Excellent!!!!!I accidentally dropped my MAC computer and it ended up with an internal crack. I just recently moved to LA and didn’t know where to take my computer to get repaired. I purchased a new one just in case. Luckily I just happened to find Computer Palace on google. Navid answered my email right away and suggested I bring it in. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He said I probably needed a new LCD screen only or he could transfer the data to my new computer. His prices were right and I decided to go with the new screen. He had my computer ready later that day. I ended up taking the new computer back because I was so happy I got my old computer again. I will definitely keep going to Computer Palace. for all my computers maintenance.

Computer palace is THE place I am taking my computer any time I have any issue or even when I need to upgrade and get a new computer. I had gone several times already and these gentlemen are very trustworthy, very professional. I work in animation and from home and it was a relief to find a great business to save me from computer related issues.( and great reasonable prices). Not sure why there are only 4 stars on some of the reviews. Fred has saved me on many occasions fixing my pc issues in a timely manner and had also sold me a great reasonably priced computer ( which I am now using as a backup in case anything goes wrong with the pc I had bought from ibuypower, which gave me a lot of trouble ) I used to build my own computers late 90’s in early 2000’s,but forgot most of it, so I am better off finding good professionals and avoid headaches. this was long overdue review I wanted to write and always greatful for their great work ethic, I hope to see them for many years to come and will recommend to any individual o business. Computer Palace is an EXCELLENT local business.

Great prices, great work, great service. They have been my tech guys for about 10 years. I have always been a WFH consultant, and put a lot of hours on my laptops. If something goes wrong I know I can count on the guys at Computer Palace. This is 100% the place to go.

Computer Palace is unbelievable. They were completely cognizant of my dependance on a main business computer, and did everything they could to perform repairs quickly. They actually saved me with a same day turnaround. Their work is thorough and comprehensive. There is no longer a need to look for dependable computer repair service. Ripped me off for $75 for a diagnosis and never gave it to me. Just said the mother board was no good. They could not fix they had to send it some where even to find this out. I will never go back.

Great - son cracked his Mac Book screen 3 weeks in. Went to Apple - nearly $300 and would take 3 days. Computer Palace was $114 (including tax after yelp discount) and took less than 2 hours (we went to Katz during the wait). Screen looks awesome. Perfect transaction.

When my laptop began freezing and then stopped operating, I took the laptop to Computer Palace, a business I had used once before. They told me the cost for identifying the problem, contacted me quickly with the information about repair and costs, and fixed the problem by replacing the hard drive. Because I mentioned that I had not been able to save all my files, they were able to recover and back up everthing so I had access when I picked up my computer. The computer was ready as promised, the cost was reasonable. This was the second time I used Computer Palace, and both times they were timely and very helpful. I trust them with my computers

These guys are great. Both Fred and Navid are personable and very fair. They are knowledgable and get the work done quickly and at a fair price.They replaced a hard drive in my laptop for $170 (parts and labor). They also replaced a motherboard that was fried in my laptop. Ive been here more than I care to be because my computer has been on the fritz, but these guys have taken good care of me. The location is convenient, hours are good and the store is not hectic so they will always be attentive and give good service.

Computer Palace has great service! They fixed my Samsung laptops charging port in 1 day, and only charged me $135 for parts and labor. This is compared to a 4 week wait on a $420 repair at Staples that failed miserably.The employees I encountered were very friendly and honest, and took their time to explain the repair process to me.If I or someone I know has computer problems in the future, I will definitely recommend they go to Computer Palace!

Wow, I did a complete walk-in after my laptops power jack stopped working, Fred took it in immediately, said hed have it done by lunch, and called me at 11:20 to say it was done! Great service, fair pricing, and very courteous personnel. Dont be fooled by the sparse decor, this place delivers!

EXPECT THE PHONE ESTIMATE TO BE DIFFERENT THAN WHEN THE TECH ACTUALLY SEES THE COMPUTER- you cant properly diagnose what you cannot actually see!Fred is incredible, no doubt about it. There was a little confusion about what kind of keyboard I had on my well-worn 2015 HP Envy and we ultimately had to unhook the sub-woofer (sad face). But I have a new keyboard that works brilliantly and the static from the speakers is gone. So for B quality sound and $350, Ive basically got a new laptop and it only took about 10 days. Fred was up-front about what he could and couldnt do and how much it would cost; he is a VERY solid fellow. Accept that and if you dont like it, go somewhere else. I initially put 4 stars, but that would be a dick move and everybody needs higher ratings, so take that extra star to bring up your average. Free parking is worth it!

The owner was extremely uncomfortable to be around. His name was Navid I believe. I bought a computer and the whole process was severely uncomfortable. The owner didnt seem like he knew what he was talking about. He tried to sell me a computer with an i 3 processor saying it was exactly the same as an identical laptop with an ssd and an i7 processor with the same ram (8gb) for more money. His name is Navid. The screen will phase out very often. The touchpad barely works (expected). I bought a laptop from them today and need to take it back tomorrow to get fixed. a Silver lining I guess is he never told me about a warranty but I saw a 30 day warranty printed on the receipt ( Which took a while to get) . He has good prices. but poor products and extremely poor service in my opinion.

A great experience every time. The owner Navid offers top customer service and very competitive prices. He also stands behind his sales with a Computer Palace warranty on top of what is offered by the manufacturers. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. He is happy to answer even the most basic computer questions.I recommend Computer Palace to everyone on L.A.s Westside who either needs their computer repaired or wants to find something new. It is refreshing to still be able to find a neighborhood computer store with great service, like Computer Palace.

My experience at Computer Palace was exceptional. There was no pressure to upsale or marketing. They addressed my needs and gave me the freedom to attend to my immediate needs. I enjoy companies that are professional and respectful. On the other hand, big corporate businesses are always trying to add to the sale. I accidentally drove over my laptop on a Sunday. I took it to Computer Palace early on Monday, and Navid assured me that my data was still intact. They had to order a new monitor, but by Wednesday they had received and installed it. So three days after I ran over my laptop, I had it back, and it has been working well. (The laptop is a LeNovo ThinkPad, evidently quite sturdy).I have gone to Computer Palace several times and always been impressed by Freds and Navids abilities to fix computers. ( I also bought the current LeNovo there.) They have always repaired my laptop quickly, asked a fair price, and given me excellent service.

I am very happy with the service I received at Computer Palace. I went in for a possible fix on my mother board. That was not possible but they did manage to get my laptop up and running to nearly 100%. Its an older machine so there are some issues, but prior to CP it was crash city. Very nice people who did a fine job..... thanks

I lost all my research data in the labtop for the past year during winter break. Luckily, I did not lose my brain at that time. I searched online carefully and find this highly rated store. For the first try, the engineer could not find much data back on Friday. But they asked me to come back again on Monday. And this time, they were managed to find the complete folder back in another way. They always let you be aware of the price (which is quite reasonable, by the way) ahead of time and they are very efficient (same day work for my case). They are the people that can be trusted. I told one of my friends to go there for help already. Highly recommended!!

Recently there was an accident in my family... My MacBook Pro took a tumble and my screen was shattered from the outside in... I burst into tears and figured that nothing would be salvaged and I would have to buy a whole new laptop. Macbook Pros are not cheap folks...Neither are their parts.I called several different places to try and get an idea of how much it would cost...and then finally after bringing it over to Macmall and being quoted at nearly $1000 for repair, I started contemplating about buying the part myself and searching for youtube videos/friends who might be able to do it for me. Coming back from the Macmall, I stopped at the red light at Santa Monica and Corinth Ave and noticed a small little shop that said they were an accredited business and repaired both PCs and Macs. I thought what the hell....I might as well...To my delight, not only did they quote me at a price less than half of what Macmall wanted charge me, but he was honest and helpful. Together we devised a plan to help me save money. He mentioned that he would pull the dent out of the front panel of my laptop and that would save me the most money on parts. I wasnt sure if my hard drive had been affected in the fall or my DVD player, he said he would take a look and call me if anything was wrong. He called me when it was ready for pick up 4 days later.Not only did they do a great job, but he showed me what they did, presented my old parts to show what they had replaced and why (and asked if i wanted to keep or have them recycled-which they would take care of, gave me some advice on maintenance, and sent me on my way at the same price that he quoted me on. They never tried to upsell me on anything, give me some bullshit story about me needing a new DVD player (it sounded a little loud, but was otherwise still in working order which he pointed out).Honest. Fast. Dependable. Cheap.Support the local community and check this place out! From now on, I will go here for all my computer issues and will tell my friends to do the same. Ask for the owner, Fred...AND their diagnostic is $45 which is cheaper than both Macmall and BestBuy...and that fee also goes towards the cost of your repair. Awesome.

This place is awesome. They dont charge for an estimate, they ask you before they do anything and their prices are very reasonable. I had a Powerbook that wasnt connecting to the internet so they reformated the drive and replaced the airport card for $130.
