Complete Controller has taken numerous of my clients to the next level. The staff takes a vested interest in each of their businesses. They help the payroll process seamlessly with Heartland and encourage the client to utilize the HR provided. I refer Complete Controller to all my clients!

When looking for help with my bookkeeping, I tried a similar service offered by Quickbooks called Livebookkeeping. The two experiences could not have been more different.I originally spoke with Drew at CC when initially inquiring about their services. I explained that I was gun shy due to my HORRIBLE experience with LiveBookkeeping. He kept telling me that I would love their service and to trust them. To be honest, I was hesitant but signed up for their Basic service with no add ons as a trial sort of deal.Well about 1 month later and my entire 2019 is cleaned up and reconciled, this year so far everything matches in the books and I have accurate data to reference.I got exactly what they sold me. Every person I have spoken with at CC has been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. More than that, they all seem stoked to help me which is refreshing to say the least.I just got off the phone with CC and quadrupled my spend with them.
