I have been a customer for 20yrs maybe plus and Ron and Wayne are above the label of computer techs. they care they are honest, knowledgable on what they do.

2023-08-14 04:21:53Another fantastic service! Ronnie & Wayne have been our go-to guys for about 20 years taking care of every one of our needs. After years of tune ups, our laptop finally gave up the ghost and with their advice, we bought another up to date one. Nothing like being used to your old one so they transferred everything over, making it at least resemble what we were used to. Even added programs that the new one didnt have. Nothing but thanks here! Wouldnt go anywhere else!

2020-05-06 16:07:27Took my laptop to him because he had overall a good rating. My laptop wouldnt turn on and it was just a black screen. Ronnie took the laptop in and said give it a few days that he is going to look at it. He called me after two days and then told me that it is a hardware problem and will cost me $215, I rejected the offer because my laptop is over 3 years old and didnt think it was worth it. And then after he tells me that I will buy it from you for $100. I told him no and took my laptop to show another place that fixes laptops. I dont know if he thought that I didnt know that he was ripping me off but he seemed so friendly when I took my laptop in and then he wanted to rip me off.

2018-08-29 03:51:26Had a great experience with them. They ended up selling me a computer at a way lower price than any big box store. This was over 6 months ago. Computer still running strong.
