I recently had the opportunity to attend a Personality DISC training session, and I must say, it was an enlightening and empowering experience. Led by skilled facilitator, Stacey, these sessions offered profound insights into human behavior and interpersonal dynamics.One of the most remarkable aspects of the training was its practical approach. Rather than delving into abstract theories, the facilitators focused on real-world applications, demonstrating how understanding the DISC model can improve communication and teamwork.

Let me start by saying that I’ve been in a sales role for the last 12 years. I was fortunate enough to join the Consilio team and participate in their training at both companies. I can attribute a large part of my success over the last decade to the customized training that The Consilio team provides. Everything they do is custom while providing proven tools to succeed. This time around I was fortunate enough to witness the substantial growth of many of my team members and peers as they began to implement the strategies provided to them. If youre looking for guidance on how to achieve goals and lead a team I highly recommend Consilio! The material and program that theyve developed is very useful and helpful. They breakdown things you can take action on and actually do right away. I like that you are in a group with people all focused on the same thing and get to meet great new people!

Stacey and the Consilio team are kind, caring, and full of knowledge. I wish I could download everything they teach instantly into my brain! We had Stacey train our team on Difficult Conversations and everyone was so impressed and got a lot out of the experience. Were all talking about how we can practice and fully implement all the tools and insights weve gained. If you ever have the chance to work with this group, DO IT!

I have had the pleasure of receiving Difficult Conversation training from Consilio on two separate occasions and both times have had such a tremendous impact. The framework they teach provides the most holistic approach that sets you up for success in achieving your desired outcome. I have been able to use it several times and each time has resulted in a healthy discussion and positive change.

I found Stacey and GA really did the prep work for our conference, and as a result spoke directly to us in understandable terms, and really kept everyone engaged during their presentation. The other huge factor, they explained small steps to get better, not one pie in the sky method where most would think the hill is to tall to climb and stand no chance of even attempting to improve. I would highly recommend.

Stacey and G.A. conducted a Referral Lunch and Learn with my team today. It was a very engaging and powerful meeting that challenged our team to step out of their comfort zone with a simple and effective way to ask for referrals from our customers. It was a great and productive meeting. G.A. was able to keep the meeting moving forward with participation and feedback. We hired Consilio to help level up my team of 30 people at my marketing agency firm. The end result was fantastic! My team loved the training and felt so valued that we were investing in their growth. Consilio took the time to really get to know our team and needs and nailed it!
