This guy told me my custom PC was destroyed. He said his diagnostic was 100% and that the only way to fix it was to replace my mb,cpu, and graphics card. He asked me if I wanted to replace my 1000 dollar graphics card with his 400 dollar one. Thats when I knew he just wanted to rip me off. I took it to get a second opinion and the problem was with my monitor not my comp! Dont trust this guy.

Terrible ownership. Took over a week and a half postponing my repair due to not having the right parts ordered. And even after the extension of grace period I gave them, they still couldnt finish the job. When I went in to pick it up to find a different store to take it too.. they refused to return my property off the fake notion that they needed a receipt in order to return my item. Terrible customer service and absolutely a gimmick when it comes to receiving the actual work you paid for. 0/5 ppl

I drove 5 hours to get to this shop. It was very worth it because their costumer device was amazing. I loved them so much and they made my computer look brand new!

I had a problem with files that were encrypted by malware. They responded promptly (on a Saturday ) and went above and beyond in evaluating my drive to identify the problem. Everyone I dealt with in the office was professional and courteous. Although They were able to recover my data, I would definitely work with them again in the future. The customer service was excellent, and they recovered my computer data Files that other places tried with not results.

They were a decent place to go to but when my computer crashed and I paid 86 dollars to get it fixed, I had to return it 3 times in order to get it working 100 percent. And they downgraded my windows 10 to windows 8 which i did not approve of. I would say for a quick fix to go there. But if you really want to get great quality repair, you must look for something a little bit more professional.

Extremely knowledgeable technician made it easy and straight forward with me. After dragging my PC to Bestbuy and two other local computer service stores, This store was the only one to pin point my central processor units issue and saved me about $200 over others. They are friendly and very helpful. Got my PC up and running just like day one.Highly recommended. Got a customer for life

They were so rude. I had to take back my laptop since I didn’t have enough money and all the options he gave me didn’t work out for me so I told him that I sadly could not continue and asked for my laptop back. But when he messaged me back, he was so mad that I didn’t accept any options. Like I’m sorry but you don’t know what I’m going though. They could have handled that situation in such a calmer way like “Sorry none of our other options didn’t work out. You can come and pick up your laptop” or something along those lines. But don’t make it seem like I was scamming you.

Starting your work day with a blue screen is never fun... and after trying every diagnostic, system repair, and hardware replacement option available, its pretty flustering when your system still wont boot up right! So I called in the big guns:They are my go-to techs guru and I highly recommend them. Sometimes its worth taking your tower to a PC pro for fast and effective repairs - Id still be under my desk trying to diagnose an issue that I would have never found. Thanks the 5-star service!

I like to try a place more than one time before I write a review to make sure I give it a fair review. I can say without question, This shop deserves 5 stars!As Im fairly good with fixing my own computer I only bring it in once Ive exhausted all my options. I brought my really old desktop in that kept on shutting down on and they were able to fix it with just a few new parts to give me something that worked amazingly! price is fair. Thanks. t now works great!

I believe his name was Freddie . Very helpful and polite ! he got the original piece I needed to fix my MacBook Pro which I’m thankful for. Not only that but he got it done in less than hour. If I ever need anything fix I’ll mostly definitely come back.

My laptop was really really really messed up. It had a lot of viruses, and a malware! I couldnt open any files, and the volume didnt work. I was tired of taking my laptops to places where they did not fix the problem completely. I found out about this place through the internet and decided to give it a try since it had awesome reviews. WOW! thats all I can say from the service, price and quality of work they did here! The price is extremely affordable! The staff are very nice and honest. They fixed my laptop, the volume, and saved all my files! I recommend this place to everyone. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much for everything!:) Rate: 5... 10 if it had 10 stars

This is the second time They have been to my office to fix my computer and he is a lifesaver. I didnt get around to writing a review the first time so wanted to make sure I did this time. Both times I called them and they were here within a couple hours to help with my problem. Within 15 minutes or so they had diagnosed the problem and fixed it in both instances. The first time I was initially having problems with my printer connecting to my computer which he fixed and then also was able to set up the scan feature so I could scan easily from my printer right to a file on my computer. This time my wifi was not working and he got it back up and not only working really quickly. I am so happy I read the other reviews and decided to call La Computer Doctor 90003. I would recommend them to anyone having ANY type of computer or internet issue. Great service!

WOW love this place. They are so fast, they have computers ready the same day and can u say they are CHEAP/ I have taken my two new computer to them and they have installed everything. My dad now goes there for his computer. I call them for any assistance that I need and they guide me through programs. They are so nice and patient.

Went in less then a hr ago to simply get my CD out of my 2012 macbook. Everything was okay until I asked when will the laptop be ready. He said later today or tomorrow. I said okay well what time tomorrow? He said late afternoon . I was completely thrown off and said well why just not say itll be ready tomorrow. In that moment the phone rang and he didnt say excuse me or anything and answered on the 1st ring. I pick my laptop up and left. Not black or Hispanic. And guys btw its very dirty in there Clean up!

Wow I went around trying to get my beloved 8 year old Lap Top fixed. I know I know I can swap an old lap top for a new one for a fraction of the price, but the issue here. The issue here is that you can’t put a price on what means so much to you. I was turned around from other places claiming they can’t fix it for X reasons because theyre too fancy probably. All that changed once walked into LA PC DOCTOR. I was greeted by friendly staff whom I explained the situation with my hard drive and certain programs. They looked at it and told me that they can fix it and anything and everything relating to any computer regardless of age, software firmware operating system and what not! This was amazing! The young man gave me a quote (which was extremely reasonable), left the computer, came back 2 days later and voila!!! It was alive again and working like a charm! And that’s not all, all my files that I had left for dead were found neatly found again. I don’t know what magic they perform here but WOW! Now this is another great reason why these types of honest businesses still exist. If customer service, honesty and reasonable pricing is what you are looking then I highly recommend it. I couldn’t be happier.

Terrible. I don’t advise anyone coming here. NEVER! I actually bought an open box Lenovo laptop 💻 from Best Buy, which the charger 🔌 was missing. I bought the laptop as it is with cheaper price but decided to stop by LA PC Doctor Computer Shop to purchase the Lenovo Charger. Amazingly, the charger that I purchased worked perfectly fine. Nothing wrong with it. However, the next day when I tried using the laptop, which I purchased from Best Buy not LA PC Doctor, the keyboard stops working. Tried my possible best by restarting the computer, but no good results. So I returned the laptop back to Best But and they gave me my money back with no problem. Now, when I tried to return the charger 🔌 back to LA PC Doctor, it turned into a different case. The guy who sold it to me said if the charger is burnt or not working, he won’t refund me back my $40, which I agreed. He took the charger and test it out and it worked perfectly fine. Then all of a sudden, he changed his mind and said he won’t still give me my money back. Confused and stunned, I looked at him and said “aren’t you the one that said you’ll give my money back if charger is working?” All what he said is “I don’t care.” Honestly, I was furious and angry to the fact that I started raising my voice because it’s a total rip off. His second partner even picked up a plunger (toilet plunger) and threatened to hit me if I don’t get out. Wow! Is that how to treat a customer? By the time I went outside to call my partner to explain the situation, that’s when the guy that sold it to me immediately gave me back my money. I can literally forget about the money, but the fact that the computer that I returned will be no use to me and the charger itself is in good working condition, so what’s the point of keeping the charger? There is no “no return policy” given to me, so why can’t I get my money back? This is ridiculous! Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been coming to this repair shop for years, but with different people. I have no idea how these new workers with no or less computer knowledge are working here. Customer service is terrible. If I didn’t stand on my ground, I will definitely loose my money. Please be careful of these people! Total fraud!

Ran a diagnostic for free. Figured out problem with my computer and recommended I go to Apple directly because of an existing recall I did not know about, rather than trying to charge me there. Wrote an official diagnostic summary so Apple would know what was going on. Great honest service, next time I have a problem I will be heading back.

I do not believe that the computer tech ripped me off. After holding my laptop for three days, he tells me that I need a new battery. He charged me 85 dollars!!!! Thanks for being an upstanding guy.

These Guys dont care about money they actually care about fixing your computer their prices are very affordable in that the parts you can get from them are cheap theres also a pretty good repair shop nearby for phones that also repair screens for other systems with service like this Im surprised they havent become a franchise yet you deserve all the support you can get from the community
