I found this company from the Epson service locator. I sent my projector down to this company to fix an iris. He said that the projector was damaged from the delivery. He said that there was additional damage. This was a blatant lie because I was able to find someone in my area who was able to fix the Iris without any problems. I wasted quite a bit of money and time getting the projector shipped back and forth. I wouldnt trust this guy to make me a sandwich.

Called to get advice on a printer that wouldnt power on. The support I received was extremely clear and friendly, and the rep laid out options and pricing for repairs. Without even needing to bring the printer in, he also recommended Googling a specific solution that he seemed to remember might fix the problem with no repairs necessary. That simple tip lead to us fixing it on our own, which was much appreciated! Would highly recommend.

Computer Concepts was referred to me by Brother Electronics technical support to repair my Brother Multi-Function printer. Adi diagnosed the print quality issue which turned out to have a damaged fuser from using textured card stock which did not allow such thick paper. He ordered the fuser and installed it for a reasonable price while I waited. It works like brand new again. His knowledge and service was excellent. I highly recommend Adi at Computer Concepts.

Computer Concepts provides terrific service. Adi Hacker diagnosed my printer problem, (drum needed replacing) and put a new drum in the mail right away. He also explained how to replace the drum. I couldn’t have found better service. K.P. Santa Monica.

I sent a message pretty late last night in a panic. My Epson XP-15000 was displaying an error on startup after I had manually cleaned the print head. Adi reached out immediately. The next day he called to check in on me and gave me some great advice on steps I could take before taking the printer to him. Adi was knowledgeable, friendly, and forthcoming. My printer started working again on its own, but because Adi was so exceptional, I will be bringing all future repairs to him.

I have three printers for my office; two were not working. I called several companies but this one answered the phone and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. It was a very simple fix to a Brother where I thought I had to discard the machine. I am SO grateful to this company. You do not look elsewhere, they are amazing and helpful!!

Epson printer stopped working so I called Epsons service center and all they could recommend me is to buy a new printer. Found Computer Concepts just by chance online and called.Within minutes, Adi helped me solve the problem and now my printer is performing like a Ferrari.Will always try to solve my computer/printer problems here first!
