Happy to get an appointment quickly, and the front desk lady is very helpful. The audiologist does a great job in the technical sense as far as I can tell. He seems very good at what he does, but for some reason, I often sense that hes in a rush, and sometimes maybe even annoyed with me, it feels like hes not really enjoying interacting with patients. No big thing, Ill keep going there because they do a good job and because they take my insurance.

Good people 👍 friendly people Good service. Wasnt able to repair one of my hearing aids (out dated parts)so they upgraded both of them for same price as the repair of the one and included some filters for free. I will definitely keep coming back.

I am so thankful for David and Tracy at Connect Hearing. They make a terrific team.I am grateful that they are so attentive to my needs. They take the time to listen to me and make appropriate adjustments to my satisfaction.I have been to other hearing centers and Connect Hearing ranks far above them.It has been and continues to be an amazing experience.I would highly recommend Connect Hearing. My parents and I had a wonderful experience with the professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly team at Connect Hearing in Oxnard. From the time we walked in, the staff at Connect hearing provided friendly and professional customer service that made my father, mother and myself feel that the best interest of my fathers need of hearing aids were being met above and beyond what we were expecting. I want to the thank the Oxnard Connect hearing family for all they have done for my dad providing the quality hearing aids so our family can have wonderful conversations with our dad and grandpa again, it means a lot to us, thanks again Connect Hearing, we look forward to our next visit and keep up the good work.SincerelyA thankful and satisfied customer.

Tracy at the front desk was cheerful and friendly. David Olson was so nice and helped us with the whole process of the test and fitting hearing aids. He was very thorough! We enjoyed the whole experience.

I just began using the services of Connect Hearing.Very Happy and Satisfied with the professionalism of the office.Thank You Tracy Quesada, Patient Care Coordinator for getting the process started. And sincere understanding of Rob OBrian handling my Loss of Hearing Needs.Yesterday was like Christmas Morning, has my hearing was greatly restored. After more than 6 Months of total run around, and being thrown under the bus by my previous provider. My Hearing Center, and Hear USA, horrible customer service. I strongly do not recommend those providers.Thank You Connect HearingH

I dont normally do this type of reviews, however the staff at the Oxnard office was exceptionally understanding and showed utmost patience with my 92 year old mother. I would recommend this office to anyone in search of a hearing test, repairs on their existing hearing aids and/or considering a new set.

Both myself and my wife was seen and fitted today.To begin, the appointment process went well, the operator took her time and met our needs as far as time and location. We received follow up emails which was nice. Included in the email was a packet for new clients which helped with the check in process.We arrived early but Steven saw us right away. He asked us our personal needs then conducted a hearing test. After the test he fit us with a test pair of hearing aids. He took his time to make adjustments so we could see how they perform. When he had them to our satisfaction he went over cost, warranty and follow up care. He then fitted us with our hearing aids went over the basics of how to use them, charge them, and maintain them.He made us a follow-up appointment and sent us a very nice thank you email. Its still to early to give an honest appraisal of the hearing aids but they fit comfortable and seem to work well.I dont normally write reviews but Connect Hearing and in particular Steven did an excellent job. If you have hearing concerns call him.

I would like to first Express my sincere thank you to Steven for one of the most professional experiences I have had in a very long time. Steven is just a wonderful person. He is most concerned about fitting you with a hearing aide that will fit your needs and then some.I work with disabled adults and brought my client into Connect Hearing for a hearing test and from the moment we walked in I knew we had chosen the correct place and person to complete this test. Steve is so very understanding, personal and very attentive. How can one express the words just wonderful in as many ways. The experience for my at times difficult client could have not gone better . Steve made every effort to make him comfortable and relaxed during the hearing test process.When we arrived a week earlier for the impression of the ear mold Steven took us right in and took his time a completed not one but two impressions to make sure it was correct.If you are thinking about having your ears tested for a hearing loss then Connect Hearing and Steven is the place to go without question.I was totally impressed by Steven and Connect Hearing I made an appointment for myself.
