8 inch gap. See attached picture. The installer was able to make the gap not so noticeable, so that we could accept the installation, but the gap is now very noticeable from the inside of the shower. Per our installer, this is an ongoing Contractors Wardrobe problem.As customers we have been very patient with these people, allowing them to rectify their mistakes, but it has run out, especially when they tell us they dont guarantee non-leakage.This will be the last time we will deal with Contractors Wardrobe and for sure, they will get no recommendations!

Strongly advocate purchasing from another vendor; this company is not worth the headaches. Ordered two standard tub enclosures on June 7th, today is August 8th, and I still do not have a completed order. Received the initial order July 25th (48 days later), but metal work was incorrect size. Reordered same day, metal arrived August 8th scratched/damaged. Reordered again same day, and I have no idea when it will arrive. Most likely another two weeks to wait. Not to mention time and gas back and forth to the home improvement store to reorder/pick-up etc. If the order arrives correctly, then total wait time would equate to about 75 days, or Jun. 7 - Aug. 22? Youve been warned.

Ive had my large sliding mirror closet doors installed for quite a while. And Ive always been happy with them. I have a bathroom remodel in progress, and being that the doors are in fairly good shape I wanted to keep them. I was able to remove them, make adjustments, and clean to the point where they look like new. The only other item I could use was replacing the sliders up top. I contacted support and they were easy and a pleasure to work with in getting them replaced. Any closet doors I replace in the future will be with these guys.

I would give them less than 1 star if I could. They cant get ANYTHING right! They have some products that we cant get from others. We never have a good experience with this company. They throw a lot of paper work at you and get the glass wrong anyway. If you need to buy from expect to wait for 2 to 3 weeks!!!!!! Been on hold for 20 minutes!!!! This company is terrible!!!

I ordered a neo shower enclosure through Home Depot that purchased it from Contractors Wardrobe. The sketch that Home depot used and sent to the company showed dimensions at the outside of the bottom curb/sill. Bottom dimensions given were 16 1/2 inches for both side pieces and 26 1/2 inches for the bottom curb door width piece. They provided 16 3/4 pieces and 27 for the bottom curb/sill. The headed pieces were cut to 17 13/16 and 27 1/8. These dimensions place the curb/sill at the very outside edge of the shower dam. I called the number provided in the installation instructions concerning the measurements talked with Angela she said I would be called. No called received, went to Home depot rep. Alonna called CW and was told the company would do nothing. Ive been a machinist for 35 years and the shower dam is very square and if the sketch dimensions would have been followed theenclosure would be installed already. But they want me to hacksaw it to fit. They dont stand behind their product. Would definitely not recommend this company.

Past employee and i can grantee they do not care if they give you damaged product to them it just another day of getting money. Doors and glass are used with cheaper materials before they were good materials to make them but now the company only want to make profits. This type of behavior shouldnt be allowed especially when they still charge the same rate for an inferior product.

We ordered shower door and side glass for a new shower on Oct 2nd 2015 through Window Depot in Tucson. They act as a 3rd party and have Contractors Wardrobe make the shower doors and glass. When it arrive both the glass door and glass sides were the wrong size. It was reordered and when arrived the second time the side glass was correct but the door was still the wrong size. I was told it would be reordered and in by Nov 12th but only the hardware came in. Again I was told today Nov 16th it would be reordered and here by Friday the 20th. this has been going on for 7 weeks now and no one seems to be able to get it correct. When ordering glass shower doors ask who the manufacture is and if it this company you would be smart to look somewhere else

But what makes this all so frustrating is I called them and was promised I’d get a call or an email after they speak to shipping to find out what happened... I asked they do both... Nothing. I called back later in the evening. Same thing... They were talking to shipping and yatta yatta yatta. I was promised I’d get a call or an email. Annnnd nothing. These people will literally tell you whatever you want to hear but do absolutely nothing to help you out... Look at the positive reviews, they are just as much of a joke as this company. Stay away!!

These guys are crooks, they have the worst customer service and will put you on hold forever because they cant answer your questions nor do they want to.The only reason I gave the one star is because negative 100 doesnt exist.

I spent over $700 on a custom shower door. They were late by almost 2 months, and sent the wrong glass. I finally got things worked out, but my glass was similar but not the same as in the store. Ill never do business with CW again.

We ordered the 96X80.5 Style Lite Satin Clear Mirror Alum Framed Interior Closet Door. It arrived with the track crushed. HomeDepot very nicely contacted this vendor and they shipped another track which we recd promptly. Naturally, the mirrors were dusty and flecked with the styrofoam beads from packing. Once installed and cleaned both doors were coated with blue paint overspray from something not connected to these doors. Photos were taken and Matthew from this company was called to investigate how this happened in the shop. After giving him order numbers etc., he wanted my husband to do all the calling to investigate. He seemed unwilling to actually do his job. Shouldnt be in Customer Service. Period. Because this overspray wasnt seen until after the doors were installed, WE need to deal with trying to get the paint off from all over the doors. We are NOT happy and would not recommend this product with shipping cost us close to $650.00.

I give 4 stars because I appreciate the time they gave me a job at this company.
