I recently had my complete heating and air conditioning system replaced by Connor. Jarred gave me a good estimate and explained everything that needed to be done. His crew showed up when he said they would, did a great job, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Our system works great and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

In 2008, Connor installed a new AC and new ducts in my attic. When they removed the old ducts, they said that they had asbestos. They also told me that they would disconnect them and leave them in the attic. Now, I am planning to install new insulation in the attic, several independent companies and Dennis from the Temple City, Building Department, told me that they should have NEVER disconnect the ducts and left them there. They should have stopped the job and they should have advised me to have them removed properly. On October 11th of this year, I contacted Connor and spoke with the secretary and son’s owner. They remember doing the job, but DENIED leaving the ducts with asbestos. This was very unprofessional of Connor to have done this.

We have a 30-year old Payne furnace with a two-station Zone Perfect system that we had inspected last year. The burner, blower, chamber, plenum, etc. were deemed intact and safe. It stopped working two months ago. Connor was referred to us and promptly returned our call. The first visit was $120 and he said we needed an igniter (Amazon ~$20) which he didnt have on the truck. The 2nd visit a week later with the igniter was for $470. It stopped again a week later. The 3rd visit was for a control board and pressure switch for $940. It stopped working a week later. The 4th visit would have been for a motor for $1250. We said no. Another company came and adjusted it for $180. Its working fine so far.

They responded quickly to our request for a price. It was much less money than our other bids for the same equipment and labor. They got it all done in about a week and time on site was only part of one morning. We also now have them for the maintenance program.

I called Connor Air & Heating after having a bad experience with Air-tro, who couldnt fix the problem. Eric from Connor came out and over the next three hours diagnosed the problem, replaced the central heating circuit board and thermostat, both of which he had in his truck. Got everything to work....then the fuse on the circuit board started to trip because of excess heat. Turns out he realized I had too many vents closed which caused the unit to turn off. Amazing. Now several days later the heater is working like a charm. I would wholeheartedly recommend Connor Air Conditioning & Heating.

We wanted to have a split system installed. After researching which unit would best suit our needs we started the interviewing process, talking with reps from more than 10 local companies.Jarred at Connor Air stood out from the rest; he was on time for the in-home consult, professional and polite to me and my wife (not all the reps we spoke with were), took plenty of time to answer all of my questions and observed all COVID protocols. He provided a clearly detailed quote before the end of the day and even followed up a few days later on some details that we both had questions about from the manufacturer.Recognizing our desire to have the unit installed as quickly as possible, he was able to move our install date up nearly a week, which was incredible news!John and Tim, who installed the unit, were both fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, asked smart questions which ensured a smooth installation, and didnt mind me peeking over their shoulders from time to time. They finished early and left our space as clean as when they arrived.We are extremely pleased - not only with the unit and its performance - but with the entire experience. Connor installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system during my remodel in 2019. I cant say enough good things about them and have absolutely no complaints.Jared was super patient with my million questions and more design changes than I can count. He even came to my house multiple times to talk about options.Everyone was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The installers arrived on time, were extremely polite, careful and helpful in showing me how to use it.And best of all, they even impressed my super-picky contractor!

California Linen Services contracted with Connor Air to install two air conditioners for our offices on 12/19/17. They installed both units with a crane and took away the old units & debris. They did a great job. I got two quotes and Connor was the best. Im very satisfied and I highly recommend their price & quality of work to anyone needing a new air conditioner.

We recently purchased a home built in 1950. Connor did a full removal and replacement of the heating system and installed a cooling unit (home did not previously have A/C).This is the second time Ive used Connor for a project of this size and Id do it again in a heartbeat. Jarred came to our home to do a thorough inspection and answer my many detailed questions before he submitted an estimate. His pricing was competitive, and he provided great advice on options for achieving what we wanted. He was very flexible in scheduling our installation dates, and the crew arrived on time and completed the project within the expected time frame. Connors quality and customer service are top notch!

I have had 2 positive experiences with Connor Air over the past 3 years. My profession is in sales and I know that I should always comparison shop, which I did on both occasions. My first go around, I had never heard of Connor, so I had Sears come to my home first, and they did one of those if you sign up now, youll get this discount, but if I leave your home without signing, the discount goes away. I then googled a local company and found Connor, interviewed the owner Wayne, and signed up the next day. They did a fantastic job at a significantly lower price than Sears.A few weeks ago, Connor completed their job at my new home. Since it was a much larger investment this time around, I comparison shopped again, and interviewed 3 companies. Connor, then a low cost, non-listed private individual referred by my handy-man, and a company my parents used. All 3 companies were good, but Jared (son of Wayne Conno)r offered the most education, spoke clearly, and did not push me for the sale. Jarred also was excellent with sharing how I could qualify for rebates with certain units and that Connor would do almost all of the work. Jarred was excellent in communication via email or phone before I made my final decision. Lastly, his crew, which was led by Cody I believe, all spoke English clearly and respected my home for the time that they were there. I had to wait awhile to schedule Connor since they were so booked (it was the summer), but it was well worth the wait to have a quality job done at a fair price.Connor isnt the most flashy or necessarily the cheapest, but if you want the best value for your money, Id recommend giving Connor a shot.

I was looking for a replacement of a 25 year old Goodman 3 ton A/C system for my house in Monrovia and came upon Connor Air-condition last December. After getting quoted by Jarred Connor along with other competing quotes I decided to go with Connor because everything is done in-house without outsourcing to any subcontractors. They also take care of setting up all the post install inspections!!! The project at my house was done by Cody and Chris who worked very efficiently and cleanup all the messes after each workday. They were polite and professional with good attitude throughout the install. I also met the head of services Ray who was a pleasure to talk to. So after they installed the 4 ton Trane system into my Monrovia home I did not hesitate to hire them again 3 months later to install another 4 ton system to my Arcadia Townhouse. Again I had the pleasure of having Cody/Chris install team getting the work done perfectly! Thanks again guys I will def be using your company for all my A/C related issues and services from now on!

Connor Air was our HVAC contractor of choice for our complete home remodel.Jarred and Mary were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. All the way from the planning, through construction, and even guiding us in the post-construction stage.Their workers were on-time, polite, and most importantly to me, took care of the little things with extreme care and without being asked.I am also involved in commercial property management and have seen my share of contractors and vendors, but few have come close to having as comprehensive of a system and process as Connor Air does when it comes to how they do business. Would recommend and contract again in the future.

We had a very old and inefficient a/c unit. We asked around and looked on internet review sites for a/c company recommendations and found that Connor Air had quite a good reputation and I liked the fact that they were a family owned business. We received 3 bids from 3 different recommended vendors and chose Connor Air.Working with Connor Air was easy. Jerrad was very professional when he came out to give the bid. He was thorough and we saw right away that he knew what he was doing. He checked and commented on various areas of our existing unit unlike the other vendors. Mary, the office manager, is very nice and we were set up in a timely manner for the install. The installers Tim, Matt, Cody and Chris were friendly and considerate. They installed in the time they quoted. It was quite a big job as they had to move the system from our basement to our attic and re-duct all. The new control system is very easy to use and we like the fact that we can control it from our phones! We would highly recommend working with Connor Air if you need new AC and/or heating. We qualified for a rebate and Jerrad handled everything for us!

Excellent customer service and quality work. I had Connor Air come out to diagnose a problem with my heater after multiple visits by the company who originally installed it and their refusal to make the repairs. Turns out the venting had been improperly installed. Raymond from Connor diagnosed the problem and very promptly made the repairs. All in all a very pleasant experience. Mary was an awesome help to me dealing with all the headaches from the original company who botched the install. Definitely will be a customer of Connor Air for life now!

I am very happy to have found Connor Air to do our HVAC changeout this past summer. I wanted to find a company with a solid reputation, who cared about the work they did and the people they did it for. I also wanted to find a company familiar with homes in the area. Connor Air is a family business and seemed to be the type of business that had the honest ethics I grew up with. Being that this was a big project for us and in completely new territory, I met with other competitors as well and researched a bit to understand what we were faced with. While the other companies were also good, Connor Air stood out. In deciding to go with Connor Air, I was very pleased with the folks I interfaced with from the office to the guys who came out to install and custom fit our units. The work was done meticulously and they cleaned up after each days work. It has been a few months since installation - we have used the Heat and AC, and both have been so pleasant, working perfectly thus far. When you have to consider a home project such as this, you want to know it is work done well, since it affects your daily comfort, home life and pocketbook. I only wish there was an easy way to find all the tradesman and businesses that worked this way!

Connor Air just finished with our residential install and it is great! Super quiet and all of the work is super clean. The details that they pay attention to are like none other I know of . . . everything is neatly done, with small touches like critter screens and sealant on every place pipes go into the house, anti-vibration pads under the equipment, clear flue pipes that blend in with the others on the roof, etc. And they are all super nice and courteous guys, too!

We finally got the final inspection from the City of Arcadia the other day. We had the new HVAC unit installed right before the whole COVID-19 shut down. Thank God we did it before summer hit. We have been customers for almost 20 years. Connor has been servicing our condo ac unit annually until she finally gave out on us. Please use this family business. They are profession, reasonable pricing, great customer service and nice people. What else is there to say? Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote!

Connor Air Conditioning & Heating stands head and shoulders above the rest of the competition! I obtained several estimates from competing companies for the replacement of my homes HVAC system. I went with Connor because they made everything easy for me to understand and they gave me the most for my money when compared to the others.I did extensive research prior to having my system replaced. Everything that I read said the quality of the install is the most important thing. Conner did a top quality job, rebuilding the platform the furnace sits on from the ground up. They replaced the original undersized refrigerant line and replaced all accessible duct work. Finally all new registers and a WiFi thermostat.None of the competitors who bid the job were to provide all of this and most came in at a higher cost than Connor. Some several thousand dollars more.Let’s face it a new HVAC system is a big expenditure. You can be confident that if you go with Connor A/C & Heating that you have gotten the best value for your dollar. You will know that you got a high quality system that is installed right.Dale Rice

I cannot recommend this family owned company more. I have had them service my ac/heat units for years, and this summer I replaced one of my ac units and furnace. I trust these guys so much that I left them a key to my home so I wouldnt have to miss work, and when I got home, the job had been done perfectly and you would never have known that there had been anyone in my home. Everything was spotless...they are amazing! Honest to the core, great work, experts in their field, and just all around wonderful people--from the office staff to the technicians. And the price was more than fair. I will never use anyone else. They rock!

All the exceptional reviews of Connor Air Conditioning & Heating are true and well deserved. What the reviews did not mention, and what separates Connor from all the other residential HVAC contractors is that they only do business with the best suppliers, like Trane, they are financially strong (no required large upfront deposit or progress payments – you pay when the job is done), they handle the entire process (from rebate processing, asbestos removal, to HERS testing) and its ownership (the Connor family) are sincerely concerned that you are happy with the job.My new two-stage Connor installed Trane air conditioning system is cooling my house to 70-degrees today when the outside temperature is 110-degrees. The system is so quite that you cannot even hear it running, which is pretty impressive.Be careful if you are considering HVAC contractors other than Connor. Remember your contractor is more important than the equipment manufacturer. Do not waste time with contractors that have Citation Violations with the California State Contractors License Board, do not pull a permit prior to starting the job, do not handle the rebate process, and do not price the entire job (including asbestos removal).

I scheduled seven appointments to get estimates to replace our AC/Furnace system. Seven players, if you will, all with very decent batting averages, to fill one spot and make the team.I put each one in the batter’s box and let ‘em swing for the fences. Three struck out almost immediately. Two got a man on base and one even had a runner in scoring position. Then Jared form Conner Air came to the plate…and he just kept hitting one home run after another. In the end, the final score wasn’t even close. Conner Air not only got the job but after it was completed, made me look like a genus for hiring them.Jared answered all our question, which were many, and patiently answered all our emails, which were substantial. Their quote was competitive to begin with and when we looked at all the finer, final touches, the extras and attention to details, it became obvious there was something very different and unique about this company. Here’s a company that knows and acts as though, what it does today will affect tomorrow and all the tomorrows to come. They’re in it for the long haul and will be around for years to come because they understand the value of customer service. The roll up your sleeves, throw out the welcome mat, kind of service.And to the all-important guys who actually do the work of installing, trouble shooting and dealing with overly inquisitive customers (present company included), guys like Cody, Tim and Matt, some heartfelt thanks for your friendly, informative and professional behavior. You did a great job. And a special MVP Award to Cody who took only two breaks in two days of working. And those were lunch breaks.My final advice. Whenever you have a chance to look like a genius, especially in front of the love of your life and/or your kids…take it and call Conner Air.

I had rats eat the conduit under the house and destroy it. After getting rid of them, I called Conner and the co-owner Jarred came out and gave me a bid but they were booked up for 5-6 weeks. I tried 2 other contractors for a bid and was amazed that they could all start the next day and couldnt pinpoint a bid. That is a warning signal right there. I have 3 giant dogs, 2 shepherds and a Leonberger, all with long hair. I called Conner back and begged them to give me the next available, whatever it was since it was over 100 degrees and unbearable and we were all miserable, the dogs even more so. Jarred took pity on me, told me to get ready, he would be here that same saturday with a crew, which they normally dont work. They were here for 10 hours, all 4 of them loved my dogs, so there was no issue and finished by 6p that evening. They left no mess whatsoever. I bought them lunch and had to ask them 3 times to take a break, they were so lost in getting done. He tested the air and it was ice cold. My dogs each selected their favorite vent since it is all floor vented and lay down on them with sighs that signaledFINALLY. LOL. Jarred was wonderful and he worked the hardest of all. Also, not to sound bigoted, but his crew all spoke perfect english so everything was understood up front. I cannot begin to sing their praises especially when one of the crew, Joe, showed me where the initial company I had hired to put the ac in had done it completely wrong on the return vents which he had to correct at no additional cost. I have been singing their praises at work and to whoever I come in contact with. What and incredible and honest business. I wish I had hired them years ago.

Ray the technician is always so efficient..he never leaves without the problem being fixed and very patient with my questions.Ive had several installations and John is amazing..always on time and never leaves a mess.But what makes my beginning experience so wonderful is Mary.. even though i know they may swamped in the middle of summer shes always willing to do her best to accomodate us..Ive referred several people in the past and will continue to do so..

To all concerned...we recently had connor air install a complete brand new state of the art trane air conditioning and heating system along with an attic exhaust fan and trane clean effects system, in our home and could not be any more happier. from the beginning, wayne connor, the owner came out to give us an estimate and in the process was very thorough in explaining the different systems. it was a great education. he was extremely professional. we elected to go with his company because of the honesty and integrity that they possess. waynes team was of the utmost in courtesy and professionalism. I told them and wayne that I was so impressed with what you do not see along with what you do see. it reminded me of what steve jobs of apples dad taught him, and that is, that the backside of the fence should be as beautiful as the front side. when I was invited to look in the attic at the completion of the job, I was pleasantly surprised to see a work of art. the layout of everything was absolutely beautiful. I am a retired disney Imagineer and am very in tune with quality and execution of detail. I was very impressed with the attention to detail in every phase of what they did. upon completion we were given a folder that had everything that we needed to do in a very organized way, to make arrangements with the two inspections needed for final buy off. it made things effortless. we had the first inspection of the two completed yesterday and it went perfectly. the inspector even told me he enjoys working with waynes company because they are so meticulous in there installs. I just called the city to arrange for the second and final inspection which I know will go as smoothly as the first.we have recommended connor air to one of my wifes good friends and she could not be any more happier as well.so all in all, I am going to continue to recommend wayne and connor air to all that are in need of an incredible solution to their air conditioning and heating needs. on a scale of 1 to 10 I give connor air a 10+++++ps: also, we elected to pay cash and by doing so received a very nice discount. special shout-outs to john, coty, matt and tim for being the most nicest, courteous, super knowledgable and super clean team and to mary in the office. thank you for everything.
