I had gotten new parts for my pc to upgrade over the weekend and when I tried to install them I wasnt getting display on my monitors. After 2 days of troubleshooting I went to these guys for help and they were very communicative and informal about my situation. Turned out I needed a new motherboard and the parts that I tried to install were not defective. Everyone there provided excellent customer service, especially Gilbert. Highly recommend

First time using this computer repair service in MorenoValley and I was very happy with the results! I couldnt figure out the blue screen loop issue and running slow. Gilbert knew the issue and fixed it quickly. Now, it runs like brand new! Reasonably price, fast turn around time, (24 hours), friendly, experienced, professional business owner! Forgot my PIN code to unlock my laptop, the bitlocker password also, added and forgot my bios password and hdd password also.Highly recommend to check these guys out because they bypassed all that and done a full restart on my laptop 👍

I found this place yesterday and it saved me, needed a couple parts to run my golf simulator software and Gilbert researched the requirements for me and recommended what I needed for a great price. I found complete PC specialists on an Internet search when I wanted to get a new computer. Gilbert is very knowledgeable and built a great PC for me. Prices are very reasonable and you get great value. I would definitely go there again.

Gilbert has been repairing and building computers for over 30 years and he has been at the Perris location for about 20 years. If he cant fix your computer it probably cant be fixed. PC Specialists is very fair on pricing and always looks out for you to try and save a buck for you. They have built and upgraded my last two computers and Ive been going there for over 10 years. Suffice to say, I recommend them and wont go anywhere else.

Ran into a corruption issue with my PC after trying to enable XMP and updating my BIOS (aorus x570s master motherboard, 32gb Corsair vengeance 3600 mhz ram).Windows couldnt stay open more than 5 minutes without crashing, giving me the blue screen with the sad face. Without knowing the corruption pretty much from my ram, I decided it was best to freshly uninstall and reinstall windows. With all the crashing that was happening while it was resetting itself, I finally got to the screen where windows can be reinstalled. Upon picking a partition to install windows 11 Pro on, it gave me error codes making it impossible to even install windows.With that being said, I decided I need some professional help.Words cant describe how thankful I am for finding Gilbert and his team.Extremely professional, extremely safe, extremely thorough, extremely fast. If they cant fix it, no one can is what they said, and I believe them.They fixed the corruption, and did some extra tuning, even stressed tested my rig before telling me its good to go.My PC is running better than it ever has been💪🏽

He has earned a five star from me because over the years his ethics in doing business with me have been in good dealings. I use to have concerns when choosing a computer repair place prior to using this company. To this day, I have had repairs, updates and purchased a used computer. Even some accessories. I would like to say, I have never had a regret. Gilbert has always been professional in every manner and trust worthy. I have a Real Estate Company which includes a Property Management Division. This is my customized NAS. I ran into trouble when my computer died and was unable to complete my project. I took it to BB for help but it was near impossible. I had to wait for the main tech and it wasnt guaranteed that they would be able to work on it - at all. Well... Thanks to Computer PC Specialists in MoVal I have a working computer/NAS!!! The wait was worth it, Gilbert from CPCS was wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and patient. He explained to me my options and no matter what I chose he was going to make sure I had a working NAS. I sure do recommend Gilbert at CPCS to anyone that needs help with any computer troubleshooting/fix assistance . Price wise, hes reasonable - for the amount of time and expertise that he gave my case...yes, the right price. This is being rewritten. About a month with my pc and dont call like they say they will. Tell me its my motherboard. Spend 2 week to even work on that. Then tells me its something else. At this time. I have no faith.Update:Nov 29th 2023This entire thing has rubbed me the wrong way about family owned Business.Went to This place after looking up reviews and it seem positive. so i thought well maybe they will work. so i went to the shop and talked to one of the workers after a few phone calls. My power on my pc wouldnt stay on after cleaning.After i dropped off my pc for a Diagnostic i waited a week for the owner to get back to me. Gilbert said it was my motherboard that was not working and paid to replace it on 11/9/23. was always told they would call me. i had to call them to find out whats going on a week later as i was told they would call me and was told they where waiting for a motherboard to ship. so i call back a week later after that and was told it never shipped then it shipped and/or stolen so he had to reorder. after a few days i call again and i think he showed sign of irritation that i keep calling, he said he had the board and he needed to find a CPU that worked on it. kinda confused but im annoyed due to its taking SO LONG for something that sounded simple. then i call on the 28th with a complaint over how long its taken then he said he had the parts and it was put togeather in a flash and ready for pickup. so i go to pick it up. get home plug it in and its acting like a slug even doing anything. Starting Google or trying to download files its taking FOREVER!.... looked up the specs and notice something was off..My PC inst the greatest but it worked. he put in a i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz but my pc had a i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.5GHz. he said there is no difference in them but theres a big difference. also 8192MB RAM and before i had 16384MB RAMi call on the evening of the 28th and he said bring it in and he will correct it.So i did and as of today my CPU is back in and i have my 16384mb ram. pc is now running back to close to normal.Also notice where my Harddrive plugs in he removed a board that was there and change the connecter and plugged directly into the HD and just seems like an odd change and idk if that affecting anything but i have my suspicion on that. but it is working after that and its about the same so it is what it is. Plus the owner seem to get Really annoyed that i question the changes that he made. made me feel vary uncomfortable.If i ever have PC work i need to get done im sorry but after the attitude and overall experiance i had i will NEVER go back to this place.if you dont know anything about pc i wouldnt go there.

These guys are the best at what they do! Ive been to others but these guys break it down for you in English. And they back it up by actually doing it. Took my wifes laptop to get updated and they did a Great job of course. Ive had my Laptop since 2014 it has been upgraded wonderfully! I had a noise that went through my DJ system and Gilbert guided me in plain English how to adjust the timing on the fan. Thanks for your patience guys thanks for all you do I will be returning to get my system cleaned to help it work even better, Dont go anywhere else!

I got my laptop sent in for repair after researching what the nearest, best computer repair shop was. I was blown away! Customer service was astounding, and even when I was handed my laptop back and still had some problems, they were willing to help! It was definitely cheaper to go here than if I went to Geek Squad for help. Heck, they even gave me the old keyboard that broke. Whats cooler is that this new keyboard works like its brand new! I definitely recommend them for any problems you have, its clear they love what they do. The fact that they were willing to cut back on the price to help me out was already kind enough. I tried to build a gaming computer for the first time and couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t connect to a monitor when I was testing it so I brought it in. They were very kind from the start & easy to work with, they explained that the issue could probably be because the bios weren’t updated & were able to fix it very quickly and efficiently! They even added windows to my computer. I would definitely trust this shop and go back should i ever need help with anything else!

The dreaded day had finally come and I had to have my Dell Optiplex upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I called and talked to Gilbert. He took his time and answered all my questions. He also explained that i should have a new hard drive installed since my computer is over six years old. No hard sell, just what he thought was best. That made sense to me. I didnt want to pay for the upgrade only to have my hard drive go out anytime soon. I brought my computer in and it was ready in a few hours! The entire staff is so nice and the price was VERY reasonable. My computer works better than the day i bought it. I also like the fact that Gilbert told me to bring my computer in once a year and they would do a tune up to make sure it is performing at its best for $35. I will use this company from now on. This place did a amazing job on removing a virus I had on my laptop. I found Complete Technology Services, Inc. on a Google search for my area and am very happy that I did. I needed a complete set up to my new computer. I dropped my computer off and Gilbert Nava had it completely set up in a very short time for same day pick-up. I would give Gilbert a 10 out of 10 if I could. He is kind, patient, very knowledgeable in electronics, hospitable, able to explain EVERYTHING in simple language (I ask a lot of questions cause I care about my pc) and just a genuine person who loves peoples. He treated us like friends. My wife and i had a wonderful time just hanging out with him while rebuilding my 4090 rtx with amd 7950x cpu. They will absolutely take care of you!Youll have all your needs taken care of. They did things I didnt even ask them to since I told them I was into gaming. They updated my drivers reset my whole computer cleaned it out then they did me an extra solid by keeping my games somehow even though I had a virus.Gilbert the owner, Vince, and Thomas are some of the kindest coolest people, Ive ever met!They have backstories like people out of video games. Gilbert was a volunteer firefighter, Thomas is an extremely competent martial artist. Its Its awesome.

Very disorganized.I have an external drive that I took to this shop on Friday, I showed the guy working at the moment, the easy solution to the problem and explained I dont have the tools or experience to try it so rather take it to a professional. I asked the guy if we could possibly get the job done before Monday and he told me it was possible so I payed the $35 diagnostic fee even though I showed him the problem AND how to fix it. The guy explained to me that it wasnt really a diagnostic fee just a fee you pay to make sure you come back and get the item you dropped off which is understandable. So monday comes, the day I need my external drive by, not only is the drive not ready, the repair guy hasnt even looked at it or diagnosed it. So my deadline is passed, so now I just need the drive back. So I start calling in everyday that week to get an update and I get the same answer we will let you know . A week goes by and I still dont have an answer to my problem or know if my drive is even possible to fix. Finally I call in, and they said they sent my drive to a guy who could get the information back but the guy charges around $500. I explained to them that that was out of my price range but they still sent it to that guy. At this point I lost faith in the company if they have to outsource my item to someone else and its taking over a week and a half to even diagnose the problem I could just do it myself for that amount of money and time. So I call in and tell them I no longer wish to use their services and want my external drive back.Now its been about 2 weeks, I still dont have my drive, not sure when it will be returned, most likely lost all my files and am out $35 dollars. The shop doesnt seem like they do advance repairs which was my mistake in the first place. Overall the people working were kind and tried to reach out but if you want a professional job done I do not recommend this place at all.

Best shop in town. Honest, family run shop. You call and speak with Gilbert or one of his techs. They always help me with my virus issues and hard drive recovery when i almost lost all my pictures and music. Small family feel and they treat you like family. Gil and the guys can get busy, so a tip is to call them back . They are busy but i know it worth the wait because they always do the best job for the best price. If you have an xbox series x: just use the microsoft warranty. Even if microsoft charges you money (free - $300, guaranteed fix), it will be cheaper than going to a 3rd party company ($400, not guaranteed).

This is the place if you need a help with your computer needs. I bought a gaming build for my son, and after putting it together it wouldnt run. I cannot say enough good things about Gilbert and his computer repair company. This is what I like -- he never gives up -- EVER! If its not right and Im not happy then he keeps working on the problem until its solved. This time it was my printer -- he got it reconnected, and we thought it was fine until I went to print something I had worked on all afternoon. It printed every other line. I changed cartridges -- a little improvement, but still not printing all the lines. So I called Gilbert again, and he said, no problem, Ill get it working and, of course, he did. He is a treasure for those of us who really dont want to know how computers work -- we just want them working when we need them! Thank you Gilbert!

My home surveillance system took a dump on me recently and Gilbert and his guys were excellent. They always answered the phone when I called, took care of me when I arrived, and were very communicative and efficient throughout the entire process.They were able to show me everyrhing wrong with my system and how to fix it. They even tested it for me in person to show exactly what was wrong. Theyre not pushy about using their parts or even using their services after the diagnosis. Gilbert even told me that I could bring a system that I buy and let me know how to set it up. You can tell that hes passionate about what he does and goes above and beyond to help you. Years ago in 2008 I brought in my MacBook with issues having dual architecture Mac OS and Windows partitions. Gilbert was able to work thru the challenges and get it running better than it ever had before.In following years, he was able to keep me abreast of new Windows developments and virus protections. Living in Canada - even at that distance- he was able to offer superior remote support when I really needed it. I am very happy with the level and timely response when I REALLY need it -because I just know from my visits customers and phone just keep coming in. His shop rates are by far and away the most reasonable Ive encountered in the USA and Canada !As a result of getting serviced by Complete PC - both Gilbert and I understand these boxes much better. I took my desktop PC in for issues with the computer not communicating with my printer. It took them a couple of days to debug the problem but they fixed everything PERFECTLY!!! They cleaned up viruses and worms I was unaware of, they installed a better-quality anti-virus program to keep me safe in the future, plus all of my files, photographs, and documents were safe and sound when I powered up after the servicing. I have used Complete PC Specialist located at 13117 Perris Blvd. Moreno Valley for many years. They have repaired several computers for me. Their service level is beyond excellent to extraordinary. This is not the only computer repair service I have used in Riverside County--but once I found this company I found what I was looking forJust today I had Gilbert and Thomas come to my house to install a wireless printer. They were here two hours--they did other work also updating my computer because I am currently unable to come to the shop-- but only charged me for one hour. While here, amazingly, they fixed two leaking outdoor water faucets that they had noticed while in my family room {which is where I have had the printerr installed.)They also install security cameras ( their charge is less than that of any company from whom Ive obtained bids ) and will shop for a TV for me and install it. This is a acknowledgment for a store that went far beyond customer service. Gilbert and his team at complete PC specialist are Located in Moreno Valley at 13117 Perris Blvd #101, Moreno Valley, CA 92553 and have over 25 years experience. There is a diagnosis fee of $35 But I will tell you they have over 3 weeks invested in hours time for me however they only charged me far less far less than that. What is in the picture is an I9 10 core CPU. This CPU is notoriously hot. So I had this company install a liquid cooled pump into this computer complete with custom bent acrylic clear hard line tubes. This computer boiled over the 1st radiator and had to have a second radiator installed and all the hard work that they had put into the 1st build had to be undone and remade by hand. For this they only charge me another hour to clean up the hard water line tubes and add new additional hard lines installed an rerouted to accommodate both radiator transitions. This is not something most computer stores will even look at. They took a an extraordinary risk and liability just in this build because you are running liquid over electronic parts. They pour there heart and soul into each laptop and computer like it is their own. This is the only way I could begin to thank and acknowledg each one properly for their hard work.

My son took my chromebook to get an estimate on how much I would pay to fix my screen that was cracked from one side and after not agreeing to fix it there, they gave us back our chromebook not working. When my son went to pick it up it didnt turn back at all. Also they told us that it wouldnt be that expensive to fix as it was a chromebook and when they told us the charges is was basically better of buying a new chromebook as the charges were close to $200. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any business. I took my laptop in because it wasn’t charging - they said it was my charger. they gave me a new one for $49, and my computer shut off as soon as i plugged it in. It wouldn’t turn on. I took it back in, they said the computer was fine. it just needs a special charger for it. they ordered me the charger, and my computer shut off about 10-15 minutes after using it. Again, they said my laptop was working fine.I called wanting to take the charger back, and the owner, Gilbert, was extremely hostile and angrily hung up. he just kept telling me to come back in. I will happily come in to return the charger, but I’ve had to “come back in” to fix these problems like 5 or 6 times. I can’t keep driving there and back only to have the same problem! but they don’t seem to care.I then showed up around 6:35 on a Tuesday. They close at 7:00.. and they were closed! Amazing.I was calm and just trying to fix this issue.. I have never been spoken to that way by an owner. It was unbelievably uncomfortable.I am now having to go through my bank to get my money back, seeing as how the owner was unwilling to take the charger back.Save yourself the GAS, stress, money, and time! Go somewhere where the owner is willing to work with you! I wish I would have.UPDATE;responding to the owner’s reply:no one from the business called me, except ONE time to have me process payment for the new charger. *I* was the one who called to see if it was ready.the charger came in on a friday, i know because I called to make sure. however, as i mentioned before, I cannot and willnot make time to drive EVERY DAY to pickup my stuff, then return a day after when there is a problem. I wanted to give at least 3-stars but heres why I cant...After getting multiple opinions from friends & three specialist companies, it was understood that my computer simply needed its power supply replaced. Convinced that instead of ordering the part online myself and watching a DIY video on youtube I would be saving money if i took it to a repair shop. Plus, I wanted to avoid Geeksquad, so I selected the small business owners company who has over 20 years of experience to execute the simple computer repair.Addtl Info:Geeksquad: estimate: $129 part $40 laborStaples: estimate: $150 for complete diagnosisComplete PC: $79 part $100 labor, after tax i paid about $187Moreover, upon pickup, I was told that my computer was fixed, and at that point I was relieved.Unfortunately, as far as my computer, day one, my biggest issue was not being able to connect to the internet via wi-fi like i usually do.Thats when i discovered a factory reset had been performed and now a wireless-adapter driver needed to be re-installed. This way I would be able to easily connect to wi-fi like before.Please note: I informed the specialist that after attempting to re-connect my internet with my provider who actually came out to try set it up, my provider company suggested that I have them (Complete PC Specialist) re-install this driver because it was removed during the factory reset. Frustrated, luckily, the PC Specialist owners tech installed the Wireless-adapter driver, and brought it to my attention that he usually charges, but he wasnt going to charge me for that. Im glad he said that because I didnt know that they were going to remove it or do a factory reset. So not charging me again really worked out.Day two is where im starting to get uncomfortable because i can connect to the internet again via wi-fi, but now my computer is running noticeably slow, im talking 2.07mbps (download) and 0.72mbps (upload), whatever that means right; whereas, its supposed to be like 50mbps or so. All i know, is that my internet providers technical support team and I tried everything within their specialty to speed it up, and nothing could speed it up. Again, I am being told to take my computer back to Complete PC Specialist. This is not cool. Pretty much, im going to have to pay to fix these new issues. To be continued... ...
