My job assigned me to this location for an annual TB test. The front desk associate was friendly and caring. She made sure I was seen in a timely manner. The M/A /tech who administered the test was friendly and quick. Fastest process and service I have received in the 6 years I have been with the company! Thank you!

My visit, (during a crowded day for a Friday) was actually mellow…. There process for checking people in for walk ins or appointments are modern day style… (digital).. the waiting period was less then an hour, and the line was stacked ask the way outside the front doors… staff where friendly and Very insistent on cleaning…. Recommended especially if your in need for a last minute visit.

This was my first time at this place and it was like a cross between prison and the DMV. It was a super weird experience. I was there for a drug test for a new job and had to sit in a hallway with a thermometer-like apparatus sticking out of my mouth that was under my tongue for almost a half an hour before finally turning blue.They took three of us back at the same time and I had to stand 2 feet away from a bathroom door and listen to some guy pee in a cup while I was waiting. While I was sitting in the hallway the number of people walk by and honestly it was humiliating. Zero confidentiality or privacy.The place could definitely be cleaner and it probably wasnt the best experience sitting there for almost an hour watching Ice Age on the TV on full blast. Very surreal and not super professional to say the least but I didnt have a choice 🙄

I was told this place did not have appointments they only accepted walk ins. First come first serve basis. They opened at 0800 so I pulled in at 0715. I sat in my car until 2 other people pulled in and went to the door. So I got out and waited at the door I was third in line for walk in. There became a very long line behind us. They opened the doors at 0800 and we had to sign in. I signed in at 0800 third person in line. Took a seat. At 0900 I asked why I hadn’t been called back yet. I was told they take a first come first serve basis and I would be called according to when I got there. Plus they had to see their appointments first before walkins. I said well I was here at 8and I signed in third and I was told you all didn’t accept appointments. They were like oh it will be soon. At 0917 I was called back. Once back my employee physical took about an hour. But being skipped over and forgotten in the lobby was not fun. I told them I was glad I didn’t come the day before when I got off working a 12 hour shift and had to wait like it did.

Had to get labs and a physical done here for my job. Came early and there was only 4 people in the waiting room. Waited about an hour in the waiting room. Lab techs were nice and efficient. The NP that saw me was nice, but didn’t know how to work the computer system/ do the forms. I waited in the exam room for an additional 2 hours when the actual physical took 3 minutes. So unorganized, the people at the desk didn’t help at all when I went and asked what was taking so long. NP came back into the room and was surprised that I wasn’t a new patient because “they were supposed to finish everything” as in the people at the desk an hour and a half ago…… hope I never have to come back here

Was able to be seen on a walk in for my work, parking was paid for as I signed in, I was able to see a professional doctor and he knew exactly what my issue was and referred to the on site specialist who definitely helped with my pain and offered realistic treatment solutions to get on with my employment. Super professional and light hearted staff. I am extremely thankful for the chiropractic care they offered me the specialist is knowledgeable. One of the best I have been to in Sacramento.

My pre employment drug test. Was low stress. They got me in quick, but I couldnt give them the amount they wanted for the test seeing I had use the rest room before I got there. So I had to wait for a bit. This is when I got to know the staff and to be honest while I was sitting there drinking water I got to know the staff a bit. It felt like I was hanging out with family. would recommend this office to anyone that wants quality service and a great environment for there medical & drug testing needs... ....

I first went to the West Sac location at 9:30 am and they said they were too busy to see me for a pre-employment physical. They called the downtown Sacramento location and arranged for me to go there at 1. I got there a few minutes early. I wasn’t seen until 3:30ish for my labs and tests which took about 20 minutes. Then I waited until 5:10 to meet the doctor for my physical which took less than ten minutes. The staff and doctor were wonderful and they validated parking. They are completely understaffed at both locations and people waited hours. There was only one phlebotomist and one doctor doing physical exams. I ended up missing an important family event but how would I know this saga would take 8 hours from start to finish?

Everyone was very nice. But would have been nice for the doctor to actually spend time instead of 5 mins and see ya in 6 weeks. Did not ask me about my pain did not take the time to read the paperwork they had me fill out. I spent 45 mins getting there and then waited in the room for 5 mins with the doctor? Then waited another 40 mins to get paperwork. All that for 5 mins with the doctor. I’m the injured worker here how did that help me plus my first time ever seeing this specialist.

The receptionists were kind and helpful, but the some of the other clinic workers were brash, to the point of being rude. I’m not sure if this is because most of the workers were younger (early to mid-20s) and aren’t experienced, or because the clinic was busy at the time, but the medical assistant proctoring my drug screening barely acknowledged me. Because he would talk to his coworkers in between giving me instructions, there many were times when I wasn’t sure if he was talking to me or someone else. Moreover, he gave instructions in demands, rather polite commands/requests (e.g. “wash your hands”or “phone number” instead of “you can wash your hands now/please wash your hands” or “what’s your phone number?”). While these details may seem trivial, they cumulate to an overall bad experience. I’m glad that efficiency is important to Concentra, but I wish that kindness and patience would be as well.

Concentra on Alhambra Blvd has really stepped up their customer service, speed and quality. I go here every year for a work physical and normally it takes all day, the people are rude and in a rush. This year I was done in about 1 1/2 hours, and everyone was nice from the front desk person, to the MA, the lab tech and the even doctor. No one was in a hurry and they genuinely cared about helping me get my paperwork filled out, and all test done in a timely manner and double checking to make sure it was all correct. The only reason for the 4 starts is because I didn’t like having take my clothes off to do a work physical that was weird and completely unnecessary!!!!!

I had my drug testing sabotaged by an employee there and I was told that I was refusing to test…this happened to me twice by the same employee. He took my urine, checked the temperature, wrote on his chart, transferred the urine to two plastic vials, sealed them up and told me that it wasn’t enough urine to do the test and immediately threw them in the garbage. There is no reason why I should not have been able to get the job I was going to be hired for. I was also humiliated and I had my character slandered in a way that was so on purpose. I would be careful about going there for testing as the young man with the curly Mohawk hairdo was wrong for what he did. I would think he was either racist or paid to do that to me. I can’t be too sure.

I was scheduled by a prospective employer for a medical evaluation at this location. My appointment was scheduled for 1 PM. I arrived about 10 minutes early and checked in. I sat in the waiting room for over 1 hour before I was called into the back...for a scheduled appointment??? Poor office and scheduling management.

Front desk was great and the lady who took my information.But the people who seem to be the doctors/ bosses lack people skills. Especially the lady who was going to see me asked where to validate my parking ( you have to do it every 2 hours) ahead of points to a desk are so I stand there and waited no big deal right .Finally same lady says can you help this guy to an employee . Apparently she has my file in her hand and said to me. Son was here for a TSO medical screening. He has paperwork proof he was there, phone tracking proving he was there. Concentra reported he was a no call, no show and he is having to appeal so he does not get removed from the hiring process. Considering they use a paperwork and electronic sign-in as well as take a photocopy of his passport, not a very solid place to do business.

It took too long I got there at 7:30 am. The place didnt open until 8 am. People who got there after me were already being called in to be seen by the doctor, etc. I didnt leave until 10:10:20 am. Just way too long for a physical and HPE. And top of that they should have told us not to pay for parking before we got there. I paid $6.00 for 2 hrs parking then the gal told me when I was taking my HPE that Concentra waive for the parking. Wow! Really wished they would have told us that before paying $6.00 at the parking meter.

Horrible environment, unorganized, and long wait times. Because there was only one person at the front desk, the wait to check in became longer than ten minutes. When I was eventually seen, I felt hurried, which was unsettling staff gave short answers. It is time to update the equipment, and I would not return.

6 hours for a 10 min exam. I went in for my DOT physical examination and was told it would take 2-4 hours but ended up being over 6. I was told I would be notified via text and would have 5 min to make it back for my appointment which meant I couldnt go anywhere. No appointments could be made because theyre technically an urgent care but having to wait 6 hours and not being able to leave was absolutely ridiculous.On the flip side, the nurse/doctor who saw me was very understanding, nice and made the actual appointment a breeze.

My first appointment I had to wait for hours to get in. I loved Dr. Nguyen. He was very knowledgeable. However, Thomas from PT commented on how an exercise shouldn’t hurt I was performing and had difficulty because it did hurt. Does he think he’s a doctor? I thought he was unprofessional. He would give me a exercise to do and go off and talk to his coworkers, not checking to see if I was even doing it right. Gina in PT was very helpful and was genuinely concerned with meeting my needs. The office was very clean as well.

Friendly staff, quick service for TB shot (reason for my visit). The only reason for a 4 star review, the parking is awful and the spaces are very small. I was concerned my vehicle would be damaged by the doors of other cars, that’s how tiny the spaces are there. Not the staff at the clinics fault, just a comment about the overall experience. I will say the clinic does pay, or authorize, your parking. So that is definitely a plus.

This place is the absolute worst place to get care from. They do not care about you at all. They don’t believe you when you say you are experiencing pain. I was pretty much called delusional today. Walked in for DOT physical and non dot drug test. Besides extremely long wait time which was understandable because of volume of patients the nurse or person handling my test mis labeled it even though it was clearly stated on my paperwork. Was in the clinic for about 4 hours for 15 minutes worth of work. Next day got a call from hr and had to do drug test again. Four hours for mislabeled tests. Nurse even realized her mistake infront of and did not correct it. Literally said it should be okay. Extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. Avoid this clinic. Should be last option.

This place needs a better system, like video or phone appointments as an option. They cancel your appointment without calling you, have you wait 3 hours to be seen with a scheduled appointment, and sometimes have you wait on the phone for 40 min just to schedule. I’ve been seen by their medical director, who’s agreed that the place needs work. From what I’ve seen, little has been done to resolve the staffing shortage to prevent them from moving at a sloth-like pace. I wish I could switch clinics but unfortunately workers comp won’t allow it.

They are always packed. Do not answer the phone in a timely manner. The front desk were polite and kind. It was a lot! I was told I would wait 45 minutes so I could get to work. It took 3 hours! Ask anyone could do was apologize. The TB shot only took 4 minutes and I waited 3 hours. I missed work. I came back to t hand the test read and the front desk did it right away. You cannot hear your name being called outside or in the standing only vestibule. But there is no room to sit or stand in the waiting room. Front desk said they will call your phone. No one ever did. I kept walking back and forth inside to ask if I was called. No one told me I couldn’t hear outside until I asked. They need help here or a bigger facility. They need to answer their phones so I could have made a more informed judgement about time and location of facility to go to. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I had a very good experience when I recently went for a work related physical exam. There was a little mix-up with paperwork (not Concentras fault)at the outset but once that cleared up everything went very smoothly. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and professional. The quality of care and concern you will receive from the staff of Concentra is sub-par at best. They operate more like a DMV than a medical facility, and they will make sure you feel about equally as cared for as you do in the DMV. I have been through more than one workers comp case with these people at Concentra and between all of my appointments I can confidently say that they do not care about us. 99% of your appointment will be spent watching your examiner type on a keyboard. Their only goal is to complete charting as quickly as possible so they can move onto the next patient. They will not make eye contact with you nor will they even face your direction. From the moment they enter the room to the moment they exit, they will be typing on a computer and will just prescribe you the same bare minimum that they prescribe everyone, you’re gettin ibuprofen and physical therapy. They don’t even attempt to try to make you feel as if they understand your injury. They almost flaunt how little care they provide you. The physical therapist is the only person who acts like they know what’s going on.(Notice that Concentra only replies to positive reviews, but not to negative ones, cause they know they’re in the wrong)

Reception was courteous and professional in a very busy waiting room. Once I entered the back area to be seen by the nursing staff and doctor, I found them to be friendly, professional and efficient. I would suggest anyone needing these services to arrive early before they open because they get crowded relatively fast. Also, they have a sign-up sheet to help with parking because there is a two hour limit. (Downtown Sacramento) Dont forget to wear a mask!

As of this writing, I have not been cleared to go back to work and it’s been about five days or more.I waited five hours in the clinic just for a return to work physical and a pee test. I held my urine for four hours before they called me to give the sample.The physicians assistant informed of the facility manager, that I have been waiting five hours. The facilities manager didn’t seemed to care or even offer an explanation of some kind as to why it took so long.This is unacceptable!!!!

This place had me sitting here for a total of 3 hours to do a 5 minute physical!! The nurse practitioner that did my examination couldnt even get logged in to the system for at least 45 minutes!! After she gets logged in and my physical was completed I was told to sit in the waiting room to receive my paperwork that was being printed but that was over 20 minutes(to printout paperwork??).. so I go to the counter to request my paperwork so that I could leave!! Like they were gonna leave me sitting there had I not opened my mouth!!.. This was a pre employment screening but I am so glad that I do not have to ever go back!! The staff was nice and the doctors kind and knowledgeable. The main thing that made the experience nearly unbearable was the wait time. I called on Thursday to make an appointment for sometime in the next week or two, and they told I couldnt make an appointment for DOT medical exams (which is what I had asked for). So I came in on the following Monday morning at 8:25am. This is only 15 minutes after they opened, and wasnt seen until 12:45pm. It was awful. Every seat in the waiting room emptied and refilled 4 times except mine.I dont know how they run their system, but it is not working. I am sure that some kind of reorganization technique exists to address this issue. Please fix it and Im sure all patients will be thrilled with the rest that they have to offer.

The only thing that they definitely need to work on and do better is time management. Every time I have gone in for an appointment I wasn’t seen or even brought back to the room till 15 minutes after my appointment time. Recently, I had an appointment at 1100 and didn’t get seen till 1200. I was only seen for 15 minutes and finally left at 1230. Tried to ask me to stay for PT. Which was optional and I left. People set appointments for a reason. That being said. The staff is professional and very helpful in any needs you may need met.

The staff are amazing!!!!! When I hurt me knee at work they were very hospitable and caring in making sure the physical therapy would help me heal. I really appreciate all the help from the doctors, nurses, physical therapists and the other healthcare staff. They were more caring and supportive than my workplace. I also recently visited to get a physical exam done for work and they were very kind. The place opens at 8am and if you arrive early you have more chances of getting everything done within an hour or hour and half the latest. This place is busy yet they are very prompt, professional and helpful.

Had a 130 appointment, wasnt seen until 4 and not by the doctor I had an appointment with. When I shared my concerns I was rudely interrupted and not allowed a chance to express my concerns fully. Found out it didnt matter if you had an appointment they were just seeing people as they came in. Told they couldnt refuse people but I had been refused a week prior. Totally disorganized, understaffed and very poor bedside manner. Rooms are also dirty and disorganized.

So Im taken back for a pre employee drug screening and physical at 3:45pm then told to go back out to the waiting room again. Then Im told that once I get into a medical room, it will be an additional 45 minute wait time for a care provider. Wow. Just wow. Seems like they need to dial back the services offered here or not welcome walk ins. Too busy, parking is a nightmare and so far every person Ive talked to could really give a damn. And for heavens sake, I have been watching the most annoying movie in here, Drumline. I have a headache from being hungry, the last thing I want to hear is trumpets and non stop drumming. Just shut this place down already.

When I walked in the front desk people were snappy. After waiting an hour and a half to go back to a room, they forgot about me in my room for another 45 min. When I finally went out to ask myself they rushed to get me done. After my blood test they scheduled an appointment without explaining anything or asking for my availability. I am a dental assistant and have complete respect for anyone in healthcare but that was unprofessional. The wait was tolerable but you don’t just forget about a patient in a room, you check in and let them know if there is a longer wait or any issue.

Your waiting room is depressing, over-crowded and uninviting. The examination room I was in was worse.Someone screwed up and misplaced the masks that were sent for mask fit trial, so noone was aware they were there. Now I have to return to your unwelcoming facility. You should not advertise mask fit testing, when you dont stock different types and sizes of masks. You schedule a mask fit without knowing if someone has a mask to check. Well, you still collect the money, dont you.The tech that tried the only mask your facility has, was nice. The tech that drew my blood for the Quantiferon test was very pleasant and very good. Well I’d say that waiting an hour before they open is really worth it cause I was first in line. Everyone else behind me came about 50 mins after me and the line tripled every minute! I can’t imagine waiting any longer. The first day I was told it was 3-4 hour wait so I came early the next day… good service and very organized. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Come early so you don’t wait extra.

Yes I did have to wait a long time but to be fair it was super busy and some of the clients were not understanding. The workers were going as fast as they humanly could. The doctor I talked to that helped me with my physical was great. She even asked me if I was feeling better after she had seen some self harm scars on my arms. She didn’t have to ask me about them but she made me feel seen and cared for. And we had a great conversation. They are trying their best you wouldn’t like it if someone came into your work and started yelling at you to hurry up so don’t do it to them. sometimes it’s okay to be kind people.

After waiting 3 hours, I was called to start my exams and I was greeted by a first time MA that had no access to perform my exams or know how to. I then waited for an additional 30 minutes for her to grab someone that knew how to conduct my exams. I then proceeded to wait for my last exam and the physician had sent me away and I had to correct him that I was waiting for my last exam and after reviewing my folder twice, he corrected himself and I proceeded to wait for my final assessment. As I waited, I observed that a few people are working in positions that they haven’t received any training on.

That being said, my overall experience is good, I was seen the same day I walked in and was giving medication and equipment for my condition. I was happy to get various appointments for therapy.

I have received inadequate care at this facility. Upon my initial visit after my injury the physician that was assigned to me he did not put all my injuries that I had stated in the report he sent me back to work the same day and I ended up having a torn rotator cuff. I had an a detached bicep and I have injury to my hip which I do believe now I am experiencing post traumatic Osteoarthritis.They lost my workers comp authorization for treatment.they are over booked and understaffed. They do not answer their phones. Their quality of care and treatment is substandard. I have suffered additional injuries due to the lack of care and follow up. Their reports to workers comp are incomplete and workers comp have to tequest additional information for verification so that claims can be approved timely.One instance is I was preferred for pain management. It was approved by workers comp in January 2023, Concentra staff kept stating that they had not received the approval letter for 5 months I followed up every 2 weeks. I even have my Workers comp adjuster call them. She Email it to them or fax it to them and they still lost it. they kept saying that they dont have the approval letter in their system. Staff did not updated the system nor could they find my approval letter in my medical file. I had to actually email it to the office manager.The pain management specialist only comes in once a week on a Friday. I finally got an appointment for May fifthSMHMy surgeon doctor Tendercar is exceptional the physical therapist that I had after my Right shoulder rotator cuff repair surgery he was excellent. And the chiropractor doctor Michaelsis also professional.My main complaints are with the primary physicians and some of the staff.If I could change and go to another facility I most definitely would.

The waiting room was packed, several people were not wearing their masks. They dont give you any idea how long your appointment will take. They dont tell you they will pay for parking, so dont pay - just go in there and give them your license plate number. A pre employment physical can not be scheduled for an appointment. You must come in as a walk in and wait for all appointments to go and any walk in prior to you. I waited Friday from 11 am to 5 pm and was told there were still 6 people ahead of me and that they may not be able to see me. They did the TB test and told me to come back Monday at 10 am for the reading and physical- arrived at 10 am on Monday and was told another 5 hour wait. This pre employment- I am not being paid for my time and this is incredibly unfair for my family and my time. I could not recommend them for anything due to this mismanagement.

I came in on January 14 to do a TB and physical test. I checked in at 1120am and was told there’s a 2 hour wait. That sounded very long but I accepted that fact, given how many people were waiting both inside and outside. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I was given a call to confirm my tests I’d be doing. I asked how many more were ahead of me and I was told 5. After an hour, I asked the workers at the desk how many were ahead of me and I was told 3. I was super upset by now because I don’t understand why they only saw 2 more patients within the hour. After another 30 minutes of waiting, I was called in. The physical was super quick. I waited to see the doctor and to my surprise, the doctor didn’t even knock before entering which I thought was unprofessional. The doctor told me they were super busy that day because other clinics were sending their patients to this place so everyone is waiting longer than usual. Overall, the main thing I hated was the wait and I wasn’t the only one complaining.

Worst service Ive had trying to get a drug test for work. They told me there was a 30 minute wait, it took them over 3 hours to realize they had somehow lost my paperwork, so I had to fill out everything again, and then they still took another 30 minutes to let me pee. No one answers the phone, I’ve called about 6 times and waiting on hold each time without anyone answering the patient line. I got a vaccine a few days ago and they wrote the wrong name on the paperwork. Can’t get ahold of them to have them fix it. So from my experience in the last year, is that Concerta takes on more patients than it can handle. You have the hardest time calling, then keeping the same Doctor to keep a repor going with the Doctor is near impossible. FYI ITS NOT ANYONES FAULT THAT WORKS THERE. Worst experience I EVER had in a medical office. I was there for four hours! I walked in and signed the clipboard and was told to wait to be called. It took the receptionist about an hour and a half to call me. When she called me she was not even polite. She is the face of the company!!! Whatever receptionist works in that building needs to greet everyone with a smile and welcome them. I did not feel welcomed at all. After waiting about two hours and a half in the waiting room I get called back. I get placed into another room where I am left waiting again for more than an hour. The MA eventually comes in and does my TB test. The MA does not use an alcohol wipe for the area that is going to be pocked with the needle. After I get pocked I dont get anything to wipe the small amount of blood off my arm. Then I am left waiting AGAIN for a urine cup. I can hear the medical assistant puffing. As a person who had experience working in that profession, I think its good to go into the break room and release all that anger or frustration and then come back to your patient in a kindly/welcoming manner. That is not what the person did. I sensed and heard the frustration on the MA. Aside from that, the restroom had no water!!! I could not wash my hands in the bathroom, I had to go in a different room to wash my hands. It was a complete disaster for me. One great thing about them is that they do validate parking, but they inform their not keeping track of it.

I was put on 2 holds to get basic questions answered about their mask fitting before even going in. On arrival It took quite some time before the front desk staff even acknowledged me standing there. The front office team seems more interested in communicating with each other about work related and non work related things. They were un organized but not even busy! My wait was longer than expected considering there was only one person in front of me. Extended time in their lobby is not desireable. They have no n95 masks to use for mask fitting but still charged full price for you bringing your own, when I noticed the facility supervisor behind the desk I mentioned this to her and she was artificially briefly receptive oh, I wish we could give a discount she said. The authorization to release your medical information they have you complete for your employer is the same if your self pay,( no employer to release information to)so they put their main office information including fax number and gave me a hard time about not wanting to say I would sign to have my records released to some random address and telephone number they put on the release trying to assure me that they were not going to send it to that phone number or address but thats just what they put on there. Nope! The clinician that actually did my mask fitting was awesome! It was very quick but thorough and effective. I would never go there again for another service unless I had to, again the clinician was the best part of the whole thing, the rest was a long and drawn-out annoyance with questionable paperwork and high cost

In my initial visit when I was in the most pain, the tech forgot I was on the X-ray table until it was time to close for the day. But if you can overlook the non existent greetings from the receptionists in the front office and the chiropractor’s area, my experience at this office was pretty decent. The young lady at the front counter that greeted me and did my intake was very rude, short and vague. I felt like she was intentionally giving me a hard time because I was dressed in a business suit, unlike her other clients. She was super nice and friendly to EVERYONE else in the lobby/waiting are (about 15 people) except ME.Also, The girl that did the hair collection did not explain anything about the process to me before she took my hair sample. I was under the impression that she was simply going to pull out a few strands of hair, so they could get the root/pulp but instead she took her scissors and then I heard a big snip and saw that she had just taken a big chunk out of my hair. I didn’t appreciate the lack of information and her not advising me PRIOR to “cutting” a big chunk of my hair out that she would be CUTTING it and not pulling it out. Wednesday I asked her about it her response was “well, yeah we’re supposed to PULL out your hair but I don’t feel comfortable doing that so I just use scissors and I just CUT it” .

Let me just start by saying, with Covid-19 in the air, your waits tone at a doctors office os going to be longer than you most likely original plan for. But the staff at Concentra on Alhambra Blvd are patient, helpful and try their best to get you signed in and paperwork filled out. They also always have a movie playing to keep the patients in the waiting room entertained, as well as snacks and small water bottles to keep you refreshed. The longest part of my visit there was the initial wall in to fill out paperwork, oh and to get my license put in the system so they can validate your parking, that way no parking tickets get left on the patients cars. When I got back to the patient rooms after the first part of my DOT physical, I maybe waited 5 minutes or so for the Doctor to come in, who happened to be the Head Lady in charge and I think she said she was the General Practitioner or or General Manager. Pretty much she was in charge and was the boss and said she was not going to be going anywhere so if I needed to come back I can go see her. She is very intelligent and a people person, and remembered me from over a year ago when I was in there doing physical therapy. Overall a great experience and seamless DOT physical, and I have my medical for my license for 2 more years now.

I fell at work three weeks ago. My supervisor reported it and my manager acquired a visit to Concentra Urgent care. All visits and paperwork were received quickly and in duplicate so I could give my manager a copy. The exam and xray were done right there and followup visit included physical therapy, all at the same location. Very professional and pleasant staff and doctors there. What is the point of having a contact number when none of the staff tries to answer their phone call. My lab work was done last week and my employer still hasnt received the results. It was an extremely long wait, I went in for a pre-employment drug screen, that was supposed to be a rapid test, because the job had a time limit. I gave them the paperwork which stated that it was to be a rapid test. Yet when I went to actually take the test, after bringing out my sample, the technician said they were out of rapid tests and it had to be sent to the lab. 1st, why wasnt I told that upon giving them my sheet? I could have went to another location that did. 2nd, idk how this affects the job I was getting it for, but they were expecting rapid results, not to wait 2 weeks for them. I came in with my nephew and two girls at the therapy side tried to usher me out by making excuses that the kid is a liability issue and may hurt them self on the gym equipment because no one will watch him. I told them I was here for a drug screen/physical not therapy and the kid can stay in the hall while I do my drug screen(urine sample) while the med assistant can keep an eye on them while they wait for my sample ANYWAY. They tried to threaten me by calling their manager to better explain it to me. I said, Yeah I want to speak to him. I spoke with the manager and ultimately he gave the okay. He gave the same explanation that they had a liability problem before. I explained to him we werent even going to be on the therapy side anyway. It gets worst, I ended up spending nearly FOUR HOURS just for a simple physical and drug screen which is only a 10 MINUTE session.By far the worst URGENT care facility ever been to. I have even seen other patients sitting around in the lobby waiting to be seen for at least TWO HOURS or more. Take note that they are adequately staffed in the back. Much respect for the med assistant that seen me and the doc they work fast. However there is something extremely wrong with the wait time here or front desk. It wasnt even busy when I was there. When I went to Med 7 they usually get the quick visits out ASAP so that the lobby wont be crowded and patients time isnt wasted and staff wont be OVERWHELMED by rushing their work. This place has zero respect for patient services and their hard working staff members. At the end of the session I ended up paying 9$ for parking fees because of the HOLD UP. I suggest if you got a choice, go somewhere else.

If you have dr sakhi for your initial visit, decline. Especially if you have a workers compensation injury. His interest is with insurance companies and not the patient. He will tell you that you are fine and try to placebo you into thinking you are healed. “If I don’t send you back to work then I have insurance company asking me questions” literal words he said to me. I had a really bad sprain and told me I was fine and to return to work the next day. My job requires standing and moving in a warehouse all day long.
