Conrad is an excellent computer trouble shooter. He helped me with some network issues that I was having and in installing a back RAID system and in choosing the most optimal configuration for my storage and processing needs. In addition, he helped resolve some issues for my home theatre system. He is a great communicator and is able explain technical jargon and concepts in plain English. He is very respectful with a great sense of humor.

I have taken a few computers to Conrads during my years in the Laurel District. He is honest, fair, and a pleasure to do business with. Most important is that he is an expert with all types of computers and operating systems. I highly recommend Conrads!!!

I took my Dell desktop to Conrad because it was running extremely slow. I read some other reviews and they seemed to tell me it was worth a try. I could not have been more pleased. Conrad had an opening the same day I called and was able to diagnose the computer within a couple days. He discovered the issue and with his help corrected the problem all the while communicating with me and keeping me informed the whole time. The computer was back in my hands in a few days and is now running at top speed. I was extremely satisfied with Conrads expertise and his fair pricing. I know I found my new go to computer expert. I would highly recommend him and his service.

I had an amazing experience here. I was looking to have my screen repaired on my MacBook pro, I brought the part in to be replaced and they had it back in my hands in 24 hours. I would highly recommend. Besides the great service I love the fact that I was able to support a local business. I highly recommend Conrads for your Mac or PC needs.

Helped repair my Dell laptop, the charging port had come loose and refused to charge. Was polite, friendly, and worked with him to get my laptop repaired quickly!

Conrad helped me change out an older computer system and everything went very smoothly. He is very thorough and was patient about answering my questions and making sure that I knew how to use my new machine.Courteous, timely and fair. Hard to say enough good things about him.
