Definitely the place to go if youre having problems with your computer. Incredibly helpful and informative. It turns out my problem was a relatively easy fix and instead of charging me a ton for them to do it, Eric told me exactly what I needed and how to do it myself. Then charged me exactly $0 for the diagnostic and advice.Its hard to find businesses these days that still have good morals and customer service, but this place does and Ill be back anytime I have any issues.

The most funniest, nicest, amazing people I ever met! My family computer just busted one day. And Erik fixed it right up in a jiffy! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and I will for sure come again.

Best customer service I have experienced. Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable over the phone and in person. Brought my gaming PC in and had him look it over and found out what the problem was and corrected it immediately. Even when I came in to pick it up he showed me what he did and how it was performing. I have to say it was better than what I imagined. This place is the one if you need any computer issue fixed

The name of this business is an understatement. Luis did an excellent taking care of my Mom’s older PC. He answered all her questions and was very thorough in making sure her computer is in excellent shape. The fee and turnaround were also very reasonable.

I never write reviews. Its not my thing. I read them but maybe Im too lazy, Im making an exception this time because Eric one of the owners took a lot of time with me and showed a lot of patience, Im 76 and computers are not my friends, I was lost and just googled a computer repair shop. As luck would have it I found one that was very close to my residence, I felt like I found that rare business. Somebody I can trust, someone who will give me a fair and honest evaluation of my problem and tell me the best solution. Theyve been in business for 8years and I think they understand the benefit of having loyal customers, Iam now one those loyal ones. Ive just moved back to Stockton age being gone for some years. It takes time to find those business you know will never short change you. Ive found one for all my tech problems. Thank God.

Very professional and experienced computer service. I dropped my pc off for a diagnostic and got results back the same day. Eric was very insightful and helpful for all the questions I had. Our work computer crashed during routine Windows update. Took it to Computer Pros to get it repaired. The initial diagnosis was to replace hard drive, which I knew since it was recommended by a different computer repair shop. Agreed to replace the hard drive.When I picked up the computer, I mentioned the screen also had issues. After further investigation, the store owner told me very honestly that it was not worthy to repair. He didnt charge me a dime even though they had spent hours and hours on the computer.I really appreciate their honesty. Nowadays, honesty is hard to come by.Thank you, and I will certainly be back if I have another computer problem.Cynthia HOwner of the Lodi Kumon Center

Not time-efficient, No follow up. I had to call them and they told me it would take a day and it’s been a week now still with no update. You’re better off taking it anywhere else where they follow up with you and are more time-efficient

Went in to get my screen fixed however the kind man told me that while they could do it, it would be too expensive and he wasnt sure if it was worth it for me. Instead, he offered the option to disable the touchscreen so I would still be able to use it. They clearly care about their customers, and look out for them since getting my touchscreen deactivated was less than $30 compared to the $250+ it wouldve cost me to replace the screen. I went in about 30 min before they closed, yet they had it fixed by the next day. I will definitely recommend this place to others, and come back if I have any other computer issues.

I was given a free diagnostic test and consultation advice on what would be the best for the computer, and an estimate for parts and labor. All in a VERY timely manner! I was referred here a year ago by a friend to fix my computer. They fixed it within hours. When I needed to buy another computer I looked at the box stores but purchased a CP from computer xp. Warranty was included no cost unlike the box stores. I recently needed another fix and Luis took my unit at 9:00AM and called me by 11:00AM that it was fixed and was covered by warranty. I run a family owned business and respect the customer service that comes from a family owned business. I would rather pay a few more dollars and get good customer service that support a big box store that does not care about the customer.
