I started off in contact with David, who I reached out to because of the many good reviews. I had quite the little project for my laptop keyboard replacement that turned out to be an incredibly involved project. It took a bit longer than expected but everything was perfect in the end. Chris was the technician that ended up being able to fix my nightmare. On top of that, since they were passed the completion date, Chris actually went out of his way to drive it to my house and drop it off at 8pm on a Friday night !!! Thank you David and Chris for your dedication on this. They gave me the new customer discount so Im quite positive they lost money on my project so I wanted to convey how much I appreciated their service and amazing work !!!

Chris and David are the best! I had a non-functioning charge unit on my Dell laptop that was causing me headaches and I needed a very fast turnaround.Both of them scheduled a private appointment for me on the weekend and knocked it out while I waited so I could get back to the office. More than that, they also optimized the laptop, fixed some other issues, and were quick to provide me pricing for other needs I had during the appointment.The experience was FANTASTIC and I recommend them both without hesitation. Theyve earned my business and Ill definitely be back in the future. Thanks!

Outstanding service! I called several places as I acquired a VIRUS on my laptop. First time Ive ever been locked out completely...UGLY experience! All the other places I called were 1-2 weeks out and in no hurry.....and variable pricing. Then I called Computer Services Unlimited on Omar Dr in Escondido. David answered and was very responsive to my situation. RELIEF! I took my laptop over and dropped it off....he worked through it and I was back the NEXT DAY to pick it up and a VERY REASONABLE price....and THANK YOU VERY MUCH...David....Professional, responsive and a pleasure to do business with! You are in my list of contacts..and I will tell everyone how great your service is...thanks!

While I have a better idea about computers, David is so competent and knowledgeable that I will use him forever when I have any issues with my PC. He reset my CMOS *I was too chicken to try it*, he helped me get the version of BIOS I needed for the new cpu I just bought and he even installed it! He even blew out my case of all the dust it had in it. All for a very reasonable price. He even showed me how to clear the CMOS so I wont have to pay for it and I can do it myself! Great service and I highly recommend this guy!

They fixed the problem for a few dozen bucks in about two days. After the Apple store said it could not be fixed. Ha. They wanted me to buy another $1300 laptop.
