We look for vendors to service our national account that have the same knowledge, professionalism and customer service as TRM does with our own local accounts here in Raleigh, NC. The owner, Tamra, and her team came to our facility to determine exactly what we needed and provided experienced suggestions that would allow our company the room for future growth. The Commworld team has been very responsive to our needs and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable about our network, hardware and products. We are pleased to have Commworld as our technology partner and would recommend them for extensive industry experience with responsive customer service. Special shout out to Cody as he is a wiring wizard. He made our server racks look so clean!

2018-06-21 19:36:47They upgraded our network in no time and got us on the cloud!! Our new phone system can handle our new IP phones and still handles the old analog ones as well. Theyre an honest company that works round the clock to ensure that our network is secure and that ALL of our IT needs are met.

CommWorld went above and beyond to get this configured and set up, and have continued to work with us in upgrades and updates. They respond quickly to any request we have.
