I went in to get it checked for overheating and he told me I would need a new cpu cooler. He charged me $90 for a $50 part. I paid anyways but 2 days after getting it back it was over heating again. I decided to take a look myself since the cooler was new and a friend video called me to give me instructions. HE FAILED TO REMOVE THE LABEL OFF THE CPU COOLER. THE PLASTIC WAS BETWEEN THE CPU AND THE CPU COOLER. Lazy. He even screwed in a wire in between the fan gap. Find someone else if you’re dealing with a gaming system.

Very bad work. He told us he would back up and save everything on our computer and we lost a lot of our important documents and stuff that meant a lot to us. then he tried to overcharge us. He went from 250 then dropped it down to 100. Obviously, he’s a big liar. then he will say that this is a fake review. Why would someone write a fake review? If he did a good job then we’d be five starring him.

This place is a scam. They prey on people who don’t know what they’re doing. Broke my motherboard and refused to pay for it. beware of the “I’ll call you at 4 or 5” that they will try. It’s just a ploy to get your computer there for more days for more money. And watch out for them charging for things you never asked for, make sure to get an itemized receipt. Overall just go to someone more reputable. It even smells bad inside.

Hello everyone,Please take heed to my words.This business is ran with bad intentions. I been coming to this location for over 6 years, on and off. The first time I came in for service we agreed on a price, to me later having to pay more. i brushed that off. after a while his service started to go south!! last year i came in for service to my computer and the guy there decided he wanted to check my hard drive on a new computer, i just came in for security and Microsoft updates. when i picked up my computer it ran very slow, too slow. i took it back to him and he wanted me to pay extra. last time i came was a few month ago for same thing, updates. he had my computer longer than normal, i was concerned. so i popped up at his shop. he had drinks om people computers and spills on others. my computer was dirty with drink rings and stains. i was upset. he overcharged for one and then tried to make me feel better by returning $20 off bill, i left and came back in one hour, because he asked me too. now this is where problem comes in, all the yearly updates that were done expired within a week on me getting my computer back and it is running super slow, this computer is four years old and i rarely use it because i own three more. well, i found out the he switched my Hard drive with an old one. he does this to your computers. i uses your parts to fix other computers and out the old one on yours with some new updates so it looks like the problem is fixed.. I WILL BE REPORTING HIM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and to the city of Bellflower. WE DONT NEED DISHONEST PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY

Listen I wanted to like this place. The guy is really nice, but man it has just been constant problems with my MacBook that I got repaired here. I went in to replace a battery. Took very long, a couple of weeks, then it cost 300 dollars. Which was over 100 dollars more than I was quoted. Then when I got the computer back the speakers had been broken I called and complained and he offered to fix them for free. I go in, get it fixed, come back home, and now my keyboard light no longer works. I decided not to come back and not review and just be done with this place, but today the speakers stopped working on the laptop again. These last two issues were not problems before I brought it to this place. The man is really nice, but this amount of problems for 300 dollars is unacceptable.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. This place is a fraud. I had taken in a brand new laptop that had water spilled on it and he said he could fix it. I had to call a week later to check on it and he said it was good and give him some time. The following week he told me it wasnt working but I had to pay his fee of one hundred something for trying to fix it. I havent seen my laptop since I took it in from the beginning and dont know what happened to it. Also he wanted to use the parts that were still good on the laptop. Bottom line is the past reviews I thought this was a good place and it actually wasted my time and I still had to go buy a new lap. I know Karma is going to come one day.

I went there to have a PC assembled after stubbornly trying (and failing) to do it myself and Im happy with the final result. The customer service was good. Owner frequently kept in touch with me about his progress as well as any issues he encountered and was very polite throughout the transaction. Prices were also negotiable. I had actually taken my laptop there a while back to have the screen replaced and it was fixed within a day so theyre also good for minor repairs. Overall, I would recommend them. I will definitely consider them for any future repairs.

I called and was told my laptop would be fixed in 4 hours after dropping it off. Our initial conversation was my very descriptive explanation of my laptops functioning. He did not make one call back in 4 days. I had to drive there several times just to be turned away without a quote.He promised if anything is wrong he would take care of it. After calling around and asking professionals in the computer field, I wanted my laptop fixed. He then tells me he will charge me again just to put back the proper components to my laptop if I buy the products myself from elsewhere.Laptop works a ton better. I was wrong. This Dell PC with Intel Core I-5 we just bought from Ismael at Computer Zone recently; is great.Im writing the review from this computer. The price was great too. I have already downloaded Microsoft Office and files from my old computer. This computer with its Windows 10 is very fast and responsive. Files open at blazing speed and the internet on it is very fast also.We were surprised to find that this PC didnt have a disc drive and some of our important programs required disc loading. We went back to Ismael, he was very busy., He GAVE us an external disc drive! That was a great solution. He actually helped me out with a really good price, fixed my screen, charger part, and threw in a screen protecter all for less than 100! Great people and fast service. It is easy to find right off the 91 freeway I took an imac computer that needed to be restored. It took a couple of days due to large quantity of customers they had, but other than that it was a very fast service. The price may be negotiable. He dropped the price of the repair because I had cash handy. I will definitely come back to this place.

Really saved me, I cracked the screen on my laptop...called around other places they either had long wait times because they didnt have the screen in stock, or their prices were near what a new laptop would cost anyway. I took it my laptop to Computer Network Zone to have them replace my laptop screen and he was able to take care of it in a timely fashion and called me as soon as it was complete. Do not go here! I was fooled by the good reviews found on Google. I asked him to renew the Windows on my laptop. He promised it will take 2 hours and will cost $20-30. Then when my mom showed up he lied that he had no idea who was on the phone and it actually cost $40. For a week he kept making excuses and try to throw in some deals. Then when he finally fixed my laptop, he said that he upgraded it and it should be worth $95. My mom refused and took back the laptop. When I check it turns out he downgraded and formatted it. He changed my Microsoft Office 2016 to 2007. He also turned my Windows 10 Pro to Home. He is a constant liar who tries to milk out more money than he is supposed to. I had to bug him for a week just to get anything done. Im pretty sure anyone who think he is good is pretty much a paid reviewer.

There were no hidden fees and always good communication when needing to work on the computers with matters that weren’t discussed with, up front. They insist that they will call me. I’ve checked in several times to see, but it seems they never can talk about anything. If you read every low review, you can clearly see that the store is using false positive reviews. Isn’t it suspicious that there are so many 5 star reviews? And that every review is a generic response? I’ve been looking how to report false reviews, but they suggest that if you ARE a real customer, then you should leave an honest review.Edit: you know what’s strange? I’ve called him and told him I would just take my computer, fixed or not. He wanted to keep it longer to do some diagnostics, but I knew that if it runs, then it’s fine. He was trying to overcharge me a bit, but I knew already some prior technician knowledge. The point is that when I came in, he was super nice and responsive, but I could not tell if it was genuine. I know that if he did more, then he would’ve charged more, but I knew when to grab it. Please don’t let him gyp you by calling in constantly. The price was about right, but I knew he would charge me more if I let him keep it. For that he gets two stars, but don’t let his google reviews fool you, they’re false positive reviews.2nd edit: its even worse than I thought. Why is there malware on my computer? I did not pay for a diagnostic but I know that I did not have malware before I turned it in. Secondly it was a hardware problem, all they needed to do was replace the power supply. Thirdly, they claimed that they had no access to the computer. They had my password, but they don’t need it because you can access the computer from the bios. The other reviews claim, “my computer came back worse than it did before.” Really shady business, do NOT come here.
