Very pleased with the service I received. The cover on my Apple watch was loose. Initially they suspected it was the battery pushing up on the cover and I would need to install a new battery. Turned out to just be the adhesive. Easy, quick fix and much cheaper! Appreciated the honesty and great service.

Freddy is fantastic. I took in my prehistoric MacBook Pro and unfortunately it had bitten the dust. He offered a newer MacBook Pro at a fantastic price and transferred all of my data over. I am very glad I did not go and buy a brand new computer, Freddy is very knowledgeable and friendly and this should be your first stop for all your computer issues.

Freddy is so honest and knows everything about computers and phones and the prices are so reasonable. I always trust him. In the past, Ive gone to a few different computer places and once I found Freddy I have stayed! Its been years and years now. Hes honest, helpful, tells you exactly what your computer needs, gives you a great price and also hes so nice. Id give this place more than 5 stars if I could.

These guys are just amazing !!!!! And their products are top notch ! I’ve had my screen repair several time because I have a pair of butter fingers and omg their screens are top notch …. My phone screen feels so vibrant compared to the past screen I’ve gotten at other screen repairs …. Their prices can’t be beaten to and they stand by their product … they said if anything goes wrong just bring it back and we’ll fix it ….. I think I found my repair guys in Long Beach

I came in late Friday with a bad fan in my Dell micro. Freddy took it apart while I waited and was able to order the part. I took it home to keep working and he called me next day (Saturday) to come in and swap it out. Amazing service and what small businesses are all about in America. Please support this local business as he is a great asset to the neighborhood and City of Long Beach.

Freddy went above and beyond excellent customer service! Was in a total bind and he literally worked overtime to get me my computer as soon as possible. He not only fixed the issue but took the time to explain how to do different things to help going forward. Was so kind and friendly. Can’t thank Freddy enough and would highly recommend!

I usually dont leave reviews; however, this service was above and beyond! My laptop was having some issues with the webcam and microphone, I seriously had no idea what the problem could have been, it was diagnosed, and the issue was found for completely free! Unfortunately, the repair would have cost me over $750 in repairs due to the replacement parts so I skipped out on that, so couldnt leave him without an awesome review! He even looked at the motherboard on my broken electric skateboard for me! 😂 Seriously the best of the best!- Chilley

I was in need of some help since access to a computer had become limited. I called and Freddie said I should stop in. My experience there was professional and courteous.
