I discovered Allan @Computer Direct Wholesale, while looking for the best tech to fix my HP laptop issues. Twice, my laptop either failed entirely or the parts of it failed - first it was battery & power unit that failed and the second time it was from my own dropping it, a broken wifi part and display hinge coming loose. Each time I felt like giving it up for a new machine, and then deciding to give Allan @Computer Direct a call and run it by him. Allan first impressed me by meticulously assessing the issues and deciding if its reparable or not, based on parts availability and rough cost estimates. Once we were past that, Allan promptly setup an appointment to pick up the unit and provided an approximate timeline when he could get to work on it. When he got to it, he would regularly update me with the state of the unit discussing & sending pictures of what he discovered the problem to be and what needs to be done to fix it. Based on parts costs & availability he would provide the final price and date of completion. Both times he delivered the finished work just as estimated. Highly impressed by the professional quality of work and efficiency. The repaired units work just like new, and thus he saved me from having to make expensive full replacements. I am very happy to have him in my sphere as a goto person for my high tech repair needs. Highly recommend anyone with such needs to give him a try and check for yourself.

My laptop froze up and I was unable to use it further, not a good situation. Called Allen and he said to bring it by (this was on a Saturday). I dropped it off, thinking I would call him on Monday and get an ETA. To my surprise and amazement, he called me a few hours later and said it was all fixed ready to go. Very responsive and professional, and best part was he repaired it the same day (on a weekend). Very impressed, highly recommend.

I wish I could put negative 5 stars. I had this company create a web page for me. To start off, all verbiage was broken English on every page. The contact us was going to some unknown email address and not the company email. Same pic on multiple pages. The list goes on and on. Now supposedly we have been hacked and our website is down. They want me to pay $1000 dollars to repair and maintain the website. There is nothing to maintain. I have put all my faith in them and been let me down over and over. I feel that I have been taken advantage of. I dont want any one else to experience these same problems. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

I brought my laptop here because it needed a system restore and I didnt have my Windows disk. Allen said he could fix it in 1 day. I got my laptop back IN PIECES and he claimed the entire hard drive was bad and he was replacing it for $250.... I told him that cant be possible. He charged me $40 to put my laptop back together that HE TOOK APART. I went to KT Electronics and they fixed everything for $45. DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER HERE.

Purchased some items from this location and was very pleased. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend. This is a great place to go. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

I am very satisfied with the technical competence and turnaround time of servicing my desktop. I explained that I use my computer for business and many things will fall behind if problem is not addressed in the shortest possible time. I get a call at 10 PM that same night from the owner explaining what was going on with the computer. The next morning my computer is ready for me to pick up.Excellent customer service and many thanks.

I brought my laptop to Allen and he took one look and knew exactly what was wrong. He ordered the part and after it was delivered, the laptop was promptly repaired. Great service and price.

Allen fixed the macbook issue for 300$ flat, but Apple store was asking for 485+ Tax with a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks. His turn around time was very quick (same day ) and he is very friendly as well.

I contacted CDW and Allen for help with a defective multi-function printer/copier/scanner and was very pleased with the outcome. I found CDW and Allen in particular to be knowledgeable, helpful, fair and honest. I have a Mutoh RJ900X that I was having issues with. I could not find anyone that would help me fix it. No one works on Mutoh printers... I reached out to Allen and he offered to send his technician John to take a look at it and see if he could help me out. John came out to our shop, worked with Mutohs tech support and was able to help me get my Mutoh fixed.I greatly appreciated Allen and Johns willingness to help me with my printer issue, even thought they dont typically work on Mutoh printers. They were awesome to work with. I am sure I will be using and referring their services in the future. Thanks again!
