Showed up 30 minutes before closing. No one in the waiting room and got turned away because they weren’t seeing patients anymore. It would be nice if that info was on the website so I didn’t rush over there for nothing.

Went in with orders for a physical AND a TB test. They did not give me my TB test. The wait was excruciatingly long and they let other people who were there for physicals as well, and arrived over 20 minutes later than me, get their physicals and leave far before me. The worst thing is, I still have to revisit the clinic and insist that they give me my TB test and demand that they look closely at my employers account and order since they didnt when I was there despite me insisting for them to look further and only being ignored. The nurse i dealt with had horrible bed side manner. Very impersonal and unfriendly. The doctor knew very little about prescriptions and made me get a medication clearance form for a non-narcotic medication. She saw the medication ended with the suffix done and assumed it was similiar to hydrocodone or oxycodone. I would never return if this wasnt the clinic my employer uses.

I went to Concentra Urgent care for a work TB test. Though my HR said I could just walk in and mention the district, the front desk administrator wanted proof through the email I received. Once I sent it to her, I was good to go and they handled the rest of the paperwork. The nurse who administered my TB test was very nice and personable and made the experience very pleasant. I was looking forward to seeing her upon my return but I was checked out by the front desk. This is my second experience with Concentra and I am pleased.

Dreaded having a workers comp injury that left me in severe discomfort/pain and lack of movement. I did not have an appointment, so expected a long wait. The chairs were as comfortable as possible in my condition, everyone was so nice and respectful. Also they included me in the plan of care and tailored the plan to help me improve. I was in and out within 2.5 hrs, which is better than was expected. My return visit was even better (I had an appointment) and was in and out within an hour, with even more tailored options for my plan of care. My path toward recovery is looking brighter, I am impressed with how nice every single person I encountered was.

I drove 30mins to get there. Waited 15mins before overhearing them discuss a system issue. After another 30mins I watched as they turned people away as well as ask people who were waiting to come back later. And then they asked me to come back later. The employees dont care about you or your time. Prepare to waste a lot of it.

Terrible customer service. I called the day before to make an appointment and told them my service and they said “none needed. Come in whenever.” When I walked in I was not greeted, asked why I was here, and was told only blood work is done in the mornings. I told her that is why I called and asked the day before and she looked and said “ya…” take accountability, apologize, and be respectful. Horribly trained staff.

Horrible place to be forced to go to by workers comp. The so called “doctors” that are currently there are not worth their weight in salt. I have a back injury and two different doctors met with me at different times, and neither so called doctor performed a range of motion test on me or did anything close to an examination. They spoke to me for maybe 5 minutes, and then said I was ready to go back to work. Didn’t even ask one time what my pain level was. Hacks is not even close to describing them… Horrible place!!! For the record, you can’t hit the post button unless you tap at least one star. So it’s not a real one star.

3 hour wait time.Cold rooms.Went for a hip injury and was given a heat pad for a neck that wont even cover my hip.Didnt even ask me what my availability for next appt would be and schedule it anyways and then when I told them I have kids to take to school at that time now my appointment is a month later.Front office seems like they have no clue of the position

I was the second patient through the door and the last to leave an hour and a half later. For a simple employment Prescreening. All because of their terrible lack of process. I had to walk up to the counter and remind them I was here, and at that moment, they realized, we forgot about you and Ill bring you back right now.This place sucks. Their staff sucks. Management sucks. Their process sucks. They dont care about peoples time. They dont follow HIPAA regulations. Ive had to come here once before for a drug test and overheard a conversation between two employees about a patients care while leaving his profile out on the counter next to the sign-in clipboard. I spent an hour and a half waiting to be seen for a simple employment pre-screening test.Complaining to the manager is like walking up to a street light, in the middle of nowhere, disconnected, and arguing to it Why it doesnt work. A complete waste of time.

They were very busy when I got there so I understand that I waited over an hour to be seen. Staff at front desk were not friendly but efficient. They still had a very sad looking Christmas tree up that looked dirty and was falling apart, not festive. Not very inviting, but I guess they don’t care.Enjoyed the employee who treated me in the back. She was efficient and friendly at the same time.

My wife sought treatment for a work-related injury, and our experience with the attending physician assistant (PA) was deeply disappointing. It was evident from the outset that the PA was displeased with my presence in the room, and this sentiment colored our entire interaction.Despite our attempts to communicate concerns and ask questions pertinent to my wifes condition, the PA seemed disinterested and disregarded the reason for our visit. She proceeded to hastily arrive at a diagnosis, seemingly overlooking crucial aspects of my wifes medical history.When we sought clarification on the relationship between the diagnosis and the events triggering the problem, and how it aligned with my wifes symptoms, the PA curtly dismissed our inquiries, refusing to provide a satisfactory explanation or reconsider her diagnosis.Her demeanor throughout the encounter was marked by rudeness, disrespect, and an undeniable arrogance, leaving us feeling dismissed and belittled. It is evident that she lacks the empathy and compassion necessary for effective patient care.It is deeply concerning that someone who appears averse to engaging with patients and addressing their concerns would choose a career in the medical field. Considering the severity of our experience, we are contemplating filing a formal complaint to address the unacceptable treatment we received.

Went for my tb and physical and when I asked for my tb and physical paperwork they told me I didn’t need it and that I just needed to send it to my job I still asked if they could give me a copy and they assured me they would send the paperwork to my job. A week later my job still never received the papers so I called them and they told me that I had to go in to get the papers I was pretty upset since I lived about two hours away. I showed up for the papers and they told me I had to wait in the waiting area I waited over an hour which was quite ridiculous because when I asked for the same papers from another company exactly like this one a few years ago they printed it out with in a minute. Btw there was no line I’m pretty sure the front desk made me wait so long was because I told them this was ridiculous that I had to come in when I asked them for the papers beforehand. If they tell u no when u ask for the papers either ask for the supervisor or keep asking that u need it.

I was there to get a letter for my result for my TB.The representative Jennifer told me it would be a wait so I said I could wait and had a seat.Another guy had come in about 20 minutes after me. I was there before him, he got his tb read and told him hewas good to go, he then asked her for a note as well. He got his note within 10 minutes of being there.I believe Jennifer may have went on her lunch or something but I sat there for a whole hour until I finally decided to go ask the people at the front desk how much longer it wound be, they then said that they weren’t informed.I believe Jennifer has animosity towards me because during a previous screening for a job I didn’t want to say my employers number out loud so I politely asked if I could write it on a piece of paper.Jennifer then rolled her eyes at me and gave me the paper.Now whenever I go in there it seems like she purposely lags on me

The service at Concentra Gilroy was 100% terrible. I waited over 2 hours as a walk in patient. I left. When I walked in I went to the front, registered my name and was told I would receive a text message where all patients register online. 20 minutes later I still had not received the registration link. I went back up and told the receptionist that I had not yet received and she replied I have many others to register Mame. I was just there for a physical and tb test for a job. While I waited or 2 hours I went back up to ask how much longer and she said well its hard to say. Long Story short, I ended up leaving. This clinic is the lowest of the low health care clinic I have ever been too. At the end I found out one can make an appointment. You would yhink tje receptionist would have told me i could have made an appointment tather than waiting 4 hours to be seen. Unbelievable. Do not go here.

Wish I could give the PA HEE NAMGOONG a zero. Her lack of empathy and bedside manners can come off as rude and even disrespectful. This continued into my second appt which I had to walk out of because she was upset I would not assist chiropractor adjustment because I wanted to rehab my back with physical therapy. In my 18 years of working in the medical field never have I encounter a provider like that and I will make sure to make formal complaint. I was forced to seek medical treatment from my personal pcp and I am making significant progress.

Sketchy neighborhood. Right next to liquor store and barbed wire fence. Trying to find parking i encountered 3 dirty homeless looking folks all agitated and one yelled at me when i wasnt driving the way he was gesturing at me. Some walkers were eyeing me up like they wanted my car. I called to ask staff if they felt safe there and they didnt even notice the barbed wire, (pictured) locks, chains or dirty agitated folks. My two companions guarded the car while i went in.Im traveling and 2 counties away from my doctor and they refused to see me and told me i needed to go to primary care instead. My throat was swelling and i needed help urgently. Since my throat hurt when i swallowed, they made me wait in my car in that scary parking lot for 45 min to see if the doctor would see me and complained to me that i wasnt screened for covid when that is their job.Doc was supposed to call but no call. I dont think they ever were gonna call me back so i called them.They said they were too busy and would only help someone with something urgent like bleeding, but would not suggest where i go instead. I ended up driving many miles over 3 hours looking for urgent care and had to go to the ER later that night. Never going back. Negative stars. I would literally rather stitch myself or set my own broken bone than go here. Overworked. Not enough staff to handle the patients.

When I got there a nurse in the front checked me in for my drug test and had me fill out a registration form, and once I completed the form I returned it and watched the nurse take no more than 2 to 3 minutes typing something on the computer.There were at least 5 or 7 employees in the office, most of them walking around the back area and two girls in the front were just sitting there talking and not really working or showing any interest to be professionals or courteous to the patients.After 20 minutes I informed them that I needed to use the bathroom really bad, they told me that I needed to be registered and to take a seat, so I sat down and waited another 5 to 8 minutes when I explained to them that I needed to go to the bathroom immediately and once again they told me I needed to be registered, but I told them to give me the key to the bathroom and I went.Literally after I got out of the bathroom, a nurse from the back called me in, and after drinking some water, I provided a urine sample, and I was out of there. I was there for about 45 minutes, and from my understanding, it took them roughly 30 minutes to register me in and about 10 minutes in the back, providing the urine sample.

Called to schedule for an appointment since it takes for ever to be seen by the Dr as a walk-in or even having an appointment. Staff member picked up and I notified her I wanted an appointment. I was place on hold for 15minutes as she looked for availability. The line was then cut off, so I tested my luck with walk-in visit. The whole process for a quick job physical check up took 2 hours. 1 hr 30min waiting and the other remaining time was waiting in check up room and then a quick 10 min physical. There were also people with work related injuries who had been waiting around the same time as I did. Which makes me wonder why this care center is still open.

This was the clinic my insurance recommended for urgent care, since I have walking pneumonia. I checked in at the front counter at 10am, filled out some paperwork, and was told it was a 2.5hr wait. I waited outside in my car, the desk called me at 12:30p only to tell me I couldnt be seen. Just picture that, denial of service after a 2.5hr wait without even talking to a doctor. After some back and forth, they apologized and changed their mind, but by that time, I realized this isnt a place you go for quality treatment. Im not trying to bash anyone but those are all facts. Just be warned.

My experience at Concentra was horrible!! I had an appointment and still had to wait 1 hour and a half to be seen. I only saw the Dr. I was scheduled with the 1st time then I got a different doctor after that and was never told. The Doctor didn’t even review my chart and new nothing about me or why i was there. He was ready to discharge me from care without even looking at my injury and giving me a thorough exam. They never answer their phones when you tried to call with questions or to reschedule an appointment. Most of the employees there are rude. They don’t smile and talk with you. Don’t even get me started on their Physical Therapy Dept. that made my injury worse. The therapist never even spoke with me during my visits not even to see if I was improving or worsening.

The wait time at Concentra was impressively short, and I was pleased with the doctor who treated me. He was caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. However, I must rate this location with 3 stars due to an issue with their receptionist. She displayed rudeness and seemed to step beyond her scope of practice by asking personal questions in front of others. When I mentioned my reason for being there (gastritis), she informed me they couldnt treat me because they lacked the necessary equipment. Since she isnt a physician, her determination of my treatment was questionable. Fortunately, after requesting a triage, the doctor determined that I could indeed be seen there. Without my insistence, I might have been denied service by someone not qualified to diagnose. Its crucial for healthcare professionals to stick to their roles and let the doctors handle patient diagnoses.

They told me the wait will be about an 1hr to 1-1/2hr, I signed in at 10am, at 12:45 I was taken back to the room and told another 2-1/2 hours before I see the doctor. When I asked they told me the appointments are seen first, which is fair, I asked if I could make an appointment instead, I was told they were booked up to two week in advance. They could have told me this at walk in instead of wasting my time. Do not recommend, unless you have a whole day to sit around.

I went to Concentra for a screen due to work purposes. The staff at Concentra was kind, and ready to assist with any questions I had on the forms I had to fill. Their wait time for screening wasn’t as long. I waited about ten minutes for a screen which I didn’t mind. Additionally, the nurse who screened me was very kind, helpful, and navigated me through the entire process of what the screen consists of. I felt comfortable with the instructions he gave, and completed the screen. I recommend this clinic if you need a screening.

I had a walk in for an employment drug screen. This was my first time at this clinic so I read the reviews first. I checked in, and within ten minutes, my name was called. I observed the cleanliness of the facility, hand sanitizers, as well as sanitized pens, were available at the counter. There were approximately fifteen people in the waiting area upon my arrival. Unfortunately, I cant recall the young ladys name that attended to me, but she was proficient, great attitude, and had me in and out, within ten minutes. A very pleasant, first time experience. Unfortunately I am very disappointed in the medical care I received from the PA in charge of my care. Although the support staff and nurses were wonderful and the wait was fairly short the actual medical provider was not helpful in the slightest. The PA was dismissive of my concerns, indifferent about my pain and condescending in his answers to my concerns. I have never once felt like I was being belittled by a medical professional but at this visit I was.I would state a concern and his response would be no its not or it looks normal. However, how would he know what my normal is, hes never met me and he certainly didnt do any resemblance of an exam to determine if there was an abnormality.Luckly my GP is wonderful and was able to squeeze me in after the useless urgent care visit and get me on appropriate medications and therapies to help with the issue.I 100% do NOT recommend this PA at Concentra Gilroy!

The nurses were absolutely amazing. I always have trouble getting my blood drawn due to deep veins and usually have to be poked a few times. The nurse knew exactly what she was doing and I barely felt the needle. Really good at monitoring me and making sure I was okay. Very good staff here.

Went there on advice from co-workers during a recent business trip after coming down with some type of illness. After completing 5he sign-in process I was asked to wait in my car until called which was maybe thirty minutes. I was then taken to an examination room where the typical vitals were taken. From that point forward, another two hours elapsed. When I finally saw the doctor, he recommended a flu and COVID test. Both came back negative so I was sent away. Really? Are there no other illnesses or viruses these days other than those two? That really doesnt say much for the attending doctor or the facility that allow that.3.5 hours and about $220 dollars later for absolutely nothing? By the way, he did prescribe me some sort of decongestant. The only thing with that is that I had absolutely zero congestion of any sort.I went back to the hotel where I was staying and got better the old fashioned way. Hot tea with honey, and lots of fluids and rest.

Staff is a lot friendlier than the one in San Jose willing to help you even though sometimes you dont have the correct information. They dont complain that you dont have all your information. Eye test was performed incorrectly, (and/or forms were filled incorrectly by the technician) causing me to be denied employment, but concentra doesnt want to admit it needs to cover a re-test.I had to pay Walmart for the same test, WHICH SHOWED concentras testing was flawed, and data entered incorrectly!Follow up: After a week, no response from corporate.

The people & workers are great. I understand they are always very busy. But every time I go in for an appointment I do not get helped until an hour AFTER my scheduled appointment. I’ve been going in for 6 months now due to a work injury, & it’s always been this way. They deserve a star only because of Armando, the only competent person there of the 7 or so people I interacted with (including the doctor). I made an appointment after calling 5 times on separate days (first 4 attempts had no answer). I show up at 8am, fill out my paperwork and wasn’t seen until 9:40am! The staff were not particularly friendly and no one except Armando explained what they were doing an why (first time doing a physical there). The lady who was attending to me was obviously new and had no clue what to do which resulted in me having to do a second urine test while I was there. The doctor eventually came in, also explained nothing and just barked orders at me like a drill sergeant. All in all it took over 4 and a half hours to do about 40 minutes of testing!! Did I mention I had to fast prior to the blood work? Imagine not eating for 18 hours so you can sit and wait for someone to come in a treat you like a number. If you have to come to concentra consider trying another location. I’m really not one to complain but this was simply on another level of incompetence.

I went to get my TB test done for my job. Walked in and was greeted by everyone at the desk. (Such sweet helpful ladies) I sat down filled out my paperwork by the time you knew it my name was called I went back the woman who gave me my TB shot .it was quick and easy. The Center Manager needs to be more sensitive to her customers. When people come in to an Urgent Care on a Saturday when the doors open, its obvious they are sick and needing to be seen. To have them sit for 45 minutes while the front desk trys to get their system to work, and then fill out paperwork is inexcusable. Also the sweet girl who was working the front desk was there by herself and it was her first Saturday to work. She had to have her boss on the phone to help her get her system up. I have to thank U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group for accommodating my daughter who had an asthma attack. Their staff treated my child as soon as we arrived. Im so thankful shes OK now. Highly recommended!

My wife was attacked at school, sustaining blows to the head, torso, and arms. The district sent her here. We have been here since 9:30AM and it is currently 5:15PM. They close at 5. I had to knock on the door to get some to let me know how much longer it would be. Absolutely terrible. Was supposed to be a 2, maybe 3 hour wait.

Went there for a DT & physical for pre-employment. I was worried about going there because of all the bad reviews. I was a walk-in so I knew I was going to have to wait, but honestly I only had to wait a little over an hour and once I went back I was finished very quickly

I am very happy my friend recommended concentra physical therapy in gilroy I have tried others but this one is the best by far. From the receptionist to the therapist’s they are all so well studied when it comes to the recovery process and excercises that if I am to get better after my accident, I couldn’t have gone to a better place.

Not helpful in any way U.S. Healthworks ran tests that were discomfiting and not needed to increase billable services. Walk-in is a joke and the front desk staff are surly and demeaning.Sad that this is a licensed facility as I never saw a doctor just a physicians assistant.

I scheduled an appointment last week for my wife and I. They can’t find it. I am not happy. Got there first in parking lot before they opened at 8am left 12 noon. Was 16 and 17 person on list. Even if you have an appointment wait at door line before they open just in case they can’t find the appointment.
