A complete lack of care for their employees. Have continued to fire hard working people that ran the company for years and also scam the contracts they have for more money. When called out about these things decided to fire their staff and will continue to do so with any new hires if they don’t want you. Not a job you can rely on and not people who genuinely care about their own team.

STAY AWAY!! DO Not apply for a position with this company!! Comtel is RECKLESS with NO COMPASSION towards their employees who been loyal to them. SO BE WARNED!! This management leader ship is nothing but undermining, uncaring greedy and kicks their employees when they’re down, example, if an employee gets sick or hurt off at the job, they could, and probably will BE FIRED!! Without notice!! This management team makes a cobra look like a pet snake and I hate snakes specially, in human form

Comtel team are great people to work with. They are thorough and responsive. My architecture firm consults with Ted and Jerry to prepare clear concise drawings to submit to HCAI for permit. Good teamwork and communication results in no comments and a quick permit.

The new ownership has demonstrated a shocking lack of care for its employees, creating a toxic work environment and leaving us feeling completely undervalued and unsupported.
