Going with my husband to Connect Hearing was exciting for me because for years my hubby kept asking me over and over again to repeat what I was saying. Nguyen, his new Hearing Specialist, listened to his concerns, tested him and knew exactly what he needed. He fit him for new hearing aids and sent us home. Not only does he feel Iike a new person, but its so nice for me to speak with him without constant repetition.I highly recommend Nguyen and Connect Hearing for your hearing issues. Hes a true, knowledgeable hearing professional.

I all have tried all the OTC. Costco and Sam club. All the insurance companys are pushing the cheaper hearing aids and customer service goes down hill. Once i went to Nguyen at connect the Quality to understand speech and filtering out noise is bar none. I can finally understand speech properly. Which is the main reason to buy hearing aids

We found Connect Hearing online and walked-in without an appointment with the hope we could get same day help with a hearing aid that was not working. Mr. Tran was able to see us same day and cleaned the hearing aid which fixed the issue. So thankful for his time and attention!

Outstanding service!! My housebound, 95 year-old mother never had to leave her home. The hearing aids and accompanying items were delivered to me by Elizabeth Martinez, who kindly drove to my home to make the delivery. She efficiently connected and set up the hearing aids on my phone and gave useful instructions and demonstrations on how to use and take care of the devices. The hearing aids were then programmed remotely by Nguyen Tran, who efficiently and competently tested my mother’s hearing in an online session. He did an excellent job in programming the aids remotely, and now my mother’s improved hearing has made such a difference in the quality of her life. We are very grateful to Nguyen Tran and his staff for providing such gracious and outstanding service! Thank you so much!!

Everyone here was amazing! We had such a hard time with insurance to get my mom hearing aids, Yolanda at connect hearing helped over the phone with everything! Nguyen was also so informative and took the time with my mom to help her understand her hearing aids and made sure she was absolutely comfortable before we left the office. Great place! I highly recommend this place! Took my Aunt for the 1st time for testing and help with her hearing equipment. Nguyen Tran was so great in helping my Aunt in everything she needs to accomodate her hearing. I cannot express the service and the help Nguyen gave my Aunt. United health care changed their program changed their program and now forces the providers to charge for everything but Nguyen still helps me the best he can.

I took my 92 year old mother to consult and test for hearing aids. Mr Nguyen Tran was excellent to work with and very attentive and professional with my mom. As hearing aids today are more technological than past products, Mr Tran was very patient and patient in explaining the use and best practices for my mother to get the maximum benefit from her hearing aids. She has had them for a year now and loves them and how they have helped her regain her hearing ability. Edit: Another reason why they deswrve another five stars. Found out my dad needed new hearing aids so I decided to call and ask Dr. Nguyen if he needed a referral from his doctor. Luckily my dad didn’t and we were scheduled to him it a good amount of time. Had a very pleasant experience and luckily my dad’s insurance covers it. Also for referring my dad to them I got a gift card which was cool. So now my dad will be able to hear better and I got a gift card. They’re really awesome. Wish I would have been introduced to them sooner for not only my dad’s sake but mine. Also anytime I had trouble with my hearing aids Brenda and Dr. Nguyen were very helpful about it.Previous comment: I can finally hear better! Everything sounds so amazing. I called the office to make an appointment. They set me up with Nguyen Tran a Hearing Instrument Specialist.On our first appointment we discussed my hearing issues. Then he gave me a thorough hearing test. He then explained how a hearing aid could best help me and what types he suggested for me.I was excited to hear that I could try hearing aids out for a week to see how they might help me. So I gave them a trial. They were very helpful and easy to manage.Nguyen was very helpful in explaining their care and use to me.I will going back to Connect Hearing as soon as I can purchase hearing aids.

I moved down to corona from Sacramento a little over a year ago. I currently wear hearing aids from Avalon hearing that are over 8 years old and needed some tuning. Dr Nguyen was not able to help me with this since the software was not available any longer. He was able to get me in very affordable Bluetooth enabled hearing aids that made a world of difference.He and his staff are the best, take it from me a customer service professional for over 40 years.

Not only is he a patient hes understanding, and he really does a thorough examination. Believe me when you leave there youre going to know what the problem is, and its going to be resolved. Just got back from Connect Hearing for a check up. I was worried my hearing aids were not working correctly. I keep hearing static and couldn’t quite hear what others were saying. Dr Tran quickly found a build up of wax and got that cleaned out and adjusted my hearing aids as part of our service contract. I would highly recommend DR. I love him!! My mom went to him a couple of times and she recommended him to me. I am profoundly deaf and have been since I was eighteen months old. After the hearing evaluation, he was kind of worried about finding a hearing aid suited to my hearing loss, but he did have a trial one. Phonak Naida something or other.I LOVE it!! I still have to identify every sound I hear, but theres an app on your phone that connects to my hearing aid, and he took the time to show me.I highly recommend him.
