2024-04-07 22:51:06We had our Epson projector circuit board burn out and Adi was great! He helped me get connected with Epson and set up the repair order, a few weeks later projector was back and fixed and running like new! Adi had great customer service and explained the entire process of repairs and it went exactly how he said. Thank you

He patiently walked me through the trouble shoot process and the issue was resolved. There was no charge; and he seemed genuinely happy to help. Ive saved his number, and next time I have an issue, they will be the first number I call.
