Just had a front flip and rear diffuser installed at concept III. Entire process was amazing. Called a few days before, spoke to William, he set up an appointment, showed up and they immediately started working on my car at the appointment time. The shop was clean, William was awesome, really great work. Highly recommended.

What an absolutely awesome experience at Concept 3. Not only did they get me in on a Saturday, but did a killer job installing a borla exhaust and full forge Motorsport intake kit on my Elantra N.Everyone works together so well and it shows on the quality of the work. Easy 5 stars and easily my go to for KDM cars.Highly recommended.

Found concept3 from @xnday and I was amazed by their work and attention to detail. Their instagram/tiktok videos are funny and show a customer stating a problem and them fixing it. Will runs a well built/structured business that makes it easy for customers to have their cars fixed and is very knowledgeable. Rating 5 stars for great communication, pricing and speed.They were able to find why car kept misfiring and throwing weird codes. Ending up being a vaccum line. Found out my alternator was giving out and got it rebuilt within 1 day. I’m definitely coming back for more work on my other cars and recommending them to anyone in search of a reputable shop!

Gotta start off by saying its the cleanest shop ive been to and its air conditioned which makes waiting not bad and the friendly service is also a huge plus compared to these other shops. Came here for idling issues and within 10min they already knew what the issue was, saved me so much time especially since its my only day off. Going to come back for a full exhaust and sensors next time since my cats are bad 🤣

So didnt know this shop at beginning when I brought my 2022stinger for aftermarket mod. untill one of stinger community guys recommend this shop to me, owner William is cool guy doesnt talk much probably always busy, but who cares, very knowledgeable of modification and shop is very organized, clean. my mod previous shop did huge mess on my car s engine bay, I am lucky find Concept III they looked at and take care of it,been here 4time already, definitely life term shop to go, general maintenance or heavy modified!!!

I got there for a non-appointment oil change on my 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer Gts and was greeted by the owner. He was very informative and agreed to get my car done in less than 40mins. Best oil change experience ever. I definitely recommend this place for any service. Ask for a free diagnostic if you have a check engine light on. You can also make an appointment if you want it to be done at a specific date and time.

Had some ambiance lights installed in a yukon denali.. after a few delays and a redo appt. Lights are working good now.... 3 stars for having to come back to have the corrections done...and for getting the impression they are not too knowledgeable in this field... I felt erry leaving my yukon with them.... also my nephew took his ride in for the same type of install... and they didnt finish on time as promised and more then double the price after the original quote... not good at all...

Knowledgeable staff and they give good prices on parts just dont count on them to work on your car if you have something important that needs to be done timely. I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance only to be canceled on the day before the appointment because something came up. Never had a mechanic do that to me before and it really messed up my schedule...

I have had mods done at Concept 3 on more then one occasion. William, is extremely professional, friendly, and does excellent timely work at a very consumer friendly price. He does not try to high ball you, in fact he is always looking to save you money with the discounts he gets from vendors. I called at 10:00am today (Saturday) to get my car emblem removed, he was totally booked but still had me come in. I was there about 10 minutes and my car was all done, at only a $10. charge. It would have cost me more to do it myself in just buying the materials needed. I will continue to go to William for other Mods for my vehicle as they come up... I would strongly encourage you to visit his shop, and talk to him and come away with your own opinion, however I am sure if you give him that opportunity you will too be a happy and satisfied customer like me....

Theres some badass mfs that work here! Got my headlights installed and rear LEDs on my Kia Stinger GT-Line. Excellent job, neat and professional. Very knowledgeable about everything and they dont try to upsale you. I never felt forced to buy another product just some great advice for future upgrades when ready. Prices are very reasonable. From now on Im only taking my car to Concept 3!

Ive known about Concept III since it first opened back in ...I think it was 2010. I went to their grand opening KDM event. Back then I had a V6 Limited Sonata. Initially I think, they only worked on KDM vehicles; now its just him and I think he takes all comers. My flasher module that stops hyper flashing in my Genesis Coupe had gone out and needed to be replaced. He didnt have the part but told me where I could purchase it (who does that these days). My custom fogs hadnt been working for about 2 years and he said he could fix them for me. Long story short, I was in and out in about 30 minutes, happy and satisfied! Excellent work, friendly and professional, clean organized shop, and great price; what more could you ask for! Highly recommend, you wont be dissapointed!

Oil leak on my 8th gen Civic Si from the VTEC solenoid. I stripped one of the bolts and couldnt even get the other two to budge so I set up an appointment. Its been less than an hour and they already got it off. Transparent, knowledgable shop with fair prices. 10/10 will be back when something else inevitably leaks/breaks.
