5/22/24 Pre-Employment AppointmentI was greeted by Tina, she got me checked in and started on my chart. Very welcoming and efficient. I haven’t had many encounters with urgent cares where the staff is so efficient. Tina also showed me my paperwork to let me know everything has been completed and copies for proof. Amazing job! Amazing personality!

Staff was efficient, nurse who helped me was very kind and up beat. I want to say her name was Tina, at any rate she smiled and a good bed side manor. Doctor was quick and to the point but in an efficient way. He laughed at my joke so he gets extra points for that. All around good experience.

I worked with Jose S and he was very kind and pleasant. He made things clear as in what was going on and what he was doing. He was very gentle when doing the X-Rays.The nurse at the front desk was very kind and didn’t rush when I had trouble finding my forms. This has been one of the best experiences in a health care facility.

I’m currently in the exam room waiting to be seen. Getting in here was pretty quick. I only waited about 15min in the lobby prior to being called in. Vitals were taken and my TB was administered quickly. Then I was put in an exam room for my physical… I’ve been sitting in here for 57min so far and still no doc!

The Concentra Urgent Care in Moreno Valley, CA is the Best! I say this because of the beautifully diverse team they have there that are compassion about their jobs and tailor treatments to your needs while providing world class services always. I did PT there with Marie and Lisa and the ladies were fantastic with providing a treatment plan to get me back to work. I recently received Chiropractor services from Dr. Patel and his treatment plan was very helpful for me to have more range of motion in my lower back area. Ana, the nice young lady at the front desk always greets me with a smile and is always willing to help with having my paperwork prompt and ready at the end of my session. Thank you team for your services and for helping patients live better lives one patient at time!

I was required to complete a physical for employment. I arrived at Concentra In Moreno Valley, CA without an appointment. I had a minimum wait time in the lobby and was finished with the appointment from start to finish in about an hour. I so liked the completion of documents online rather than filling out tons of paper docs. I receive excellent and friendly care from Jose in the back office and Dr. Li was thorough and attentive. Overall an efficient and friendly environment.

THANK YOU VALERIE! I just wanted to write this review to commend and bring attention to Valerie at the front desk who has always been helpful with a positive attitude and always willing to help! Which I can imagine is super hard/stressful with so many personalities and the revolving door of people who expect a visit here to be quick just to be disappointed at the wait time. Valerie has always been accommodating and has come in clutch every time whenever I forgot or was missing something, she always has a solution.Now for Concentra, if you havent been here, manage your expectations. If you come in lunch hours, wait times can be longer than expected as staff/doctor may go to lunch and people tend to come in during this time (eat before you come in because sometimes wait times can vary up to 2-3 hours). Come early if you can. *Also please wear deodorant, dont be THAT guy (lobby is kinda small and sometimes you feel like packed sardines with limited seating and people standing in line).

I feel that ALL of the Concentra clinics offer poor interactions with their patients. This particular clinic scheduled me for an 0700 am appointment for a clinic 40 minutes from my home, during peak travel hours.i was told thats all I can have as the doctor is only there until noon. I was handed a clipboard with a questionnaire attached. I was still completing it when I was called in. Therfore the Dr. Never read my responses. He didnt even come into the room and spoke to me from the hallway. We had less than a 5 minute conversation which consisted of him telling me that hes going to ask for acupuncture. And he changed my restrictions to lift 15 lbs. ( I have an L2 spinal fracture) I asked why, as Ive always been restricted from lifting, pulling. Pushing no more than 10lbs . His answer was They wont take you back, speaking of the company I work for.He changed my restrictions without once checking my spine, or reading my responses about my pain levels for different tasks.Two days later, I received some pain meds in the mail. As I read the label, it clearly stated to ask my doctor if I had different types of problems. Which I did, and clearly stated on the questionnaire that nobody bothered to read! The Irvine Concentra is even worse. That Dr. Was rude and condescending so I terminated him from my medical team. In what I feel was retaliation he closed my case and left all of my restrictions as they were. At 10lbs. Amazon could not accommodate me. So put me o. A forced Leave of absence.The doctors are very inattentive, and lack Human interaction skills, and are focused more o. Getting you back to work regardless of how your recovery is going, or not going.

My visit to Concentra included both a visit to the medical doctor side and the physical therapy side. And both teams are amazing from the time I was greeted at the desk to the wonderful staff that walked me back to exam room. And my doctor was so good. And then in all 3 of my therapy appointments, both of the therapists were incredible. Their exercises for my back, suggestions for home, and attention to detail and my pain threshold are just awesome. 10 out of 10!!!!!

Staff was great. My concern is my knee still hurts and they only can tell me it is not broken. Great news but WHY is it hurting? The doctor sent me to work in a school kitchen with no brace and now I am in so much pain about 1- 2 hours of my 8 hrs shift.

A little bit of a long wait (a little over an hour) but I was a walk in with an DOT physical & drug screen other then that Rene at front desk was very helpful & informative! Jeff helped me with the drug screening process & was awesome! Andrew was the one assisting me with my DOT Physical & was awesome as well thank you to the team at Concentra! I had and appointment and was taken back to an exam room almost immediately. However, I then proceeded to wait in the small cramped exam room for over three hours. Which is absolutely crazy, there was no point in having an appointment when the walk-in patients that got there the same time as me were in and out before me. It also makes no sense to bring someone back only to have them wait for such a long time. Just have them wait in the lobby or notify the patient of the extremely long wait time for their appointment. So they can make accommodations elsewhere if possible.

I loved the lady at the front desk a bit on the short side she is a nice person talks to people with respect l have been there many times at one time l was off with one of the girls who thought Concertra belonged to her grandmother please give her a raise l dont know her name but she is Spanish and the grown Chines Doctor was wonderful they were all great but these 2 l loved them professional and are nice people by nature. Doctor Andrew and nurse Jose was great !However, Two hour plus wait for a physical and TB shot! Called days in advanced to ask if I need appointment, front desk said no . If I was going to wait 2 hours plus should have been recommended to book appointment! Or have been informed how long it was going to take to do a simple physical. Don’t recommend Moreno Valley location unless you have all day to wait . Front desk ladies appeared to have an attitude when I asked for and update as I was already waiting an 1 30 minutes. They informed me that I will be seen shortly I am waiting for a “whole physical” in words of the front desk lady that had a bun and tattoos on her hands.The physical only consisted of the doctor checking my rate heart vision and ears which literally took less than 5 minutes. Front desk needs to work in their customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Pre-employment visit. All of the staff polite. How ever it took unnecessarily long. Total of 4hours. When others coming for same thing, came and left before me. I had to keep speaking up in order to continue the process. I was in the room for over an hour. I had to ask the girl twice to let the doctor know. When the guy who came after me knew her. Got a room, was seen and left withing 20 minutes. Then sat in waiting room to wait for paperwork. Was there about 45 minutes when I went to front and asked girl about my paperwork. She said I could go and apologized for the unnecessary wait time.

Out of the other locations this one has been the quickest to have me in and out. I’ve been to different ones around the area and not only am I there forever, but the staff are always rude and seem like they don’t want to be there. All the staff here at Moreno valley location are always so nice and sweet, especially Jailene. She assisted me with doing my physical. 10/10 I would recommend coming to this location.

All the employees there were awesome! I specifically wanted to do a review for this facility! Also the physical therapist. I don’t remember her name. I think it was started with a T. She also had blue eyes or green. Any ways she was a very loving soul that wants me to get better. Tina also went above and beyond to assist me with my boot she put on me. I couldn’t lift my leg up off the floor to well. So she went on her knees on the floor to put this huge boot on my foot. She could have easily not have done that. Also she offered me snacks and water multiple times. Never have I went to any facility in all my life, and receive the care I did. I’m sure the staff is great. But I had the one guy that wasn’t so professional when talking to patients. The way he carried himself around his colleagues was a very passive aggressive manner towards me. Then I was kicked out by 5:30pm because I couldn’t urinate before closing time. Only truck drivers get 3 hours pass the closing time. What a joke!

PROS: The front desk was polite and professional. My wait time was shorter than estimated which exceeded my expectations. The back office staff was very nice.CONS: Honestly, there is only one bad thing that I experienced during my visit. PATIENT IDENTIFIERS! My name was not verified when my blood was drawn. The tube was not labeled in front of me. It was taken to a separate room out of my view, unlabeled. Although my urine drug screen was sealed in front of me and I initialed the seal, there was no identifying label stating I was in fact putting my initials on my urine. There were two other people leaving samples at the same time as I was leaving a urine sample.

Went in for a physical at 7am to beat the waiting line, and it didnt matter. Part of my physical required a lifting test and they didnt have the equipment, I was sent to a different location and they not only didnt have the equipment but were not notified I was coming by the previous clinic. So they sent me to a 3rd location where they finally got it done. So after getting to the first clinic at 7am and driving to 3 different places I was done with my physical at 10am, 3 hours wasted for something that took them 30 minutes to get done.

I was serviced for my Follicle & Urine Drug Screen. The service was great with kind people caring for me. The wait time was under 20 minutes to be serviced. I was able to do both tests in a private area. Both test to appx. 20- minutes. The total time spent there was around 46-minutes per my ability to pee right away LOL

AVOID Marie Lindsey for physical therapy. An absolute disgrace to the field, extremely unprofessional and borderline RACIST. She called me “stupid”, and mumbled about me saying “Can’t even understand plain, simple English”. I made sure to discontinue my therapy with her and spoke to the “supervisor” who told me she was referring to a program on her computer. Yet when I confronted her about leaving due to her disrespectful comments all she told me was “ok”. None of the other therapists spoke up and front desk just said “sorry”. It is very evident she’s done that before to others and has never been reprimanded for that disgusting behavior. I plan on speaking to HR soon and filing for legal action if there’s no action from the superiors.

Usually, everything is smooth, quick and easy, however, this last visit was a disappointment. I was told to return at anytime on the following day for my employers required documentation to be filled out. The next day when I arrived, the specialist office door was locked, so I went to the main lobby to inform them I needed the paperwork. I waited for 45 minutes before witnessing the scramble from behind the counter as they tracked down my documents and then started to fill them out. When I got home, I reviewed the forms before submitting to my employer only to discover they had put end dates in the start date place and Vice versa, hopefully this does not cause any issues with my being able to return to work after recovery.

Needed a physical and N95 fit test for work clearance. I arrived at 8am when they opened and was about 6th in line. I did not get called back until after 12:30pm. I was in the back for another hour. The physical exam itself took about 5 minutes. From what I can tell, 90% of the patients here are doing physicals, drug screens, and N95 fittings. I only saw a couple people triaged for minor injuries. I even showed up the day before at 3pm and was turned down for a physical due to “only having one provider”. The people are polite but the system and flow of things is beyond broken. Not sure why it takes so long for such basic needs. It was my second time using this place as I had to do the same thing a year ago. As a nurse myself, I could not imagine treating patients in such a delayed and unprofessional manner. Like I said, the staff is nice except for one person. I suggest limiting the number of people you try to help each day and advertising on the website that you stop physicals after 3pm.

The wait time for appointments is ridiculous, given that Concentra does worker compensation claims for Amazon, which requires regular and timely visits for care in order for the claim to be approved. I have soft tissue damage to my shoulder, Im certain of it (from previous experience) because of the pops and catches I feel inside my shoulder joint, yet the only diagnostic test done so far (injury date 5/7) has been an x-ray ‐ which wont show anything other than a fracture! They refuse to prescribe me anything for pain because my body does not tolerate NSAIDs. I told them this at first visit and was given Meloxicam (an NSAID with HIGH risk of stomach upset) anyway! I do not want opiates/opiods, but there are non-narcotic options that could be prescribed that would offer some relief. The exercises the physical therapy department have me doing are not helping, yet Im forced to continue. What a racket!

This should be zero stars!When I called to find out their hours, I was given wrong cut-off time for pre employment physicals even though I read the description directly from the order form from my employer. Both MA’s had very long, unhygienic, decorated artificial nails. Long hair was not pulled back and dangling in both of their faces, hanging over their shoulders. MA that did my TB test did not use proper technique or location on my arm and needle did not have safety device per OSHA guidelines. Neither MA had on name badge per JCAHO guidelines and did not verbally introduced themselves. I was not offered any after visit information, per federal HIPAA regulations until I asked for it at front desk. Both Back Office staff were also obviously engaging in flirtatious conversations with male patients while discussing personal matters with these patients such as where they lived and where they were from and whether they had boyfriends. I will not return to this facility if I can avoid it.If someone from Concentra would like to talk to me about my experience, I would gladly speak to anyone interested in hearing from me.

So Im giving the physical therapy/chiropractor five stars. I showed up for my chiropractor appt more than 15 mins early and got into the back just shortly after I arrived. Treatment was provided and I was on my way. The clinic itself though, I would rate at a solid 3 star, possible 4 star. Staff was friendly and helpful but because its workmans comp case treatment, they kinda back burner you. But overall, 10/10 would recommend.

I went on a Thursday around 9 a.m to get a physical for my job, and waited until past 1 p.m, when I finally left. The following morning I returned at 7:15 and stood in line for 45 minutes until they opened at 8. I had three people ahead of me. I thought surly I will leave in an hour or so... Well I didnt leave until almost 11 a.m. the medical assistant who did my blood draw stuck me numerous times as though I was a pin cushion, moving the needle back and forth to no avail. Long story short my experience was anything but positive. I hope I dont have to ever return to this establishment for any reason ever again!!!

The staff was Amazing! Very Professional and Polite. Seem to work well as a team! It was extremely busy. A 45 min visit turned out to be 4 hrs! I understood how challenging it was to provide prompt service in this climate of Covid-19! I have to say hats off to all the nurses and doctors! Well done! I got a little Ancy but the MA’s were great! I commend them! Thank you all for working hard & shift! My only concern that the clinic lack African Americans and I would only suggest to include AA staff members also to encourage Diversity in staff.

I didn’t really appreciate how we are told to make an appointment but in reality it’s pointless you still wait well above your scheduled time. The receptionist was pretty rude and I gave her no reason to be I didn’t get her name but she had dark hair, nails done and sat in the middle desk. My medical assistant or I’m not sure her job title but her name was Briana she was great, very welcoming, very kind and made it a smooth visit, the doctors Patel and Mikoyan I think his name was were also great .

The people are really nice and helpful, but it takes a minute to get in, even when you have an appointment scheduled. Also, if you’re doing physical therapy, some of the therapists can be a little inattentive, not really paying attention to whether you’re doing the exercises right or not so I’m like, how am I supposed to properly heal from my injury? Some do go the extra mile however, my heartfelt appreciation to them.

Could not imagine a worse medical facility than this place anywhere. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. The staff has ZERO concern for your time. Be prepared to wait for hours if you choose this facility. If I could give them a negative rating, it would be somewhere from a -100 to infinity. Avoid this place at ALL cost! It is simply amazing they are in business at all. This place is one of the reasons “Urgent Care” facilities have about the same low polling/rating as politicians do.

It was Good therapy but it really disturbed my shoulder, witch brought on alot of pain this last few days. Have alot of trouble sleeping due to this pain. And very uncomfortable here at work.

I got there at around 8:15 am and left at 2:30 pm. My blood pressure was so elevated from the stress I was put under. I could swear that I was not treated fairly. Almost every patient was discharged and I was still there. Not sure if you guys use a time stamp. I was told the reason for the long delay was, due to needing physical, PPD and drug screening. My folder was blue and many blue folders went before me. I was in so much distress, I could not sleep all night. The technician decided to do blood pressure manually. I really thing he made up a lower blood pressure. My experience was the worst I ever experienced in my entire life and I am 65.
