Mike did an excellent job debugging issues with my gaming workstation. It was restarting randomly without any specific reason. Mike was very honest and did not charge me anything for doing hardware testing and gave me recommendations to try on my own. I would strongly recommend Mike and Computer plus for any repairs/debugging.

Ahh! What a relief! My laptop computer finally works after 4years thanks to the computer doctors at Computer Plus! And now, thank God, I can finally start using it again! I loved their expertise, that they were open and available when I needed them, and that their customer service is amazing! Mike worked on my computer and was very knowledgeable on identifying the problem(s), what it needed and how to fix & improve it, but also provided an extremely fast and timely turn around! Plus, he was incredibly nice, friendly and welcoming -which was awesome, and kept me up to date with everything! So yeah, Im extremely happy and grateful, and I definitely recommend going here for any of your computer issues! You will leave very satisfied! Thank you again! 🙂

I had called a few other places to see if my laptop could be salvaged. All I got were message machines. I reached out to Computer Plus and Mike answered straight away and offered to take a look at my computer right away to assess the damage.(Your laptop is not a cup holder) Dropped it off and Mike let me know everything he was going to do and that he would call me later in the day. I went to grab some IN-N-Out and soon after I pulled out of the drive thru Mike called me back letting me know it was all fixed and he just needed some more info from me to double check everything was good to go. Super fast, and super painless. Ill be coming back very soon to upgrade my ram and perhaps a new hard drive. Recently moved back to Pasadena after many years, Im glad to have found my go-to computer and electronics place. Only being a few minutes away doesnt hurt either. Was very happy and satisfied with the total experience. Definitely not something I was expecting. Thanks Mike!

I contacted Computer Plus because Ive been using my old college laptop a lot more since work-from-home started. I was hoping to upgrade my harddrive to an SSD to improve some performance, and Mike gave me a really fair rate. I agreed and left my computer with him.Eventually it turned out my computers slowness was due to a software issue and not a hardware issue, and Mike helped me clean up and reinstall software on my computer, while being very clear and helpful in telling me what was happening. Either way, I just got my computer back and its running really smoothly, and Im very grateful for a really fair price and how courteous Mike was throughout this process! Thanks Mike!

This is my second time at Computer Plus and let me tell you - it was well worth it.. just like the first time :-)They are very knowledgeable and honest. Poor communication- store wasnt open during posted hours, overcharged for a simple OS install. Was required to pay cash. Picked up machine they forgot to include the power cable. Had to come back, store closed again during posted hours. Had to coordinate pickup with owner multiple times, didnt give me an invoice so I had to request it, got back to me days later with no email, texted me a photo of the invoice that was cutoff, requested another photo, got no response. Youd think they would know how to send an invoice via email being a computer repair shop.

Computer Plus is HONEST,reasonable and fair.They were appalled when I told them I was charged $150 by a shop in South Pasadena(Starbase Net Computer) to diagnose the problem when I accidentally spilled water on myToshiba laptops keyboard. I was told that my motherboard needed replacement, it would take about six weeks and cost around $500-600.😧😧😧I took it back, where it sat for almost a year until I found the good people at Computer Plus.They explained that the motherboard wasnt damaged from the water spill like Id feared; it was the keyboard that needed replacing.Because it was an older Toshiba model.Computer Pus explained thatthey had to get the part from China.That meant a 4-6 week turnaround.I accepted those conditions.( Id bought a backup HP laptop when the Toshiba crashed because I couldnt go 4-6 weeks without one )They kept me posted during the various stages of the repair.The first keyboard wasnt quite right;the second one was missing a critical key. It took six weeks to get the right, undamaged keyboard from overseas. Total cost--$200!!They only accept cash or checks,which was NO PROBLEM.Thank you, Computer Plus!!❤️❤️❤️

This was the only shop willing to take a look at my air conditioning switch board for my car. The technician was super helpful, found the bad solder, and repaired it for me in just a few minutes. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
