Our firm was so blessed to get Fernando and Armando come in and replace out printer! It didnt even stop the flow of our work, they came in quickly took away our old heavy printer (upstairs might I add) and installed our new printer that was just as heavy in under 10 minutes! They were absolutely amazing and even offered to show us how everything works just in case!Thank you to you both!!!10/10 recommend using their service! friendly, helpful, and got it done quickly!

Based on their established reputation and clear focus on office printer, Compare Business Systems appears to be the safer bet. Weve been leasing copy machine with them since 2016 and they took care of all our needs when it comes to toner and maintenance on the machine. We are new Compare customers, and we are so glad we made the leap from multiple personal printers to an office network printer. As our business grew, we kept accumulating desktop printers but we were not increasing our efficiency. John actually listened to our needs and gave us two great options. I want to give this company a shout out because I have been a victim of a scam company imitating this one. THESE are not the people harassing me or others, this is a family business just doing their jobs. Shame on the company that has been posing as them because I do not think that is fair at all. The receptionist here was so kind to me when I called to be upset only to find it is not their fault. All the best!

Compare has been a great company to work with. They ship/deliver fast and in a timely manner; for a fact, if you order today, they will hand deliver your needed products/toners tomorrow. Andy and his office staff are responsive and resolve your issues mostly over the phone. Ammar, copy machine maintenance personnel, is very friendly. He replaced the empty toner cartridges and walked me through the new features after they swapped us to a newer copy machine.

Dominic and Jonathan installed our new copy machine and removed the old machine today. The experience was a very positive and pleasant one. They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took the time to go over the features of the new machine, install the new printer drivers on our individual terminals, and answer all of our questions. In our five years of working with Compare Business Systems, we have been pleased with the products and customer service. Repair calls are usually answered the same day, and Armando and his colleagues always do a great job. I highly recommend Compare Business Systems for your office equipment needs.

Joe just dropped by for a preventative maintenance check and we are good to go. Our Copystar 5501 copier has been solid since we got it 2 and half years ago. Compare Business Systems service has been great. Always helpful. We are in the mortgage business and print, fax, scan and copy tons of documents each month. The machine has been great. Jams are extremely rare. Toner last 6 months usually and they are great about getting us more when we need it within 24 hours.I would definitely recommend their service, especially for offices that do large volumes of paperwork.

Thank you Brandon & Andy for being so helpful and patient with us. I had two other competitors visit our office & said they could lower the monthly costs & could buyout our lease. I called Compare for our Lease Agreement, and Brandon came by the next day. He read and outlined what our lease included etc. (my only issue with lease was the costs). Little did I know that these other companies were trying to sell us cheaper/smaller and older machines for that Great Price I thought I was getting. He also showed/reminded us how many copies/scans etc our lease included. Thanks to Andy for coming by and reading through the competitors agreements. He read the small letters on the agreement that clearly says they would increase the monthly cost to 15% yearly so when we thought we would be saving we wouldnt be.Thankful for Brandon & Andy for showing us just how Loyal & Trustworthy Compare Solutions really is. In the end we stayed with Compare & Andy gave us a Great New Lease. Very happy with the service this company has given us in the last 17 years. Today 9/9/19 Dominick came by to install the new copy machine . He was very patient & kind and showed me the Pinpoint aspect.Great Communication, fast and Loyal.

The customer phone service is outstanding. The reps always repeat your statement to make sure they havent missed anything. You are always made a priority and a technician will always arrive ASAP to fix a problem. With that said, weve only had a technician help out due to operator error or operator ignorance. But there has NEVER been a problem with the equipment. The representatives always make sure to check on you without being annoying and they want be sure we are doing well and if we need anything. I love their friendliness and I enjoy chatting with them. If you want great service and if you want to feel like a VIP, Id HIGHLY recommend Compare Business Systems. Our office has been a client of Compare Business Systems for approximately five years. They significantly lowered our monthly copier lease fee with a copier that was just as good as our previous one. When you call to order toner or product, you get helped right away and it is sent out immediately. If there has been a repair issue with the copier, a tech comes out right away to fix any issues. After, being unhappy with the service I was receiving from my previous copier company, I was fortunate to have a sales rep with Compare Business Systems walk in my door. The copier is awesome, but the prompt service is amazing. Dominic is always prompt, professional, courteous and an expert at pinpointing the issue and then repairing it correctly. We have very little down time when Dominic comes out. We were looking for a printer that can handle volume and speed, so we were shopping for one. I had three companies put in a bid and met each one of them to go over the specs and service. I am so glad, our company decided to go with Compare. Everything they promised us was delivered!! We were having a problem with our system after changing an email password. Kyocera directly could not assist with solving this problem, our own companies email services and web services could not solve the problem either. I reached out to compare and was helped by Shanney who quickly set up an appointment for us at 9AM the very next day. Not even 5 minutes later she called back and said she could have a service tech to the office within 10 minutes. Dominic was our service tech and in less than 5 minutes was able to find and solve the problem for very easily. High-pressure sales. I did not need a new printer and wanted to see options. Sales people finally convinced me to get a refurbished printer which would be as good as new--same options, same warranty. Sales people said that machine would work same as current high-volume printer in my office, a Canon, except better. Sales people never told me that the printer does not collate, does not staple, and is very loud. Further, customer service is very poor. It is difficult to get a hold of someone. You have to call in monthly to provide them the numbers on the machine instead of them sending it out. Service is poor. When you call to get service, they ask you to try and fix machine first. Accounts receivable department has poor customer service as well. They will send you an invoice that is back-dated more than 10 days upon receipt and only give you a few days to turnaround payment, or charge a hefty late charge.

Finished our 1st lease with CBS and just starting on our 2nd lease. They are easy to do business with and are responsive to issues or problems we have with our MFP Copier. Our 1st Kyocera machine was easy to use and reliable and I expect the 2nd one to be the same. From our 1st Sales Rep (Hugo) to our current Rep (Shannay), they check on us regularly to ensure the machine is meeting our needs and to find out if were having any issues. The installer (Fernando) was excellent and made sure all our PCs were connected and that the features we use were working as expected. Andy at their home office also checks in with me occasionally to make sure everything is fine. Highly recommend this company for your copier leasing needs.
