Would not recommend this place at ALL!!! Terrible experience!Back in December, I took in my laptop for a diagnosis and to get an estimate to get it repair. After a couple of days, I was informed that my laptop had a bad wire on the screen and was given an estimate. I declined the offer because the repair cost was more than what I paid for the laptop. I requested to get my laptop back and I would look somewhere else. After a couple of days CS2K called and informed me that my laptop was no longer turning on. Apparently, when putting back my laptop after the diagnosis something else broke apart from that bad wire. After back and forth calling and trying to come to a compromise, I just took my laptop that had one issue in the beginning to a laptop that wont even turn on. (FYI-they wanted to charge me $50 for the diagnosis) Take your business somewhere else.
Compute Solutions gives the best service I have ever found. They are able to remotely do things so you dont have to bring your computer in and leave it for service. They are always friendly and eager to help you with any problem. If they dont know exactly what to do, they know how to find out and will keep at it until you are happy and satisfied.I highly recommend them for computer repairs and service!
Computer Solutions is awesome! They were able to diagnosis the problem & fix the problem within 2-3 business days for under $100 - as opposed to shipping my laptop off to the maker, taking up to 2-3 weeks, paying the same for only a diagnosis! So thanks Computer Solutions you are a life saver!
Great experience so far! Ive taken in a couple computers from our office in just recently, for repairs/tune ups. They were quick, efficient and to top it off, local. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with. Will definitely continue to use Computer Solutions.
I purchased a custom desktop there many years ago, just after they opened. Took them several days to put it together, but was done when they said it would be done. Have followed them from their shop near Carls on Foothill. Then to the store across Foothill behind Del Taco and then to the new store on Arrow Rt and Monte Vista. I have purchased numerous items for several computer since. This last time my computer was making sounds like it was dying. Brought it in and $50 later and an Air Blow out and double check of the system, I picked it up after my short vacation. I had expected worse!!!!! Still a great shop for me. I have sent several friends in there too.
Thank you CS of Upland, took my laptop to them because is was just so slow booting up drove me crazy. They cleaned it and added an ssd card and wow what a difference...love using my laptop again. Good pricing, quick turnaround and professional.
After making a rookie mistake building my PC and being unable to boot to post, I came to CS2K for help. Of course I forgot the mobo manual that would have made things easy for them. Still, they figured out my mistake in a matter of minutes, hooked up to their monitors to confirm wed reached post, and sent me on my merry way free of charge.Quick, painless, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them.
I took my HP Touch Smart computer to Computer Solutions, and they were fabulous! (I cant say that for the previous computer store I went to.) Gabriel at Computer Solutions was very professional and had my computer fix exactly when they said they would. The store is very clean and inviting. I stepped on my laptop and broke the screen. My family takes all of their computers here to be repaired, so I did too. I was pleased with how fast they were able to order a replacement screen and install. I will never go anywhere else.
I have been working with CS2K for over a yea and have received wonderful service. Note only have they always responded on a timely basis but also seem to quickly identify my issues and deal with them effectively. On the rare ocassion when the initial fix was not sufficient, they have been very quick to step in and find an alternative remedy. I will continue to use CS2K for my IT maintenance needs and highly recommend them.

Dependable and knowledgeable. Quality work at reasonable pricing. Have been a long term customer here for many years, and found them better than many local businesses, including Best Buy and other small independent shops.
I went here to try to get the broken lcd screen replaced for my Dell laptop. Although i had already looked up the part online and it only cost $50, i decided to get a quote for them to fix it just because it would probably be easier. When i got there the guy took a quick look at my laptop and told me the screen would cost me $110 on top of a $99 service fee. Its one thing to charge for great service, but its another to do so to outrageously try to take advantage of your customers. If you dont want to get robbed, take your money elsewhere.
This repair shop is the worst... Came in here after my macbook air screen cracked. They were nice about everything, but that doesnt really excuse the fact that it took them A MONTH to replace my screen. They claimed it would only take a couple days, but ended up having to order parts from China. Mind you, this was a fairly new macbook air with screen parts being sold everywhere. Grand total for the screen replacement? $450!! (I even had to pay for the shipping from China when they should have had the parts in stock.) When I got my laptop back, the new screen itself had some cosmetic damages including a white spot and a couple faint vertical lines. On top of that, my wifi card apparently broke while it was in the shop when it was working just fine right before I brought it in. Instead of offering an explanation, they offered to replace it for an extra charge... Unbelievable. Go to any repair shop but here.
On Monday I was looking for a key cap to my MacBook air and called Computer Solutions, one of the several computer repair shops, in my area. When I got a message encouraging me to leave a message I decided not to do so and started calling other shops. As I was doing so, Najima at Computer Solutions called me and asked how she could help me. And she helped me. She asked me to show the details of my computer, checked in her storage, and the following day said she did have a cap she could help me with. Today I took my computer in and, though Najima was not in, another person helped me. Each time I called, it was clear that Computer Solutions wanted to help. They did and I am very satisfied

I have been working with computer solutions for several years for my dental office. They have managed my network, made repairs when needed, and helped me along with all my IT needs as things have changed and grown. To say it plainly, I have not had the time or the desire to become an IT person myself and their service and tech. support has been very professional and appreciated. Needed to remove the RAM and SSD from my broken laptop. The knowledgeable people here were able to spend their time to open up the laptop (not simple with mine). Best of all they did it for free! Ill be sure to have them help with my comp issues in the suture

Im not happy with them. They gave me 40 to 100 $ estimate.I drop my notebook Sep. 2nd, today Sep.8.They charge 100$ + 30$ for AC600 nano wireless USB adapter.They supposed to me sell 30$ part at Sep.2nd.Bad people!!!! Please dont go to there at all for repair.
The staff was nice, knowlegeable, and price was good....there turn around time is fast but they do no take the time to do the job right...went there to get my Laptop screen replaced and had it back in a hour, but their was multiple areas with cosmetic damage around the screen where it appears they used a tool to try to pry it apart and now looks horrible! would recommend spending a few extra bucks somewhere else if you want your equipment to not only work correctly (which mines does) but also remain in the same cosmetic condition you gave it to them in (mine does not!)

About one week ago, (02/19/18) I started to experience that one of my desktop computers was not producing any sound/music etc. I spent three days trying to determine what went wrong with my sound system. Unfortunately, my limited knowledge proved futile. I then contacted the support group at CS2K and arrangements were made for a technician to pick-up the computer tower at my residence.When the CS2K computer technician James arrived, he and I had a brief conversation regarding the computer problem. In less than ten minutes, James was able to detect that the output cable was in the wrong position. He immediately switched the cable into the proper output position and the computer was up and running again.I must say that James wasted no time in resolving my computer problem in a relatively short time. I am convinced beyond doubt that James, just like every other CS2K technician who had previously serviced my computers, demonstrated that he too has the skills and knowledge of his job. Very helpful, went the extra mile to resolve my issues with an old computer mapping program that I continue to use. CS and their team located the program for me. They also resolved some open issues on the computer update to a new computer even though my hard drive on the old computer failed. Great job.

My desktop computer got into a problem with password recognition. Yasir and others at Computer Solutions provided excellent support in resolving the difficulties. They were responsive and worked with other internet providers to understand and fix this sticky issue.

It was an alright computer repair shop, despite having to do some repairs myself after they were done. They were a little pricey as well with the computer parts but I understand that they have to make a profit somehow.

2021-07-21 22:34:20They destroyed my laptop, causing it to burst into flames (see photo). I brought my Mac laptop in for a battery change and when they opened it they said that the machine burst into flames. They said this sometimes happens, but I called Cornice, an official Mac repair shop, and they said that Apple has strict protocols that repair shops should follow in order to prevent ignition of the batteries, and clearly Computer Solutions did not follow them. They called me up and basically told me sorry we burnt your computer. No offer for any compensation or anything, except an offer to help transfer the files to another computer (whoop-de-doo). I dont understand how they can look themselves in the eye and call themselves a repair shop or believe they are doing anything of ethical value. I should have known because there was a red flag when I dropped off the laptop: they ran some diagnostic program to see if there was anything they could find to suggest other issues besides the battery and she came back with a report on the screen that showed two disk drives.She pointed out that there were a few minor errors on one of the drives, but I only have one drive and the drive with the error was obviously the flash drive she inserted into the laptop that contained the diagnostic program!!! Sheer incompetence. Never again. Will only go to official authorized Mac dealers from now on. I should have taken them to small claims court, but maybe Id have gotten $1000 and not worth the time, effort, and attorneys fees, plus they could just try to hide behind the signed service order agreement that said I wouldnt hold them at fault for anything that went wrong. Not worth the effort, but definitely worth me warning the community not to go there. FYI I am a professor at CSUSB, not a bot or a competitor. this is a real review.UPDATE to manager comment: this was 11 months ago but the details are not blurry at all, and my delay in this review changes nothing material to the situation. No one ever offered to replace the computer for me or to compensate me for the value of the computer, only to transfer the files from the recovered hard drive and refund the minimal deposit for the repair. The store rep callously suggested that I could try to sell the recovered parts, presumably on eBay or Craigslist, which is a non-solution. My priority at the time was getting back to work on a pressing deadline using a backup computer, not investing time and energy arguing with a repair shop, so I chose not to press the issue, particularly because it seemed clear to me that they were not interested in the only thing that mattered: compensating me for the computer they destroyed.

2017-04-07 20:37:38Excellent service with all my computer repairs. I just ordered a custom computer and new router through them. They came to my home and expertly installed everything. We did have one hitch with the router itself, but it was quickly replaced and everything was re-set and working. This is the very best service for computer repair I have ever received. I know I can count on them for whatever my computer needs are...it gives me peace of mind. I feel they are trustworthy and I appreciate their fine work ethic. Everything is done when promised. I highly recommend Computer Solutions to anyone who needs assistance with their computer needs.

I’m not talking Geek Squad level cringe, but just a little...I had a great experience at Computer Solutions on Monte Vista ave. Just below Foothill.I had a couple problems trying to complete a task. The guy working there helped me beat a submission-deadline. I offered to pay for his expertise but he declined. Try that with the Geek Squad. The small business center has some excellent restaurants and a couple fast food joints. 5 Stars for all of it. Check it out next time.

They take the time to explain very detailed information to you on your specific issue, where others would only disclose cost and general idea of whats wrong. This is an upscale store with quite knowledgeable individuals working here. They operate in full transparency and dont just take it to the back. In my case, they helped me right over the counter! Even had my laptop back up and running in 15 minutes. Great work guys, will be back. A+

They have worked on a couple laptops, set up my desk top, keep my virus software updated and also assisted me with several program issues. 2020-08-15 19:57:08Had an issue with my laptop not charging, t the necessary part was ordered and the repair process was handled quickly. Only issue was that they were difficult to contact, since I found the sales floor never answered the phone and I was always directed to voicemail. At one point I missed a callback and had to leave a second voicemail about the same question. Other than that, service was quick and price was fair.

They really do a fantastic job. I felt confident in asking them to build my home computer. Najma is extremely helpful, she walked me through all my options when deciding what kind of computer I wanted to purchase. I recently purchased a computer from a different company within a couple months I started having trouble with some of the hardware.Every time I’ve been into computer solutions they’ve fixed my computer, what’s really great is most of the time if they don’t have to use any of their software or tools they will diagnose and help fix the problem without chargeSomething you don’t see these days are why this company is trustworthy, family owned and operated you can see these people really carried that vibe over. The onsite service in my home (computer cleaning and upgrades) was very much appreciated.The remote service was excellent as well.Each technician was efficient, professional and polite in every way.They worked together to make sure I can go for another few years without any significant problems.
