About 5 years ago, Jacob put stereo speakers throughout my home and integrated my stereo system. He did a phenomenal job and I couldn’t be happier. Over the last couple months, I went from Xfinity TV to YouTube TV and had to redo the box and the stereo system. While I got the surround-sound to work I could not get the second zone to work. I contacted Jacob and he gave me all the information I needed to fix the problem. Jacob also sent me a link for the device I needed to get everything to work and it was successful. In my opinion, Jacob is not only very professional but one of the smartest people I know in the audio, video, and Internet industry. I highly recommend him to anybody that needs that kind of help.

Jacob helped set up the WiFi and ethernet system when I moved to a new home. He’s very knowledgeable about his field and answered all of my questions. He also gave recommendations for what hardware to purchase. If you want to hardwire ethernet in your home I recommend working with Jacob!

We moved into our new home on October 1st. Because this home was built in 1997, we needed to update the entire home network system. Im so glad my husband chose Jacob at Connected Integration to do this very important project! Jacob came last week to do a cursory walk-through to understand our needs and come up with a game plan. As promised, the very next morning we received a beautiful installation proposal complete with hardware and labor costs. We immediately accepted, and Jacob gave me a list of the items that I could purchase myself through Amazon or Best Buy at a cheaper rate than his supplier was currently offering. He then set up our installation date and told us he would bring the rest of the hardware for the install. Jacob and his apprentice arrived on time, wore their masks the entire day while working in our home, and they didnt leave until everything was working perfectly and they had cleaned up the areas in which they were working. In a days work, Jacob installed: our entire home network, a new Ring doorbell, a 75 TV with Xbox One and Sonos sound system in our family room, TV and Sonos sound system in our game room, and Sonos sound system in our garage. He and his apprentice worked quietly, treated our home with respect and care, and left us with a modernized home that we can enjoy just in time for the holidays. I will recommend Connected Integration to all our friends!

Jacob and his team were amazing! He came to our house, assessed what we needed, ordered the equipment for us and then came out quickly to do the install. We are very happy - our wi-fi and internet set up is now perfect! They even brought blankets to lay down on the floor in areas where they were drilling - thats how thoughtful and customer service oriented they are!

If you need anything low voltage (home automation, networking, tv mounting, etc), Connected Integration is the company to go with.Jacob and his crew has hung several of our TVs and reworked our networking to ensure a reliable WiFi network all around our house inside and out.Look no further.

Skilled, responsive, and good communicator.Got wires where they needed to go without cutting any holes in the drywall. Tested and labeled all the cables. Everything has worked great and looks nice.Highly recommend.
