This is the medical facility my husband has to use for his work related injuries and DOT recertification. It is always clean, and they have a very organized process. It takes some of the stress out of dealing with these necessities of life.

For most of my appointments, i have had a good experience. On my last appointment though, it seems they were short staffed and double booked. I waited a decent amount of time in the waiting area, was checked out by the doctor in a reasonable amount of time, but waited for my paperwork for about an hour. Otherwise, the office is professional.

Great service, but doesnt accept iehp or medi-cal. When asked how long the wait was 2.5-3hrs, couldve offered that info at that point about the insurance. I think it would help ppl in the future plan their trip, if they can come here or not. The Dr and nurses were top notch and nice. The wait was exactly what they said, but I waited almost 2 hrs, in the exam room which is not comfortable. I wouldve liked to stay outside in the waitting room or in my car until 10 or 20 min before the dr was actually ready to see me. They do have snacks and water while you wait, which I greatly appreciated. Overall great experience but I feel like these minor things could be improved.

This is my second time visiting this facility for work related issues. Staff is amazing! You are greeted upon entrance and promptly serviced with outstanding professionalism and compassion! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and efficient; demonstrating universal precautions as well as following healthcare guidelines. I can say this because I have been a nurse for over 20 yrs. Well done Concentra! I definitely recommend Concentra for any non-emergency medical needs!

I went into the doctors office to meet with the doctor. I’m an employee who HAS to go through Concentra at my job. They sent me here of course. The doctor looked at my painful feet for two seconds and then poked my foot. He then claimed that there was nothing wrong and then admitted that if there’s pain, it’s due to a RARE side effect of one of my medications. I have two doctors so far that disagrees with this so-called medical professional. He doesn’t care about patients and the pain they’re in. He cares about saving money for the companies he’s contracted with. This place is a waste of doctors trying to get to the next patient as fast as they can. Thanks for taking the time doc. Too many things to mention and complain about. One thing that stood out was when I was forgotten that I was still in the room by the medical assistant and the medical provider took almost an hour to see me, I was in a lot of pain and just wanted to go home but I guess it’s better to go to Urgent Care then ER. Also, the front office girls are always on their personal cell phone and always look so unhappy and rude, please train your front office or check in people to be a little bit more caring, some patience’s does not have other choices but to go to Concentrate per employments.

All of the staff are awesome. PTs really helpful to demonstrate the exercises and make sure that Im doing them correctly. Everyone is friendly, quick to ask if you need help. PT gi es plenty of different movies to practice and do at home for optimum restoration. Jenno was one of the best, a great listener and attentive. Thank you so much.

There was a young girl at the front desk who had a terrible attitude not just to me but to other staff members. Other than that everyone was absolutely delightful, the nurse that did all of my tests was engaging and helpful and made the awkward and long experience less difficult and almost fun! The physical therapy department was a well oiled machine everyone was good and my particular worker was knowledgeable and effective. I’m sorry I don’t have anybody’s names. I would say everything was perfect except for that front desk girl which is sad cause that can really shape the whole experience going forward for some people. Luckily everyone else picked up the slack.

I had to go here for a work injury about a year ago. The staff is great, doctors listened to all my concerns- really, it was one of the best experiences that you could hope for in that situation. HOWEVER, my problem is not with the staff at all. My partner has been going to this place as his primary urgent care for years. When he went today, he was turned away, being told that they now only accept workers comp cases.I changed medical providers recently and now have the same insurance as my partner. Before we knew about the change in care policy, he recommended this urgent care for an issue I was having. This was just yesterday. When I went in, I was also turned away but because they said what I was experiencing is beyond what they care for and is considered a medical emergency and I could go in an ambulance or drive myself. I confided in them that I could not currently afford my ER co-pay AND that I had called before even coming in to confirm they would be able to see me for my condition and accept my insurance (both of which they answered yes to on the phone). I was told that they specialize in workers comp but they would see me, then they went to the back to ask a doctor.They came back saying that they could see me but that the doctor was most likely going to tell me the same thing about going to an ER and I would have to pay Concentras co-pay on top of the emergency one.Im just confused on how the policy changed from, We specialize in workers comp treatment but will still take you to We ONLY take workers comp cases in less than 12 hours. ???I ended up getting urgent care online and am recommending that my partner do the same until we can find a physical primary urgent care that takes our insurance. Very disappointed in the lack of accurate communication on Concentras part.

I went In for an appointment today and Grace a nurse practitioner was very rude. She didn’t care how I was feeling about her diagnosis was a one way street when k shared my opinion on my injury and acted very unprofessional when reading my mir and Belittling me . I felt like I wasn’t being listened or tended to the correct way. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Staff awesome facility great speedy and accommodating. But Grace worst experience I’ve ever very had with a doctor.
