I went into this computer store in hope to find a gaming pc for my son, not only was i pleased with customer service I received upon entering the door. I genuinely felt like the care I received from them and what i was looking for was beyond normal customer service skills. Not only did they help me find the PC i was looking for, but was willing to do a diagnostic on my phone for a great price telling me what was wrong with it…. All around a 9 out of 10 store, and will be returning again

From the moment I called to get directions to the shop, I knew this place was professional. I went in to buy an IPhone and from the moment I walked in and greeted by Jesus, their technician, I knew I was sold! I got to meet the lady who answered the phone and she was as pleasant in person as over the phone. Jesus was very helpful, his customer services skill were outstanding and truly knowledgeable. I am actually writing this review from my new phone and it works perfectly. I have been going to Computer Annex USA for several years and I have not had a bad experience with them. They are very helpful and their prices are Great!!!. I recently purchased two systems from them and they went the extra mile and gave me a great deal. I had to go back to them because one of the systems was missing a cord and they apologized and got me one immediately, no questions asked. Great Customer Service.

I came here with no money and just to check out some computers. i applied for credit and i got approved and was able to take home an iMac that i was interested in and they even gave me a discount. I thought it was cool that there was no money down and got to take home a mac just like that. The next day i came back to get an rams upgrade on the mac to make it faster and they gave me more then 50% discount on it and they installed it for free. You cant get that anywhere else. I recommend this place for you guys to check out. The staff was great and very helpful. Definitely going to buy more things from this place.

The owners of the establishment Mr. Bede and Mrs. Demi go out of their way to meet the needs of the customer. Everyone is on a first name basis and it really feels like family. I have visited other computer stores but, I feel that these stores are only concentrated on selling a high price item that I may not need. This is not so at Computer Annex they explain the product and based upon your needs will suggest the best choice.They also repair equipment and are very knowledgeable as it relates to hardware and software. I brought my laptop here twice! One time was to fix a broken mouse pad the other was an actual software problem. both times APPLE was trying to charge me a fortune! And they fixed it so fast for a super super reasonable price I saved a lot! The second time I was on the phone with Apple support trying to solve the problem for and hour and a half.. walked in and he fixed it in 10 MINUTES! I recommend!!!

My sister always brings her laptop here, so i brought my iphone here (that i swam with) and they gave me a great price for great service. Apple was trying to charge me 350 just to send my phone in to see what was wrong with it (not even the repairs).. And they charged me like 30 for the diagnostics test. Great place! Do not buy from them they will sell you damaged used computers under “Refurbished”. I tried taking the computer in for a warranty repair only to be told I need to pay out of pocket for the service. Please save your money and but from a reputable merchant not these scammers. One more thing the prices on these machines are way above what they’re selling for on the market. If you’re in the business of getting ripped of then by all means go ahead if not then stay away from Computer Annex USA. There’s nothing American about this business.

I bought 4computers from them. One of them with in 2 week I see it has a battery problem. I go back to tell them and the brother Josh wants to fight. What happen to help your customers. The dam battery went from 100% to 0% with in 15 minutes of the laptop doing nothing. You cant say thats not a lemon do your job help your customers

Well, obviously, theyre in business for some reason. Perhaps its due to the perfectly good computer tower I purchased there. Fortunately for me, Im no stranger to computers and I know how to purchase them. I would suggest that lack of knowledge is the main reason for the rest of these bad reviews.The employees were perfectly fine and welcoming to us. They hooked up the tower for a demo, no problem. The tower works perfectly because I purchased the correct configuration, not just the cheapest device.I DO recommend this computer store and I WILL be returning.

I up graded to an iPhone 5s they hooked me up for cheap 129.00 out the door quick and easy very friendly. And even gave me a case for free which was pretty cool and a charger for 10 bucks. If I could give a minus star I would. They stole my money to diagnose my Mac it’s dec4 n should of been done nov21 n no phone call. He said he did work on it but tech hadn’t found the problem. What am I to do argue with him. Customer satisfaction was not meet he should of refunded my $40. Stay away from here...terrible business!!

Went in on July 12, 2016 for a iphone 5s. Jesus helped me and dont let the building discourage you. This place is awesome. I walked out with basically a brand new iphone 5s. This thing is so clean. I have been a customer since windows 98 LOL. I bought my first desk top here and i was a very happy camper. Every time i NEED something the computer annex is where i go first. I have never been disappointed with the annex. ever! The service is friendly and helpful. I just bought another pc a few weeks ago. It took a while to write this but i had to tweek my computer for my other stuff till i got it the way i like it. I even fixed my pc that broke down on me,. power surge killed my drive. I dont need the geek squad for my computer needs. Just like the Terminator ( Ill be bock) ;-)

Put a $100 cash deposit down on a refurbished IPad Air. They told me they just got it in and to come back Saturday. I show up only to be told they sold it the day before. What a bunch of dumb asses! This place is garbabe. They sell used junk at marked up prices and take advantage of people with little money or knowledge. The owner charges based on the money he needs at the time. Hes a dirt bag whos already had businesses shutdown by the federal tax board, sued and had an injunction put aginast him by microsft for using pirated software (which they still use) (case 5:13-cv-01271). You dont get a deal here, you get what you pay for.

I had probably the worst experience with any business and owner here, they tried to fix my tower and charge for me doing absolutely nothing then held my hard drive hostage after I took the tower to another computer shop, I had to have the police there 3 times to finally resolve my issue, my story is way longer than this and if you want the deplorable details then just ask, filed a complaint with the bbb so stay as far away from this rip-off joint as possible...
