These folks punch above their weight. I had never heard of them before. Their advertised services and capabilities seemed to be a little too good to be true at first. Weve been working with Consumer Fusion now for a while now and I can attest that they do everything they say they can. If youre a business owner thinking about engaging with Consumer Fusion, hurry up and do it. Itll be the best money youve spent. I cannot recommend them enough.

It seems this company is best at offering their platform to monitor online reviews of your business. I did not want that, I just wanted bogus reviews removed of people that never stepped foot into my business. They were able to remove 1 illegitimate review in 6 months, but could not get the rest removed. I canceled my contract with Consumer Fusion and moved to a different company that removed 4 reviews in 2 months.So if you are going to use their review platform and want their product of engaging folks to write reviews then it seems like a good product. I think they have an excellent product, but it is not what I feel I nee. If you just want illegitimate reviews removed then Id search around for a company that charges only when a review is removed.The company is very responsive to customer satisfaction and they do want to make sure they are offering you a good service. So if you feel like things arent going well Id suggest reaching out as they would be receptive.

When I signed up for this company, I was wondering if this was a good choice, the moment I signed up, it was 100% customer service. They’ve been on it. They kept their word by taking care of my social media platforms. Also taking care of my response back to customers and taking down bad reviews too. At the beginning there wasn’t too many progress but after they received an one start review from me they started to be very active and work very hard to remove as many negative reviews as they can also recovered some missing reviews. I believe Consumer fusion has availability to raise your company’s reputation and Google review scores. Don’t give up and keep communicating each other and you will see the changes.
