Continental is hands down the best interpreting agency. Not only are they reliable for standard interpreting/translation services, but they always deliver with urgent and last-minute requests as well. Diego, Rachelle, Jesus, and Kassandra are my go-to points of contact because of their sense of urgency, professionalism, and friendly customer service. Continental will certainly exceed your expectations!

Continental is definitely one of the best agencies Ive worked with, if not the best. Unlike a lot of agencies that treat interpreters as a commodity, they treat you with respect, as professionals, the way we should be treated. Sometimes, they already approach you with a proposed rate which is not insulting at all, compare to other agencies, especially some bottom feeders who ask for your rate (because we are freelancers, to later tell you that the budget is 10 times less). I love to work with Becky (she is my rock star! :) ) and Kassandra. Love you ladies!

Ive been working with Continental for around 18 years. Im a professional interpreter, and Ive worked with many of their clients on many types of jobs. Theyre extremely reputable and excellent to work with. Ive always found everyone that works in their office to be extremely kind and professional. I always recommend them to my colleagues looking for reputable agencies. While I have done much work as an interpreter for them, I also have private clients and Ive rented equipment on different occasions for my private jobs. Theyve always given me a fair price and delivered on time. I feel that we have an extremely good working relationship, and the few times that weve had an issue (and in 18 years, theres bound to be an issue,) theyve always responded quickly, professionally and respectfully. I value our relationship, and I highly recommend them.

As an independent contractor, Continental Interpreting Services is a great company to work for. My scheduling coordinator is always courteous, responsive and helpful.The payment is always on time which is huge when it comes to choosing which company to work with. Additionally, the court reporters and video specialist are always professional. I have nothing but positive things to say about CIS.Since the pandemic started, many industries had to transition into a new way of doing business quickly in order to protect the employees and contractors. Continental Interpreting Services transitioned quickly into conducting depositions via online formats such as Zoom and other platforms. The entire team is amazing. I highly recommend this company!

Over the years, I have watched Continental expanded successfully -not by accident- but through relying on a business ethos which is ruled by a set of professional principles . In my personal experience with Continental, I have always felt that I was treated fairly and professionally in every way : from the moment I accept my assignment to when I receive my-always-on -time payment. Late job -cancellations have always been honored according to our mutual agreement. When times were good for everyone there had always been end-of-year dinner parties to show employees/ interpreters appreciation and even when the economy is down, there has always been a thoughtful gift at the end of year to remind us that we are important. I can honestly say that Continental is the best interpreting agency I have ever worked with.

Continental was one of the first agencies I was introduced to when I started in the court certified interpreting field as an independent contractor. First, my Collegue had many positive things to say about them, and then from my own experience I can confidently say that they are one of the most efficient, productive and professional agencies I’ve ever worked for. I have interpreted with Continental for years and they are super professional and wonderful to work with. Every single aspect of the assignment is treated with care and attention to detail. The folks that work there have been in the company for years and its really nice to know who you are talking to. I also rent interpreting equipment from them and that has always been a breeze. They even sometimes deliver it themselves with their van. Their technical side is always impeccable: the latest equipment and the best technicians.
