You have always gone above and beyond to ensure everything is functioning perfectly and have been proactive in checking in on him from time to time.+Last month, my husband lost one of his hearing aids while mowing the yard. Fortunately, the app on his phone helped us pinpoint the general area, but despite our efforts, we couldnt find it. There was a lot of rain that week, which made our search even more challenging. However, our daughter joined us in the search, and to our surprise, she found it!We were convinced that the hearing aid wouldnt work after being exposed to several days of heavy rain. To our amazement, when my husband plugged it in, it worked perfectly fine. This experience has truly demonstrated the superior quality of Phonak hearing aids. Katie helped us with my husbands hearing aids. She was informative, kind, and made it a fun experience. She answered all of his questions clearly and patiently. She is so knowledgeable about her product and in adjusting the hearing aids so that they are perfect for the consumer. We also appreciated Ruby at the front desk who confirmed every appointment the day before and was so nice in person.

Been through close to 40 hearing exams through my past military and current (high noise) careers. This one was simple, easy, the examiner listened to my concerns...Time for hearing aids at 47....They worked w/ my insurance and found something that works amazing. I was fitted 2 days ago, and am simply amazed at being able to hear clearly again - things I didnt even realize I couldnt anymore. The initial fitment/programming was way beyond what I expected. Thank you for helping me get some of my past life back!

Connect Hearing Carlsbad is awesome!! Wendy in the front office was so friendly and inviting. She was very patient with me as I filled out the paperwork. Katie was the best! She was so personable and encouraged me through the whole testing. The entire establishment is top notch. And the best part was, I needed this hearing test for a doctor appointment. They got me in super quick and it was completely free of charge! What’s free anymore???

Going to Connect Hearing for a hearing test was a fantastically good experience. Catherine Dishner was the young lady who took care of me. She was extremely nice and very experienced. It was because of her that I bought the hearing aids then and there. She spent a long time on a hearing test for me and counseled me about the results of that test. I highly recommend her and the company.

As someone who has a hearing loss young, I never knew what hearing aids could do for me, and how much they would change my life. Hearing Instrument Specialist, Allison, helped me feel comfortable, confident, and showed me a whole new world with hearing aids. Truly amazing service, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I recently visited the Carlsbad, California office for my yearly hearing and aids checkup, and had a terrific experience.First, this is a new office and it looks great, comfortable and professional. Congratulations.The Specialist who saw me is Allison Campbell. She is new to the hearing world, and clearly already a professional. She is intelligent, well trained and certainly knows her profession. The hearing tests were thorough, her analysis was right-on, and she improved several things with my aids that made improvements in my hearing. She reprogrammed, tweaked, and made suggestions that improved my hearing. I commend her and look forward to my next visit when we will be discussing upgrading my aids to a more modern, technically superior model.I commend Connect Hearing for hiring Allison. She is already an asset to Connect Hearing. Il certainly recommend Allison and the Carlsbad office to anyone who may be interested in improved hearing.

Connect Hearing in Carlsbad, California is a terrific place to go for your hearing needs. The audiologist that I have gone to is top notch. The hearing aids that we purchased from them have worked very well for many years. Thats terrific compared to the first pair of hearing aids that I purchased from a different company in Cupertino many years ago, which only lasted two years or so.Even better, they are very kind to help me when I need help with cleaning or adjusting the wonderful hearing aids that I have from them. They are genuinely caring, consistent and dependable.Other members of my family have also gone to Connect Hearing for years too, and they too are all convinced that Connect Hearing is the best!

Full service for sure. Allison, my technician, was beyond helpful and very patient with me during my 2 week trial period. I believe they even have a 45 day trial if needed. I usually dont write reviews but Hearing connect really deserves this. They are excellent, from the start when you enter their office, Yvonne the receptionist is extremely nice and polite! Allison was also very very professional she examined my ears and adjusted my hearing aids using a computer and some other machinery. After multiple interactions with Allison Campbell at Connect Hearing in Carlsbad office within past few months, I am pleased to share that she is the best service provider I have ever encountered for evaluation and programming my advanced hearing aids. As a senior engineer, I am amazed to see how Allison responds to my challenging questions. She is very knowledgeable and great understanding professional comparing to multiple service providers I have known in the past 20 years. She pays great attention to clients’ concerns and find the best way to address it. Despite her great experience, she still tries to call customer service to check if any other or better solution is available. She is passionate about addressing clients’ concerns as well as learning new solutions that would benefit other clients. I will rate 10 out of 10 for Allison’s qualify of service.

What a great experience! Went in for a hearing checkup since it had been longer than I can remember since I’ve had it done (I’m in my early 30’s) and Allison was awesome! Patient and knowledgeable, she walked me through my own results and took the time to give advice for a stubborn relative that is pushing back on getting her own hearing tested.Couldn’t have asked for a better appointment, highly recommended if you find yourself wondering about your own hearing ability, or if you can’t recall the last time you’ve gone in to get it assessed.

I have been a client of Connect Hearing for several years and have always been pleased with the service provided. When my last pair of hearing aides aged and entered the dinosaur stage, I called Connect Hearing and made an appointment with Sal Colarusso, the audiologist in the Carlsbad office. I knew I wanted a pair of Phonak Hearing Aides. Sal administered a hearing test and then took the time to explain the results. He asked what features I wanted in a hearing aide, so he could explain the different models, features, and their respective prices. Together we decided what model met my needs and would be the correct one for me.The office receptionists, Wendy and Yvonne, are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, ensuring that each clients needs are met. Yvonne had all the information at her fingertips to help with the financing process. Although it had been more than five years since my last hearing aides purchase, she set up my account with Care Credit, in a speedy manner. Altogether, a wonderful experience - indeed, 5 Stars!!

Staff is very much customer service oriented. Technicians are patient and answer questions or explain the technology without a lot of techno babble. Wendy, the office manager/receptionist is excellent. Always seems to have a lot on her plate but always willing and able to help. They always have their coffee hot and ready for anybody who stops by. It would be worth your time to stop in, enjoy a cup of coffee and hear (get it) about their products and services. You wont be sorry.

This place does an excellent job helping my mom who had a stroke in the not so distant past and has trouble answering questions quickly. Theyre very patient with her and that is so appreciated. They even work to have her hearing aid repaired although the warranty had expired the week prior, they worked with the company to extend it one week for her. Would definitely recommend.

Hearing aids dont last forever. At some point you have problems. My new aids have now had three speakers go bad and the staff at Connect has been very helpful. I have walked into the office three times without an appointment and they have changed out the speakers (under warranty) and I have walked out with a resolution. Very glad about that.

I recently had the most amazing visit to Connect Hearing and Dr.Colarusso. Due to past experience with hearing aides I was apprehensive and even a bit sad because I expected to leave with the same dismal results as previously experienced. WOW! I had a hearing test that was amazingly professional. Much different then other tests Ive had. Within about a week I had the most amazing hearing aides! They are wonderful and I love them! Perfect in every way. Sal made the process smooth sailing all the way. I had been using a hearing aid I bought on the internet. My new real hearing aid is light years better than that one. I heard sounds today that I hadn’t heard for years. Everyone sounds very clear, not just loud. I can understand the speech on the TV for the first time. This is the best way to improve your hearing. The first time you have your test, get your hearing aid and batteries and walk out with great hearing. I was seen promptly, within an hour of calling for a minor repair. Front office staff was very helpful and courteous in getting me in quickly. Sal was also very helpful in solving my problem and even replaced parts that were still functioning on my other aid in case I had a problem with it later. Staff is most excellent. Any time in the past that I have needed something....done. German batteries are tops. Then came the virus. I have a left aid that is completely dead. Right one is using batteries fast. Stores are closed for any help. No one to answer phone and no message center. Know several in same position. Sort of puts a serious estopel on any positivy one might have towards business. Would I reccomend Connect? No.! Any firm that leaves customers dangling in the wind deserves negative comments.
