Contactability is a great cost effective source for leads, but is not without its kinks. There will be times where leads will not fit your parameters, but Contactability has a client friendly refund policy. The quality of the leads when right, are spot on and the exact kind of clients you want in your book of business. Gavin is my account manager and has been amazing to work with by being extremely responsive and understanding of difficulties that are presented with online leads. I would recommend Contactability over many live-lead transfer systems and look forward to their improvements that they continue to implement in their business.

I have used several live transfer lead companies over the years and this one is the best I have found. Great customer service and they are quick to refund a lead if it is legitimately bad. Gavin and Amber have been great contacts for managing my account and regularly check in with me. I maintain a great closing ratio from the leads that are sent my way.

My experience with Contactability has been great. I started receiving their phone leads approximately 3 weeks ago and it has given me better quality leads than I have had in the past with other companies. Their customer service and support is great. You get to speak with the same support person that is dedicated to your individual account each time without having to go through multiple prompts to reach a random person. I would recommend them to agencies looking to boost their production immediately.

Our account manager Nicholas Gay is very quick to respond to any issues we have with credits and I am always able to speak with him if I call as well. The leads are good, if there are one or two that we need credit on, Nicholas is very quick to help us with that.

Ive work with several online lead companies and have never stayed with one for more than a month--until now. Working with Contactability, the leads themselves have been on par with what you would expect from online lead sources, but working with Contactabilitys support has been fantastic. I have an account rep that I can contact any time and she is extremely accommodating to my time-frame and budget. Not only that, she is responsive and proactive about making sure I have what I need when I need it when it comes to managing my account. She has helped me customize several profiles to the exact specifications that I need for my agency. You cant ask for better than that.

Nicholas Gay and his team at Contactability have been a pleasure to work with. Their lead center has been better than any lead source I have used; and I have used many. I highly recommend them and their live transfers. My closing ratio is very good with this agency and I enjoy the analytics and way its set up. Very easy to work with both personally and technically. They have a great way set up where it doesnt make it an inconvenience for the clients and relationships are huge to build with the right bridge. I am very puzzled by some of these bad reviews saying they wont refund. I have never had a refund denied--not once! If you are looking for a great product manager that will help you find a solution for every scenario when it comes to leads, ask for Cain German. He has helped me find an affordable price for live leads and is constantly working on our requested refunded leads. Every other week he gives us a call to check up on how things are going. By far, the best lead service partner I have ever worked with. My account manager Thomas fully understands the insurance industry, yet completely individualizes my account to address my business needs. His role is of a business partner rather than an account manager. His number one goal is my agencys success and growth. The live transfer commercial leads are superior!! Neil is by far one of the best Reps I have worked with when it comes to dealing with someone within a lead company. I have been in this Industry for over 10 years. This place is a joke. Seriously, if you are looking for a high quality lead service this is NOT the place. Contactability has delivered hundreds of leads to me and only about a handful have been legit. I have invested over $500.00 into their lead program and they refuse to refund all of my money. They said, We cannot refund your money however your remaining balance can be used to purchase more leads. My question is, Why would I waste anymore of my money on your leads if your leads are not credible? Long story short do NOT use Contactability.

Have had no real problems and when I did my account manager Nick was quick to take care of it. The live transfer system is wonderful, my contact to quote ratio is near 100%. Instead of spending two weeks to get a hold of someone to have them tell me its already taken care of, I can get them on the line and do an actual quote on someone who actually wants one. I would recommend this to anyone one who is tried of chasing down standard internet leads.

I opened my agency a year ago and its safe to say Ive tried every company under the sun for Insurance Leads. Theyre all the same, sure. BUT Nicholas Gay and Contactability have come through for me. Theyre the only company I have stuck with. Their return policy is VERY HONEST and Nicholas checks in with me consistently to be sure theyre doing everything they can. Listen, leads are leads, there are disconnected numbers, wrong numbers, etc. Thats not the companys fault, its the person filling out the form. Just my $0.02.

I have nothad many problems with incorrect phone numbers or email addresses but when I did they were quick to refund me for that bad lead. Total scam. They flooded my inbox with leads using up deposit the first few days. None of the people were interested in buying insurance. I could only get sales credit, no refund. Sales credit produced more worthless leads. They wouldnt give me credits automatically unless is signed up for autoibilling. Otherwise I had to call in and they didnt pick up the phone, it just rang and rang, This was even for my so-called personal account manager. Never heard from the again once they got my money except for them to be rude. .. I normally get 1-2 leafs a day from my lead service for our small population. Contactable was sending 5-10 and they were junk.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR LEADS THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAMI used this service for 4 months straight and received NO good leads what so ever. I put a total of $400 in the service. All leads were complete garbage leads, with wrong information, wrong names, out of my state of interest, and wrong phone numbers. Even their transfer service is abysmal.I am a life insurance agent part of Council and have no issues selling insurance, so the problem is most definitely not with me. Their customer service is also complete garbage, and they even blocked me form contacting them for support when I complained about the fact that their company was unable to deliver leads. I spent weeks with them on end trying to get leads and they still never delivered.They are essentially a thief company and will steal your money and never give it up either as credit or in the form of leads.If you decide to go with this company, you might as well withdraw a couple of hundred dollars in cash from your nearest ATM, crumple up the money, and throw it away in a garbage can.

Smart Financial (Contactability) - BEWARE that once they have your deposit even if you get poor quality leads (and you will) they may give you credit acknowledging you got poor quality leads, but you DONT get that money back if you cancel service. I was promised quality leads and they did not deliver. So when I canceled they gave me what was left and they kept all the credits I supposedly got back. I received 8 leads and all were poor quality, thus the reason for cancelling the service. The game they play is well give you credit back- BUT you never get the money back. I looked for Smart Financial to do the right thing -the ethical thing. They did not. Very disappointing.

This company provided horrible quality calls. We ceased calls in June 2018, and continued to charge our card after our cancellation of the account, and refused to give us back the money that they charged incorrectly. I repeatedly attempted to contact Carolina, Jeremy, and the CEO Lev, but noone wanted to take my calls or properly process the refunds as they were due. This was edited in response to their response from the owner, which was 5 MONTHS after I posted this issue. They (Carolina / Jeremy / Lev) are all very well aware of what they did and how irresponsible it was of them to do this. If you value your money use any company but this one, as they will rip you off and take 5 months to respond to you.

This company is TERRIBLE. Andrew is our acct rep and he worse than terrible. The information when he was calling us to get the sale was not the way it was once he got our money. Other past commenters are correct - once you pay, good luck getting your money back. We were transferred a lead from a guy IN A NURSING HOME, CLEARLY NOT OF SOUND MIND AND IT WAS STILL TRANSFERRED AND BILLED TO US!!!!!! IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT TO PAY FOR? Once we brought it to Andrews attention, he turned our leads off and said that he was going to look into it to see what happened and what can be done to get better leads. Now its reached to over 40 calls. Different numbers keep calling. Ive blocked so many numbers. This is harassment. All I did was look for insurance and this happens? Basically their plan is to drain all your money till zero and then keep the rest and they wont refund any bad leads at all. They dont care. I would rank it as zero stars if I could. Claim they are live transfers but had multiple calls in the same day where they would send me people who said you called me and I told the other person I didnt want a quote. Then your charged $40 and have to get a refund that they only give in a credit for more bad leads. Also had maybe 2-3 leads per day that were from out of my states I can write in....again have to go through the terrible return process.

Most places that have live transfers for the price they are selling them at actually introduce the agent and have confirmed the info they are giving to the agent. This place just feels like they use an auto dialer and as soon as someone picks up they are dumped onto your phone. Most information isnt filled out on the lead card and the information that is filled out is not accurate.

I call the customer service line and get a voicemail. That seems like a bad system for this type of company. However when I call the sales line they pick up on the first ring, now they could not help and transferred me back to the voicemail... In my opinion they should not be pushing more product if they can not handle the clients they have. Lots of turnover in this company. i have been calling for weeks with no return call, they will sign you up but good luck with the cancellation.
