Although there is a tiny language barrier, Mr. Chris was able to assist me in my PC troubles I have been having for more than a year. I went to him one time when the issue was evolving, and the issue ended up fixing itself. However, it came up again recently, and I went back to Mr. Chris a second time, and he was able to be lenient and understanding. He offered great prices and technological answers, and he was able to fix the issue in less than a day! Praise God for Mr. Chris and his wife, they are awesome people!

I had bootup and no posting problems with my MacBook Pro, I brought it in compuwiz getting diagnosed by Chris for $80 of diagnostic charge, and Chris figured out in a couple of hours and called with solutions, time frame and estimates. Compared to the price in Apple Store visited previously, his was much cheaper and his turnaround was much shorter than committed. I am very happy with his professional job and I have a go-to person for computer problems. Definitely highly recommended to whoever has computer issues.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This shop makes it seem like you needa pay $80 just for walking through the door. Also quite dishonest. When I complained about my computer not being the same as before the checkup, he says that I need to get a new motherboard and that it just degraded during the checkup, though obviously it doesnt happen within a day. Though I am relieved he compensated by giving back the $80 but that wont change anything. Please do not visit this shop it is also full of fake reviews that you cannot trust.

Got the MacBook fixed for a decent amount as compared to Apple Store. The laptop works fine. The job was finished way before the time committed. He also fixed the windows laptop in a day’s time. He’s polite and considerate while dealing with customers.

I brought in my Lenovo Yoga because the screen wouldn’t turn on. Chris did a diagnostic test and nothing showed. BUT he fixed it!! It was $80 for the diagnostic test and then another $80 for the fixing. However, he told me if he couldn’t fix it, he would waive the second $80. Chris and his partner are very sweet and it was easy to trust them from the beginning! :) So happy my computer is fixed and now I have a go-to person if anything else happens! Thank you, Chris. Chris is the best. My 8 year old HP laptop decided to stop working. Visiting from Hawaii I was not sure who could help me. Since Compu Wiz is located less than 5 miles from my friends house I took my laptop there. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the hard drive, moved my data for a reasonable price. In only a few hours my laptop runs like brand new. He even cleaned my laptop. Very nice guy, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Once to get a virus off my computer and just a day ago to fix a bad drive. Both times he came trhough and gave me excellent service. He is very considerate and knowledgeable and always knows instantly what to do. He performs computer miracles!! Oh, and his prices are sooo very reasonable. Thank you again, Chris!ORIGINAL REVIEW 2022: I was trying to fix an error message that appeared on my computer and ended up making my hard drive disappear!! To say I was scared that I had erased my entire life is an understatement. But I found Chris and he not only restored my hard drive but he made my computer run like new!!!! He installed a new keyboard and hard drive and cleaned up everything. I would very much like to compliment Chris and his company for providing great technical and timely service, good explanations, and a very reasonable price. Initially Chris was able to provide me with assistance on my PC with hardware updates and just most recently was able to transform my aging MacBook with a few hardware updates to be as efficient as the new systems available. I upgraded the RAM on my desktop and afterwards there was no signal detected on my monitor. The monitor worked with my laptop so I didn’t think the monitor was the issue. I brought in the desktop and it worked right away on Chris’ monitor. He was very helpful and didn’t ask for anything. He was just glad to help. I have a 2011 Mac Pro tower that suddenly stopped working after 10 years of faithful service. I thought it was a goner and was preparing for the reality that I’d have to spend thousands on a new Mac. I Googled Mac repair and found Chris. He was located conveniently close to me and had great reviews. I decided to give him a call and boy am I glad I did! He diagnosed my Mac as having a faulty video card, which was an easy fix (WHEW!). He initially quoted me a VERY reasonable price to get a replacement video card + installation, so of course I agreed. A few hours later, he called me back and said that he might be able to actually repair my faulty card and that going with that option would cost me even less! So it was yes, all the way. The next day he called me saying that he noticed my computer was quite slow (it was) and recommended an upgrade to a SSD hard drive to improve performance speed. I was hesitant at first because my computer is very old and I was pretty satisfied with how it was running before it stopped working. However the price he quoted me for the hard drive upgrade was very reasonable so I decided, “why not”? I didn’t think it would get much better, but I’m glad to report that I was wrong. Taking his advice turned out to be a great decision! My computer performs like a dream now and will be of service to me for hopefully many more years to come. Chris not only fixed my initial problem, he breathed new life into my old tech and I could not be happier. Great service at super reasonable rates. I highly recommend him for your computer servicing needs!

I have a Ryzen desktop computer, with fully loaded RAM, 2 graphics cards for 6 monitors, 2 SSD hard drives which I use for day trading. Of course the warranty expires and the liquid cooling system breaks down. Chris looks it over and replaces the cooling system. So far, so good. It’s seems to be working as good as new. Very quick turn around time (half a day) and reasonable rate. Will definitely use Chris again for my other computer repair jobs. Highly recommended.

Our Dell All-in-One crashed and we didnt want to take back to Best Buy since they would only ship to Dell HQ in Texas and we would have to wait weeks to get back. This is my second time that Im utilizing Chriss services. The first time (some years ago) it was a hard drive crash, and he recovered the data, made the thing to work like nothing happened. (Thanks!!!) This time I was trying to clone computers (my business computer), and things went wrong without any reasonable explanation (content and the system moved the external drive and I erased it all). It did not look good. To make a long story short, Chris has done a wonderful job, recover my files (actually recover the whole setup), and I am very grateful. It was all done in one day. I took my Dell Inspiron 17 in last week after it refused to turn on. Chris was very helpful, and called me back within 2 hours with multiple repair options. He ended up repairing the motherboard (not an easy fix) and doing a re-install of Windows. I paid a very fair price for a major repair, and saved a laptop I thought was doomed. I recently saved up to buy my Dell Vostro 7500 for $1000. Only a couple months later, I impulsively snapped my laptop in half out of anger and completely destroyed the screen and the hinges between the monitor and the base of the laptop. The screen went black and I thought to myself, what have I done, I just threw away a thousand bucks. While I was shopping around for some cheap chromebooks, I found CompuWiz and decided to it was worth a try to see if it was fixable. Chris said he can fix it, so I left my laptop at his shop. When I came back, I couldnt believe my eyes. The laptop looked brand new! Chris was able to repair the electrical connection to the monitor and the aluminum casing looked so good. It was hard to tell that it was ever broken. Chris is amazing and his services are unrivaled - his repair was definitely beyond my expectations. I told my friends about this place and they were pleasantly shocked by Chris work too. Chris has been my repairman since last ten years or more. Every time I have computer breakdown, he runs a diagnostic test at cost of $50.00 which is included if you get repair done there. His prices are very reasonable and work is very good. Chris will explain everything what needs to be repaired.If repair is not possible for your computer, he will be honest enough to get it replaced.I would highly recommend this store for computer repairs if and when needed.

Yesterday I decided to update my laptop (Mac OS X). Painless, right? Well, my computer proceeded to hit some disk problems and get stuck in an endless update. The worst thing to happen to a college student is for her MacBook to stop working. I woke up one morning after my vacation in the Philippines to see that my track pad stopped working.
