With the wet winter we had, all the fog we get, and spots in the yard that never see the sun, we needed a serious power washing!I CAN’T recommend this amazing company enough. We had mossy spots, dog spots, and even our super porous table (that looked like a “growing” science project) and they tackled it all!Conejo Valley Power Wash

Excellent service and amazing results. Needed the exterior of my home power washed to remove mold and stains, as well as cleaning of an upstairs balcony (see before and after pics). Erik was very professional, and the results were amazing. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Erik. He came by right away to provide us quotes for two properties and scheduled them the following week. Highly recommend if you want the fresh paint look for your house stucco without having to repaint. He also powered wash out concrete patio, patio covers and steamed clean our lawn turf. Now we are ready for the summer and swim parties!

Erik is amazing!!! I desperately called him in the am and asked if he could do my home the same day. He rearranged his schedule and was able to fit me in. I couldn’t believe how clean my windows, driveway, pergola was when he was finished. Very detail oriented. He even pulled my trash cans back into my yard after he was done!!!! Im moving but saving his phone number for the next homeowner. Thank you for being so amazing!!!!

Erik and his team did an amazing job powerwashing my long-neglected patios, stone hardscape and solar panels. The day prior to the appointment, he texted me to confirm, and on the day of service, he and the team arrived on time, ready to start on my very challenging job. He was professional, courteous, and importantly, very thorough with meticulous attention to detail when completing the work. The quality of the cleaning was far superior to other companies weve used in the past, and the pricing was quite reasonable. Erik went above and beyond, providing additional services as needed. I was so happy with the powerwashing that I have scheduled them to return to clean windows and teak furniture. I hired Eric to clean out our rain gutters. We had a lot of debris from a tall tree that shed branches and leaves during storms, impacting the gutters ability to do their job. He was responsive to do a quick estimate and schedule work within a reasonable timeframe. He has fair pricing, showed up on time and did a professional job, including sending before and after videos to see the benefits. I would not hesitate to hire Eric again. The gutters are ready for whatever rain we have coming our way!

We recently hired Conejo Valley power Washing, and we couldnt be more pleased with the results. Erik’s attention to detail and thoroughness were outstanding. Very happy with the outcome of Eric power-washing our cement tile roof which turned an old gunky-looking roof into a new looking roof tile (went from dirty dark grey to light grey). We are curious to see if the longevity benefits will hold up. It smelled for days like bleach but it faded away eventually. In due time we will hire Eric again for cleaning all pavers and concrete around the house. Hardworking guy, great job, highly recommended.

My homeowners association sent me a letter stating that my roof must be cleaned. Like always I wanted 3 estimates. Option number one completely flaked. Option number two was very expensive. Option number 3 Conejo Valley Power Washing worked out perfect. Erik showed up on time he worked hard and did a great job at a fair price. I highly recommend Erik and his company.

Erik from Conejo Valley Power Washing answered the phone right away, I texted him our info and he was able to come out immediately. He has a really nice truck and trailer and it is all set to go. He introduced himself and then got up on the roof and got to work. There was A LOT of debris on our roof and in the rain gutters. He power washed everything and then cleaned up all the debris that was now on the ground. Checked the downspouts. He did what he said he would with the quote that he gave us. He got here quick, did a fantastic job and cleaned up. He did the power washing and he brought another company that he refers to clean the solar panels. Guy from Californias Bright Choice Window Cleaning was also fantastic and did a great job on the solar panels. So we got it all done and I highly recommend Conejo Valley Power Washing!! 5 stars all the way across!!

We decided to go solar. I went through the evaluation process with a few solar power companies, who all wanted to win my business over the phone.. no site visit. The contractors showed up to install the solar panels and found moss on the roof, which proved to be a dangerous work environment, and they went home tasking me with finding someone to power wash my roof. Erik and this team were recommended by a local contractor. They were able to come out and get the job done in a timely manner. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend them. Frankly, I’ve already given my Solar Power Sales Rep his contact info.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I called late in the afternoon with an emergency situation where I had spilled oil on my pavers. They showed up within an hour and savers my very expensive pavers. I was so impressed with the service I had my entire home soft washed. Wow! My home looks new again.
