Construction Windows is the way to go. Their associate, Tim, was friendly, knowledgeable, and he actually answered the phone when I called, and helped me with my questions. My Milgard windows were priced fairly and arrived exactly as ordered and were in 100% perfect shape. They were delivered on an actual Milgard truck. We ordered the windows for our custom home through Construction Windows and have been very happy! Tim helped us place the original order, answered all of our questions, and responded quickly. When a window was accidentally broken during construction, Tim and Karrie worked with the manufacturer to expedite the re-order. We ordered 2 windows (1 new) one to enlarge an older window. We wanted the dark windows on the outside frame. Construction Windows were so great to work with. They helped us get the right look by sending us a sample. And helped us make sure we ordered the correct size needed. Very patient with us. The windows came faster than we thought they would and installed so easy the same day. We need to replace all of our windows and will come back to this company for sure. Sample is just one of the photos this is where we enlarged a window that faces our lake.

A great option if you need new or custom windows replacements. The customer service was informative and was up to date on every step of the process. My order was ready in about 2 weeks from placing the order online to picking up the order. Pro Tip, contact customer service about whether pick up is an option. I was able to reduce my delivery time, by pick up my order from a Milgard factory.

I saved $10,000 by ordering from constructionwindows.com rather than my local milgard window dealer. I was super hesitant thinking this was a scam but i called milgard themselves to make sure they had a constructionwindows.com as a vendor and they confirmed that they had them in their system as a active vendor. I placed my order and Travis at constructionwindows.com went thru my order with me and corrected 2 mistakes that I had made when I ordered. Once the order was completed I got my windows in 3-4 weeks. 27 windows all got delivered straight from the milgard factory in a milgard box truck. Ill definitely spread the word that this is the best way to order windows.

As a do it yourselfer this company is very useful for ordering custom windows. After placing my order they were very quick to verify the order and give me a call to clarify some potential issues and get everything figured out with size limitations and saving me delivery fees since they noticed I lived close to the factory. While waiting for the order to be fabricated they were very good about keeping me up to date with the status. Overall a very good experience and highly recommended.

I have never purchased windows or started on the home improvement journey before and was worried about which companies to use. Construction Windows was excellent. They were responsive to my questions, their prices were incredibly reasonable and they were able to still hit their deadlines for delivery despite the COVID-19 slow down.I am incredibly pleased with the windows I ordered. Tim saved me big bucks by showing me how to find the number on my two existing Milgard windows that have a broken seal. This enables me to have Milgard fulfill their lifetime warrantee. Meanwhile, I need a new one anyway. The Construction Windows website is (in my opinion) the best for a home owner ordering windows. Ill be recommending this business!

I wish I got all my windows here. The online sizing and selection was very easy to navigate. Then they emailed me to confirm some specifics, and asked if I would mind speaking to one of their experts to further confirm (some oddities due to my house being old), I said yes. The next day a gentleman called, verified my dimensions, how I measured, and how I was going to install them, just to make sure they were exactly what I wanted. No sales pitch of any kind, no up-sale conversation at all. When my windows arrived (it took a while due to supply chain issues, but I was informed the whole time), they were perfect. Measurements were exact, everything was as described. I was even emailed to inspect them before install so any issues could be resolved with Milgard (the manufacture I chose). The install was easy and went well, and I couldnt be happier with the entire experience, it really was that good. There was a lot of effort on their part to make sure I ordered the right window from the get go, it really added to my confidence in placing the order. Oh yeah, pricing was fantastic too.

Construction Windows provided excellent customer service before, during, and after my purchase. They answered a number of questions I had during the design of a small cabin, recommended specific products and configurations to best meet my needs, beat local pricing by about 10%, and once the order was placed kept me well informed of the status of production and deliveries, including working with Milgard to get a replacement for several screens that arrived damaged. Extremely responsive and helpful and they answer the phone when you call. Will definitely use them for all future window purchases.,

Kaitlin Newlon provided us an exceptional customer service! This is what customer service should be/feel/look like. She can actually lead a class to teach customer service to people/vendors in general as we have a lot of bad ones out there!We received the windows we ordered! Due to supply chain/staffing shortage, our windows took a while to get to us but it’s ok because it’s not anyone fault! Supply/staffing shortage is a known problem everywhere!Anyway, one of the windows was missing a screen. Kaitlin follows up with the company to get a screen shipped to us. Long story short, she was persistent at getting a screen for us and kept checking on the order weeks after weeks! I have never seen this level of persistence to take care of a customer!!!!! She was absolutely fabulous!!! Thank you Kaitlin! Keep up the good work!

I had gotten window quotes from at least 5 different companies for replacing a window. I felt the prices were all quite high for what I was looking for so I didnt some research and found the same window I was being quoted for hundreds less with Construction Windows.Im familiar with the fact that window companies will mark up the cost of materials so they can make a profit. It is business and they have families to take care of, I get it. However, Im also a DIY guy and not afraid to try something new. So I decided to order my window from Construction Windows and install it myself.It was extremely easy to pick out exactly what I wanted and place the order. I was surprised when Kaitlin pointed out that I only lived about 30 minutes from the Milgard factory and could save the shipping cost by picking up the window directly from the Milgard warehouse. She gave me all the information I needed for picking up the window when it arrived and she even followed up to make sure the order arrived without any defects or issues.Ive been remodeling a room at my house and ordering tons of items from various companies. This has been hands down, the best experience Ive ever had ordering materials from any company. In one case, I emailed with some questions and he called me right back to make sure I understood what he was talking about. This was a HUGE 10 foot double sliding door with two fixed panes. Extremely simple to use website! I ordered (5) custom size windows and (1) 12’ sliding glass door in a matter of minutes. The price plus shipping beat anything my local suppliers could do, and the wait time was only as long as it takes Milgard to make them. The customer service beats any online ordering company I’ve ever dealt with. As a small business owner in Reno, I prefer to buy local, and as far as I’m concerned, DeeDee and Travis might as well be my next door neighbors. (Perhaps a box store could match the price, but who wants to support the “too big to fail” company when you can support small business for the same price.) If you know anything about windows, this company takes the “car dealership” feeling out of the buying process. You build them online, and they show up at your door. Tim Derksen was exceptional. I had a huge change order and he answered on a Saturday and change it for me right away with limited extra costs involved. I have only given I think two recommendations in Google-the other was for a pest control my friend owned—I’m not personal friends with Construction Windows but recommend them to all, even my mom lol. The windows are as beautiful as advertised—so happy with them—not an exaggeration to say one of the best things I have ever purchased—sound reduction and energy efficient —they shelter you from the world!
